In this embodiment, the elastic connection member 11 includes a connection sleeve 1101, a fixing ring 1102, and a connection block 1103; the connecting sleeve 1101 is sleeved and fixed on the surface of the first connecting pipe 1, and a gap exists between the connecting sleeve 1101 and the outer surface of the first connecting pipe 1 and is used for placing the second flexible filler 5; the connection block 1103 is movably disposed on the surface of the second connection pipe 2, and a plurality of abutting blocks 15 for abutting against the fixing ring 1102 are elastically arranged on the surface of the connection block 1103; the plurality of abutting blocks 15 are circumferentially arranged at intervals around the connecting block 1103; the fixing ring 1102 is fixed on the surface of the second connecting pipe 2, and the fixing ring 1102 is arranged between the connecting sleeve 1101 and the connecting block 1103; the connecting block 1103 is further sleeved on the surface of the connecting sleeve 1101, and the connecting sleeve 1101 is in threaded connection with the connecting block 1103.
In the scheme, a spring is arranged between the abutting block 15 and the connecting block 1103, so that the abutting block 15 can be elastically penetrated on the surface of the connecting block 1103; as shown in fig. 3, the cross sections of the connecting block 1103 and the connecting sleeve 1101 are L-shaped, when the end surfaces of the first connecting pipe 1 and the second connecting pipe 2 are close to each other and are connected, the connecting block 1103 is rotated and is in threaded connection with the outer surface of the connecting sleeve 1101, the abutting block 15 on the inner side of the connecting block 1103 abuts against the fixed ring 1102 and drives the second connecting pipe 2 to move towards the first connecting pipe 1, the end surface of the fixed ring 1102 abuts against and presses the second flexible filler 5 while approaching the connecting sleeve 1101, when the connecting block 1103 rotates for a certain number of turns, a gap exists between the fixed ring 1102 and the connecting sleeve 1101 and the connecting block 1103, the fixed ring 1102 abuts against the second flexible filler 5 under the action of the abutting block 15, the first convex ring 6 and the second convex ring 7 abut against and press the sealing ring 3, the first convex table 8 and the second convex table 9 abut against and press the first flexible filler 4 at the same time, so that the sealing performance between two pipelines is improved, and the risk of external liquid penetrating into the joint between the two pipelines is prevented; when the axis of the second connecting tube 2 deflects an angle α upwards relative to the axis of the first connecting tube 1, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the second connecting tube 2 synchronously drives the fixing ring 1102, the second convex ring 7 and the second boss 9 to generate corresponding displacement, at this time, the plurality of abutting blocks 15 still abut against the surface of the fixing ring 1102 under the action of the spring, the upper half part of the fixing ring 1102 is close to the connecting sleeve 1101 and further presses the second flexible packing 5 (only the upper half part of each component changes in the drawing), the sealing ring 3 also generates corresponding deformation in the pressing process, and the gas pressed inside the first air bag 12 or the second air bag 13 moves to other places with smaller pressure, so that the other first air bags 12 or the second air bags 13 which are not pressed further expand, the sealing ring 3 and the first flexible packing 4 can be tightly attached to the surrounding surfaces at any time, the sealing performance of the sealing ring is not affected by the deflection of the first connecting tube 1 and the second connecting tube 2, the purpose of self dynamic adjustment can be realized, and the leakage of materials is effectively prevented.
In this embodiment, the first connection pipe 1 and the second connection pipe 2 are sequentially made of a corrosion-resistant material layer, an ABR pipe layer, an adhesive layer and a metal pipe layer from inside to outside, and the corrosion-resistant material layer may be compounded with the ABR pipe layer; the first boss 8, the second boss 9 and the flexible connecting pipe 14 are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
In this scheme, corrosion resistant material layer can adopt polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride etc. can with ABR pipe layer complex material, can improve the pipeline inner wall to the corrosion resistance of chemical material, guarantee the conveying efficiency of material, improve life, and first boss 8, second boss 9 also can adopt corrosion resistant material such as polyvinyl chloride to make, flexible connecting pipe 14 can adopt the stainless steel to make, can prevent that the chemical material of carrying from corroding first boss 8, second boss 9 and the flexible connecting pipe 14 that are located the junction, prevent that chemical material infiltration from two junction between the pipeline and corroding sealing washer 3, guaranteed the sealed effect of junction.
Embodiment two:
the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the elastic connecting member 11 includes a first flange 16, a second flange 17, and a fixing ring 1102; the first flange 16 is welded on the outer surface of the metal pipe layer of the first connecting pipe 1, and a gap exists between the first flange 16 and the outer surface of the first connecting pipe 1 and is used for placing the second flexible filler 5; the second flange 17 is movably arranged on the surface of the second connecting pipe 2, and a plurality of abutting blocks 15 for abutting the fixing ring 1102 are elastically arranged on the surface of the second flange 17 in a penetrating manner; the plurality of abutting blocks 15 are circumferentially arranged at intervals around the second flange 17; the fixing ring 1102 is welded on the outer surface of the metal pipe layer of the second connecting pipe 2, and the fixing ring 1102 is arranged between the first flange 16 and the second flange 17; the first flange 16 and the second flange 17 of the screw are fixedly connected through bolts and nuts.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first flange 16 and the second flange 17 are in special-shaped structures, and the two pipelines are connected through the first flange 16 and the second flange 17, compared with the first embodiment, the method is mature in technology, low in cost and simple in construction process, and as the sealing rings 3 and the second air bags 13 are arranged between the end faces of the first connecting pipe 1 and the second connecting pipe 2, nuts at different positions can be screwed respectively when the first flange 16 and the second flange 17 are fixedly connected through bolts and nuts, and the nuts do not need to be screwed synchronously (the first connecting pipe 1 and the second connecting pipe 2 can deflect within a certain range); the first flange 16 and the second flange 17 are adopted to connect two pipelines, and the tightness of the two pipelines after deflection is not affected.
