氯虫苯甲酰胺属于酰胺类新型内吸杀虫剂,其作用机理是激活害虫的鱼尼丁受体,释放细胞内储存的钙离子,引起肌肉调节衰弱、麻痹直至最后害虫死亡。胃毒为主,兼具触杀。丙硫菌唑为***硫酮类杀菌剂,属甾醇脱甲基化(麦角甾醇生物合成)抑制剂。精甲霜灵能透过种皮,随着种子的萌发和生长,可内吸传导到植株的各个部位。用于种子处理,可防治由低等真菌引起的多种种传和土传病害。

种子处理悬浮剂是指用水直接稀释后用于种子处理的液体制剂。种子处理悬浮剂以水为基质因此对生产者、使用者安全环境友好符合当今农药制剂发展的要求。本发明针对氯虫苯甲酰胺、丙硫菌唑和精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂进行相关研究。

实施例2:30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·丙硫菌唑·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂质量控制指标测试
参考 GB/T17768-1999 悬浮种衣剂产品标准,进行检测 pH、黏度、悬浮率、及低温与热贮稳定性。由表1可知,30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·丙硫菌唑·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂具有优异的制剂性能,活性成分的悬浮率均为90%以上,黏附性能均大于90%、并且均满足冷贮稳定性、热贮稳定性的要求。特别是FS-1配方种,与其他配方相比,润湿分散剂选为TERSPERSE2700、MorwetD-390 和Dispersol BB4 组合可以显著提升种子处理悬浮剂的悬浮性能和附着性能。

实施例3: 30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·丙硫菌唑·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂对花生蛴螬和根腐病的田间防效
试验药剂:FS-1至FS-7;将FS制剂按400 g/100kg种子用量并且按照药液种子比1﹕50(w/w)进行稀释,然后进行拌种处理。
试验方法:选取病虫害严重地块(属于沙质土壤,连年种植花生)进行试验。设置药剂处理7个,并以清水处理为空白对照组。种植方式:人工起垄,垄宽80cm,垄高20cm,单垄双行开穴,穴距20cm,每穴2粒种子,人工点播,每处理3个重复,小区面积30m2,各小区随机区组排列。
调查方法:病害调查:花生齐苗后60d,调查病情;虫害调查:花生收获期调查,每小区棋盘式8点取样,每点5穴,调查花生蛴螬活虫数,计算防效。
根腐病分级方法:0级,无病;1级,根系稍有变色,变色根系占全部根系的10.0%以下,植株不萎蔫;3级,根系明显变褐,变色根系占全部根系的10.1%-30.0%,植株开始萎蔫;5级,变色根系占全部根系的30.1%-50.0%,植株明显萎蔫;7级,变色根系占全部根系的50.1%-80.0%,植株萎蔫;9级,全株枯死。
计算方法:
病害防治效果(%)=(空白病情指数-药剂处理区病情指数)/空白对照区病情指数×100;
害虫防效(%)=(对照区活虫数-药剂处理区活虫数)/对照区活虫数×100。
结果与分析
由表2可知,本发明制备的30%氯虫苯甲酰胺·丙硫菌唑·精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂对花生病虫害具有优异的田间防效,对蛴螬和根腐病的防治效果均为90%左右,特别是FS-1对蛴螬的防效为100%,对根腐病的防效为99.1%。

Claims (3)

1. 一种氯虫苯甲酰胺、丙硫菌唑和精甲霜灵种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量的成分,氯虫苯甲酰胺 24-28%、丙硫菌唑1-3%、精甲霜灵1-3%、润湿分散剂1-12%、增稠剂0.5-2%、成膜剂0.05-0.3%、防冻剂2-5%、防腐剂0.05-0.5%、警戒色1-4%、去离子水补足100%;
所述的润湿分散剂为TERSPERSE2700、MorwetD-390和Dispersol BB4组合,其中TERSPERSE2700、MorwetD-390和Dispersol BB4的质量配比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3);
所述增稠剂为硅酸铝镁和黄原胶,其中硅酸铝镁和黄原胶的质量配比为(5:1)-(1:1);
所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇、防冻剂为乙二醇、防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量的成分,氯虫苯甲酰胺 26%、丙硫菌唑2%、精甲霜灵2%、润湿分散剂1-10%、增稠剂0.5-1.5%、成膜剂0.05-0.3%、防冻剂2-5%、防腐剂0.05-0.2%、警戒色1-4%、去离子水补足100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分含量的成分,氯虫苯甲酰胺 26%、丙硫菌唑2%、精甲霜灵2%、TERSPERSE2700 3%、MorwetD-390 3%、Dispersol BB4 3% 、硅酸铝镁0.8%、黄原胶0.2%、聚乙烯醇0.15%、乙二醇2.5%、苯甲酸钠0.15%、海舒液体红2R 3%、去离子水 补足100%。
