背景技术
噁嗪草酮(oxaziclomefone),CAS登记号:153197-14-9,属于有机杂环类内吸传导型除草剂,通过杂草茎叶和根部吸收,抑制分生细胞生长,使杂草茎叶失绿、停止生长,直至枯死。主要用于水稻田防除稗草、千金子、异型莎草等一年生杂草,具有广谱、高效、安全、持效期长的特点。
异噁草松(clomazone),CAS登记号:81777-89-1,属于有机杂环噁唑烷类苗前选择性除草剂,属于光合作用抑制剂,能抑制敏感植物的双萜(异戊二烯)化合物合成,阻碍胡萝卜素和叶绿素的生物合成,造成叶片失绿、白化,使杂草在短期内死亡。异噁草松在大豆、水稻、油菜、棉花、甘蔗、烟草田均有应用,防除稗草、千金子、狗尾草、马唐、牛筋草、马齿苋、龙葵、苍耳等一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。具有杀草谱广、持效期长、用药时间灵活、混配性好等特点。
丙草胺(pretilachlor),CAS登记号:51218-49-6,属于2-氯化乙酰替苯胺类苗前选择性除草剂,属于细胞***抑制剂,杂草通过中下胚轴和胚芽鞘吸收药剂,干扰蛋白质合成,对杂草的光合作用和呼吸作用也有间接影响。一般通过土壤处理,防除水稻田稗草、鸭叶草、异型莎草、母草、牛毛毡等一年生杂草,具有杀草谱广、安全性高的特点。
通过不同作用机理的农药品种复配配方的筛选,可以扩大杀草谱,提高防治效果,降低农药使用量,延缓抗药性的产生。本申请的发明人在室内筛选和田间试验的基础上,筛选出噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺的复配组合物,具有明显的增效作用,而关于三者的除草组合物及其应用目前尚无人报道过。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为解决现有技术中除草剂单独使用防治效果差的不足,提供一种高效、低毒、低成本的除草组合物,有利于水稻田稗草等顽固性一年生杂草的高效治理,为此,提出一种含噁嗪草酮、异噁草松及丙草胺的除草组合物。
本发明的除草组合物还可包含其他活性成分,例如来自除草剂、杀虫剂和杀菌剂的农药活性成分和/或制剂助剂和/或植物保护中常用的添加剂,或可与它们一起使用。
本发明的除草剂组合物具有协同增效作用,使得各个活性成分的用量降低或者相同用量下的药效增强,一般而言,组合物中噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺的重量比为(1~20):(1~20):(1~50),优选的,(1~10):(1~15):(10~40);更优选的(1.5~4):(2~9):(20~40)。
进一步的,所述的活性成分噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺的重量比为1:1:10、1:2:10、1.8:3:40。

本发明的除草组合物可以与农药剂型加工中常规的辅助成分按照常规制备方法制备得到任意可能的剂型,例如乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂。优选的,所述的制剂为乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、微乳剂、悬乳剂的任一种。

测试方法:采用温室盆栽法。实验用土为未用药地块收集的实验专用土,将实验专用土装入盆钵(底部无孔,以便保水),采用顶部浇灌法,使土壤完全湿润至饱和状态,而土壤表面又无积水时播种。每盆放30粒稗草种子,20粒水稻种子。在播种后5天进行土壤喷雾处理,每个处理4次重复,设不含药剂的处理为对照,处理后置于温室正常管理,土壤表层土壤失水干燥后及时从盆钵顶部的角落补水,使土壤充分湿润而无积水,待水稻达到1叶1心至2叶1心时,再补水保持土壤上方2-3厘米浅水层,避免淹没水稻秧心。定期观察并记录水稻和稗草的生长情况,用药后15天称量稗草地上部分鲜重,以杂草鲜重抑制率评价药剂对杂草的防效。
药效评价方法:采用Gowing法评价除草组合物的联合作用。当E–E0>10%时为增效作用,E–E0<–10%为拮抗作用,E–E0在–10%~10%之间为加成作用。
药害分级标准如下:
1级:水稻正常生长,无任何受害症状;
2级:水稻轻微药害,药害少于10%;
3级:水稻中等药害,以后能恢复,不影响产量;
4级:水稻药害较重,难以恢复,造成减产;
5级:水稻药害严重,不能恢复,造成明显减产或绝产

由表1可以看出,噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺3个成分混用后(除了剂量0.6+9+40克a.i./亩表现加成作用),较各自单用对水稻田稗草具有明显的增效作用。噁嗪草酮和异噁草松组合2个剂量处理也表现出增效作用。含有异噁草松的单剂或组合,当异噁草松剂量达到9克 a.i./亩时,水稻出现药害症状(水稻出现白化症状)。在水稻安全剂量下,噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺三个成分组合有3个处理对稗草防效可以达到90%以上,剂量(克a.i./亩)分别为:(3+3+30)、(3+6+30)和(1.8+3+40)。
实施案例2
复配药剂对水稻直播田的杂草田间药效测定和对水稻的安全性评估
本次试验设在广东省佛山市高明区更合镇荔枝园村盈辉试验基地,赤红壤,中等肥力,田块保水好。水稻田间杂草主要有稗草、千金子、异型莎草。零星发生的杂草有鸭舌草、水花生、牛筋草,因不是均匀分布、普遍发生,不计入防效测定范围。
测试水稻:荃两优丝苗,籼稻品系。
施药方法:设置4个药剂处理,1个空白对照,重复3次。每个小区面积60平方米,随机排列。水稻播种前保持土壤充分湿润,无积水。水稻播种后5天采用喷雾器进行土壤喷雾。田间表层土壤干燥后,及时回跑马水,待水稻1叶1心至2叶1心期,回水保持3-5厘米浅水层,以不淹没水稻秧心为主。施药后20天调查对杂草的株防效和对水稻的安全性。
由表2可以看出,噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺组合物对稗草、千金子和异型莎草具有较高的防效,且对直播水稻安全性好。
实施案例3
复配药剂对水稻移栽田的杂草田间药效测定和对水稻的安全性评估
本次试验同样设在广东省佛山市高明区更合镇荔枝园村盈辉试验基地,土壤情况和水稻田间杂草发生情况与实施案例2相同。
测试水稻:荃两优丝苗,籼稻品系。
施药方法:设置4个药剂处理,1个空白对照,重复3次。每个小区面积60平方米,随机排列。实验田块翻耕整田后,在有浅水层的条件下进行药剂土壤喷雾,保水层5天后,排水,移栽水稻,进行正常的田间管理。施药后25天调查对杂草的株防效和对水稻的安全性。
由表3可以看出,噁嗪草酮、异噁草松和丙草胺组合物对稗草、千金子和异型莎草防效非常好,且对水稻安全性好。4个处理对杂草的防效均优于实施案例2在水稻直播田相同剂量处理的防效。
以上所述仅是本发明的示例性实施方式,然而本发明不限于此,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,做出的适当改进和变更也属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种对水稻安全的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的除草组合物包含活性成分噁嗪草酮、异噁草松、丙草胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分噁嗪草酮、异噁草松、丙草胺的重量比为(1~20):(1~20):(1~50)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分噁嗪草酮、异噁草松、丙草胺的重量比优选为(1~10):(1~15):(10~40)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分重量之和占总除草组合物的1~80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的活性成分重量之和占总除草组合物优选为20~60%。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的除草组合物含有农药制剂辅助成分以制成制剂,以便于农业上使用。
7.根据权利要求6任意一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述的制剂包括乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂。
8.根据权利要求1~7任意一项所述的除草组合物用于防除有害植物的用途。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用途,其特征在于,所述有害植物为杂草。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其特征在于,所述有害植物杂草为水稻直播田和水稻移栽田的杂草。
