The following describes the water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning equipment and the use method thereof in detail, and the use method comprises the following steps: step one, fixing a water supply and drainage pipeline: turning on the rotating motor 601, the rotating motor 601 rotates to enable one of the installation bidirectional threaded rods 603 to rotate, the two installation bidirectional threaded rods 603 can rotate through transmission of the installation gears 605 and the toothed belts, and the two connecting rods 606 can drive the fixing clamps 607 to be close to each other to fix the water supply and drainage pipelines through limiting of the installation limiting rods 604; step two, cleaning a water supply and drainage pipeline: starting a moving motor 401, rotating a moving bidirectional threaded rod 404 through the rotation of the moving motor 401, limiting a moving limiting rod 403, enabling two adjusting mechanisms 5 to be close to each other, when moving to a proper position, starting a transmission motor 508, rotating the transmission motor 508, enabling two fixed threaded rods 503 to rotate through transmission of a transmission gear 509 and a toothed belt, enabling a moving block 504 to drive a transmission cleaning rod 507 to move, enabling one rotating rod 608 to rotate through the rotation of the supporting motor 610 when the transmission cleaning rod 507 is tightly attached to the inner wall of a water supply and drainage pipeline, enabling the two rotating rods 608 to rotate through the transmission of a linkage gear 611, enabling one of the fixed gears 506 to rotate through the cooperation of the other rotating rods 608, enabling the transmission cleaning rod 507 to rotate through the meshing of the two fixed gears 506, cleaning the inside of the water supply and drainage pipeline, and adjusting the position of the transmission cleaning rod 507 according to the pipe diameter of the water supply and drainage pipeline; step three, cleaning the transmission cleaning rod 507: after cleaning, the adjusting mechanism 5 is far away from the drainage pipeline, the drainage pipeline is collected, the transmission cleaning rod 507 is moved to the top of the water storage tank 2 through the cooperation of the moving mechanism 4 and the adjusting mechanism 5, part of the transmission cleaning rod 507 is contacted with the water surface, and then the transmission cleaning rod 507 is rotated, so that the transmission cleaning rod 507 is cleaned.

Claims (10)

1. A water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the support columns (1), four support columns (1) are arranged in total, a water storage tank (2) is fixedly connected between the four support columns (1), and the top parts of the four support columns (1) are fixedly connected with a support plate (3);
the moving mechanism (4) is arranged on the supporting plate (3);
the cleaning device comprises two groups of adjusting mechanisms (5), wherein each group of adjusting mechanisms (5) comprises an adjusting part, a cleaning part and a mounting part, the mounting parts are arranged on a moving mechanism (4), the adjusting parts are arranged on the mounting parts, and the cleaning parts are arranged on the adjusting parts; and
the rotating mechanism (6), the rotating mechanism (6) comprises a power part, two groups of moving parts, two groups of clamping parts and two groups of rotating parts, wherein the two groups of moving parts are arranged on the supporting plate (3), the power part is arranged on the moving parts, each group of clamping parts are arranged on the moving parts, and each group of rotating parts are arranged on the clamping parts.

A water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the moving mechanism (4) comprises a moving motor (401), four mounting plates (402), four moving limiting rods (403) and a moving bidirectional threaded rod (404), wherein the bottoms of the mounting plates (402) are fixedly connected to the top of a supporting plate (3), each two moving limiting rods (403) are respectively and fixedly connected between the two mounting plates (402), the moving bidirectional threaded rod (404) is rotationally connected between the two mounting plates (402), the moving bidirectional threaded rod (404) rotationally penetrates through the other two mounting plates (402), the moving motor (401) is fixedly connected with one mounting plate (402), and the moving motor (401) is fixedly connected with one end of the moving bidirectional threaded rod (404).

A water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: each group of installation components comprises a movable plate (501) and two fixed plates (502), the movable plates (501) are sleeved on the outer surfaces of the movable bidirectional threaded rods (404) in a threaded mode, the movable plates (501) are sleeved on the outer surfaces of the two movable limiting rods (403) in a sliding mode, and one side outer surfaces of the two fixed plates (502) are fixedly connected with one side outer surface of the movable plates (501).

A water supply and drainage pipe cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: every group regulating part all includes two fixed threaded rods (503), two drive gears (509), transmission motor (508) and movable block (504), every the bottom of one of them fixed plate (502) of equal fixed connection of one end of fixed threaded rod (503), and the other end of every fixed threaded rod (503) all rotates and run through in the bottom of another fixed plate (502), the surface of two fixed threaded rods (503) is located in movable block (504) thread bush, every the surface of fixed threaded rod (503) is located to the equal fixed cover of drive gear (509), two drive gears (509) are mutually transmitted through the toothed belt, the bottom fixed connection of transmission motor (508) and one of them fixed plate (502), and the output of transmission motor (508) and the bottom fixed connection of one of them fixed threaded rod (503).

A water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein: each group of cleaning components comprises a fixed motor (505), two fixed gears (506) and a transmission cleaning rod (507), one end of the transmission cleaning rod (507) rotates to penetrate through a moving block (504), one fixed gear (506) is fixedly sleeved on the outer surface of the transmission cleaning rod (507), the fixed motor (505) is fixedly connected with one outer surface of the moving block (504), the other fixed gear (506) is fixedly sleeved on the output end of the fixed motor (505), and the two fixed gears (506) are meshed with each other.

A water supply and drainage pipeline cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein: every group moving part all includes install bin (602), installation two-way threaded rod (603) and installation gag lever post (604), install bin (602) fixed connection in the bottom of backup pad (3), install two-way threaded rod (603) rotation connect between the both sides inner wall of install bin (602), install gag lever post (604) fixed connection between the both sides inner wall of install bin (602).

s2, cleaning a water supply and drainage pipeline: starting a moving motor (401), enabling a moving bidirectional threaded rod (404) to rotate through rotation of the moving motor (401), enabling two adjusting mechanisms (5) to be close to each other through limit of a moving limit rod (403), enabling a transmission motor (508) to rotate when moving to a proper position, enabling two fixed threaded rods (503) to rotate through transmission of a transmission gear (509) and a toothed belt, enabling a moving block (504) to drive a transmission cleaning rod (507) to move, enabling a supporting motor (610) to be started when the transmission cleaning rod (507) is tightly attached to the inner wall of a water supply and drainage pipeline, enabling one rotating rod (608) to rotate through rotation of the supporting motor (610), enabling two rotating rods (608) to rotate through transmission of a linkage gear (611), enabling a water supply and drainage pipeline to rotate through cooperation of other rotating rods (608), enabling one of fixed gears (506) to rotate through rotation of the fixed motor (505), enabling the transmission cleaning rod (507) to rotate through engagement of the two fixed gears (506), and enabling the transmission cleaning rod (507) to clean the inner portion of the water supply and drainage pipeline according to the transmission cleaning rod (507) and the transmission cleaning position;
s3, cleaning a conveying cleaning rod (507): after cleaning, the adjusting mechanism (5) is far away from the drainage pipeline, the drainage pipeline is collected, the transmission cleaning rod (507) is moved to the top of the water storage tank (2) through the matching of the moving mechanism (4) and the adjusting mechanism (5), part of the transmission cleaning rod (507) is contacted with the water surface, and then the transmission cleaning rod (507) is rotated, so that the transmission cleaning rod (507) is cleaned.
