Detailed Description
The invention discloses a flagpole lamp with adjustable luminous position, as shown in the combination of figures 1-11, comprising a base 1, a lamp cap shell 2 with a photovoltaic power generation component at the top end and a light source component 3, wherein the top end of the base 1 is provided with a first rod body 5 which can be adjusted in length in the height direction and is formed by mutually sleeving n sections of first connecting rods 4 in the inner and outer directions, a first matching opening 6 at the bottom end of the lamp cap shell 2 is matched with a second rod body 7 which can be inserted into the first connecting rod 4 with the smallest outer diameter in the first rod body 5, the second rod body 7 and the first connecting rod 4 with the smallest outer diameter in the first rod body 5 are respectively inserted into a hollow locking sleeve 8 from the upper side direction and the lower side direction, the taper nut 9 which is in threaded fit with the top end of the locking sleeve 8 is screwed tightly, the shrinkage opening 10 which is circumferentially provided with a plurality of gaps on the top end of the locking sleeve 8 bites the second rod body 7 on the outer wall, so that a butt joint structure of the second rod body 7 and the first rod body 5 which are sleeved inside and outside or are spaced is formed, the bottom end of the lamp cap shell 2 or one of the longitudinal end parts of the lamp cap shell 2 is connected with the steering head 11, the steering head 11 is at least provided with one faucet 12, at least one third rod body 13 which can be telescopically adjusted in a direction far away from the steering head 11 and is formed by mutually sleeving a plurality of sections of second connecting rods 77 in the inside and outside directions is inserted in the faucet 12, and the light source component 3 is arranged in one or both of the second rod body 7 and the faucet 12.
Wherein, the value of n is more than or equal to 2, and the length of the first rod body 5 can be adjusted by the extension and contraction of the first connecting rods 4 sleeved with each other in the inner and outer directions of a plurality of sections, thereby realizing the length adjustment of the lower half part of the lamp post.
In addition, when adjusting the length of the second rod 7, a rod butt joint structure spaced from the first rod 5 can be adopted, namely, the second rod 7 is inserted into the top end of the locking sleeve 8 and is not inserted into the first connecting rod 4 with the smallest outer diameter in the first rod 5, the taper nut 9 is twisted again to enable the shrinkage port 10 to bite the outer wall of the second rod 7, so that the position of the second rod 7 is fixed, the installation of the second rod 7 can be realized in such a way that the length of the second rod 7 is maximally utilized, the butt joint between the two rods is carried out in a butt joint mode of sleeving the inner side and the outer side of the first rod 5, namely, the second rod 7 is inserted into the first connecting rod 4 with the smallest outer diameter in the first rod 5 after being inserted into the top end of the locking sleeve 8, and then the taper nut 9 is twisted again to enable the shrinkage port 10 to bite the outer wall of the second rod 7, so that the position of the second rod 7 is fixed; the length of the upper half part of the lamp post can be controlled and realized through the butt joint mode of the second rod body 7 and the first rod body 5, and when a suspended object is fixed, the first rod body 5 and the second rod body 7 can both provide a supporting position for the fixation of the side part of the suspended object.
On the one hand, the lengths of the third rod bodies 13 can be adjusted by the extension and contraction of the second connecting rods 77 which are sleeved with each other in the inner and outer directions of the multiple sections, so that the length adjustment of the cross beam at the top end of the fixed suspended object of the lamp is realized, and the third rod bodies 13 can provide a supporting position for the fixation of the top end of the suspended object when the suspended object is fixed; on the other hand, the steering head 11 can change the beam (i.e. the third rod 13) for fixing the top end of the hanger from the horizontal state to the vertical state.
In addition, the spigot 12 on the steering head 11 not only can be provided with a third rod body 13, but also can be provided with one or more light source assemblies 3, and the spigot 12 is provided with the light source assemblies 3 so that light can irradiate to the surface of a hanging object from top to bottom; meanwhile, the light source component 3 can be arranged in the second rod body 7, and irradiates light to the surface of the suspended object from the side part of the lamp post; the light-emitting position of the lamp can be selected from one of light-emitting from the side part of the lamp post, light-emitting downwards from the top end cross beam of the lamp and light-emitting from the side part and the top of the lamp simultaneously.
The flagpole lamp can adjust the length of the lower half part of the lamp pole through the extension and contraction of the first rod body 5, and can also adjust the length of the upper half part of the lamp pole through the different butt joint modes of the second rod body 7 and the first rod body 5, and the length of the whole lamp rod is changed by utilizing two rod bodies capable of adjusting the length, so that the purpose of changing the overall height of the lamp and the height of suspended objects is achieved; the light source component 3 can be alternatively arranged at the top part and the side part of the lamp, and can also be simultaneously arranged at the two parts, so that the illumination position of the flagpole lamp can be changed according to illumination requirements and energy consumption indexes under different use scenes, light can irradiate the suspended object on the flagpole lamp from a better angle, and the suspended object is more gorgeous under the setting effect of the light; the length of the third rod body 13 can be changed to meet the hanging requirements of objects with different specifications and sizes, so that the applicable range of the lamp is enlarged.
When the lamp is installed, the lamp post unfolding operation, the unfolding operation of the cross beam used for hanging the object and the setting operation of the light source position are simple and convenient; when the lamp is not needed, the two parts of the lamp post can be split or the upper half part of the lamp post can be retracted into the lower half part; the third telescopic rod for hanging the object can be folded to a position close to the lamp post side together with the light source device under the condition of not shortening, so that the lamp head part is folded, the light source device can be disassembled from the steering head 11 and shortened, the steering head 11 is swung to a position close to the lamp post side again, the lamp head part is folded, and the lamp is easier to carry by multiple storage modes.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the light source assembly 3 is disposed in the second rod body 7, the light source assembly 3 includes a first light-transmitting plate 14, a first light plate 15, a first lens 16 and a first LED light source 17, the surface of the second rod body 7 is provided with a second mating opening 18, the first light-transmitting plate 14 is mated in the second mating opening 18, the first light plate 15 is disposed in the second rod body 7 inside the first light-transmitting plate 14, the first light plate 15 is inlaid in the surface of the first LED light source 17 near the first light-transmitting plate 14, and the first lens 16 is fixed in the second rod body 7 between the first light plate 15 and the first light-transmitting plate 14.
The first LED light source 17 is energized to emit light, and the light is sequentially emitted from the side of the lamp through the first lens 16 and the first light-transmitting plate 14, and irradiates the surface of the suspended object from the side of the suspended object, so as to achieve the effect of increasing the aesthetic property and the visibility of the suspended object at night by using the lamplight setting.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the light source assembly 3 is disposed in the mounting socket 12, the light source assembly 3 includes a long-strip light housing 19, a second light-transmitting plate 20, a second light-transmitting plate 21, a second lens 22 and a second LED light source 23, the long-strip light housing 19 is a cylindrical housing with an opening at one longitudinal end, the long-strip light housing 19 is connected to the steering head 11 along the direction in which the opening is mounted in the mounting socket 12, the surface of the long-strip light housing 19 is provided with a third mating opening 24, the second light-transmitting plate 20 is mated in the third mating opening 24, the second light-transmitting plate 21 is disposed in the long-strip light housing 19 inside the second light-transmitting plate 20, the second light-transmitting plate 21 is inlaid in the surface of the second LED light source 23 near the second light-transmitting plate 20, and the second lens 22 is fixed in the long-strip light housing 19 between the second light-transmitting plate 21 and the second light-transmitting plate 20.
The second LED light source 23 is electrified to emit light, and the light sequentially passes through the second lens 22 and the second light-transmitting plate 20 so that the light is emitted from the top of the lamp and irradiates the surface of the suspended object from the top of the suspended object, thereby achieving the effect of increasing the attractiveness and the visibility of the suspended object at night by using the lamplight setting off; moreover, the light from the top to the bottom of the second LED light source 23 can be used as a street lamp to illuminate the road surface, and the illumination availability of the second LED light source 23 is increased.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the steering head 11 is connected to the bottom end of the base housing 2, the steering head 11 includes a first steering block 25 and a first bolt 26, two first connecting arms 27 are integrally formed on two sides of one end of the first steering block 25, the first bolt 26 penetrates through the end of the first connecting arm 27 away from the first steering block 25 side and is led into the bottom end of the base housing 2, the first steering block 25 uses the first bolt 26 as a rotation axis and swings in a space outside the bottom of the base housing 2, the socket 12 is disposed at the end of the first steering block 25 away from the first connecting arm 27 side, and the end of the first bolt 26 away from the first steering block 25 side is provided with a first twist cap 28.
The steering of the first steering block 25 is realized through the swing of the first connecting arm 27, so that the steering head 11 can swing to a position close to the lamp post side, and the third rod body 13 and the light source assembly 3 can be moved to a position close to the lamp post side to the greatest extent when the lamp is folded, thereby reducing the volume of the folded lamp; every time the position of the steering head 11 is adjusted, the first twisting cover 28 needs to be twisted to the surface of the first connecting arm 27 to press, so that the position of the steering head 11 is locked.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the steering head 11 is connected to one of the horizontal ends of the cap housing 2, the steering head 11 includes a second steering block 29 and a second bolt 30, the bottom surface of one of the longitudinal ends of the cap housing 2 is integrally formed with a flange 31 having a C-shaped horizontal cross section, the second steering block 29 is located in the flange 31, two sides of the flange 31 away from the opening direction thereof are provided with the second bolt 30 penetrating from the outside of the flange 31 into the flange 31, the portion of the second bolt 30 penetrating into the flange 31 is led into the second steering block 29, the second steering block 29 rotates with the second bolt 30 as a rotation axis below one of the longitudinal ends of the cap housing 2, the insertion opening 12 is provided at the end of the second steering block 29 away from the connection side of the second bolt 30, and the end of the second bolt 30 away from the side of the first steering block 25 is provided with the second torsion cap 33.
The second steering block 29 can rotate with the second bolt 30 as a rotation axis, so that the steering head 11 can rotate entirely, and the third rod 13 and the light source assembly 3 connected to the steering head 11 swing to a position close to the lamp post side, thereby reducing the volume of the folded lamp; every time the position of the second steering block 29 is adjusted, the second twist cover 33 needs to be twisted to press against the surface of the flange 31, so that the position of the steering head 11 is locked.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 16 to 19, a circuit board 34 is fixed in the lamp cap housing 2, the surface of the circuit board 34 is respectively provided with a switch 35, a battery 36 and a wire divider 37, the contact end of the switch 35 penetrates through the lower side of the circuit board 34, a fixed cover 38 is arranged under the circuit board 34, the top end of the fixed cover 38 is matched with a first end cap 39, the first end cap 39 is fixed on the bottom surface of the circuit board 34, a matching cylinder 40 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the first end cap 39, a first spring 41 is matched in the matching cylinder 40, the top end of the first spring 41 is provided with a thimble 42 matched in the first spring 41, the extrusion part at the top end of the thimble 42 is respectively abutted against the contact end of the switch 35 and the top end of the first spring 41, the thimble 42 penetrates through the bottom surface of the matching cylinder 40 and the bottom surface of the fixed cover 38 in turn, and extends into the second rod 7 far away from the light source assembly 3 side, the top end 4 of the first rod 5 is fixedly connected with the base 1, the middle of the first rod 4 is fixedly arranged in the first rod body 5 is fixedly connected with the first end cap 45, the first rod body 45 is connected with the first end cap 45, the first end cap 45 is completely connected with the first rod body 45, and the second rod body 45 is completely connected with the first end cap 45, and the second end cap 45 is completely connected with the first rod body 45, and the first rod body 45 is completely is connected with the first rod body 45, and the first rod body 4 is completely is connected with the first rod body 4.
Wherein, during the extension of the first rod body 5, the chain 45 will be pulled out, when the first rod body 5 is extended to be close to the full extension, the chain 45 is completely straightened, when the first rod body 5 is extended to be full extension, the thimble 42 will be pulled by the chain 45 to move downwards, and the contact end of the switch 35 will not be squeezed any more, so that the circuit between the switch 35 and the battery 36 is connected, the electric energy of the battery 36 can be transmitted to the power supply assembly, and meanwhile, the squeezing part of the thimble 42 will squeeze the first spring 41 to compress; the first rod body 5 is in a fully extended state or not to control the on-off of the lamp circuit, so that the automatic power-off function of the lamp in a non-working state can be realized, and the electric energy of the lamp is more reasonable to use.
As a further preferred embodiment of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 20 to 23, the first hollow sleeve 44 is fitted with a first telescopic rod 46 by internal threads, the first telescopic rod 46 is formed by mutually threaded connection of n-1 sections of second hollow sleeves 32 in the internal and external directions, the top end of a section of second hollow sleeve 32 with the smallest outer diameter of the first telescopic rod 46 is fixedly connected with the top end of a section of first connecting rod 4 at the top end of the first rod body 5 by a connecting piece, a first rotating piece at the bottom end of the first hollow sleeve 44 is connected with a first connecting shaft 47 penetrating below the top surface of the base 1, the first connecting shaft 47 is matched with a first driving wheel 48, the top surface of the base 1 is provided with a boss-shaped first matching hole 49, the first matching hole 49 is internally matched with a rotating table, the middle part of revolving stage is equipped with second mating holes 50, the fixed connection has the second connecting axle 51 that extends to second mating holes 50 below in the second mating holes 50, the tip that second connecting axle 51 extends to second mating holes 50 below is fitted with second drive wheel 52, the lateral wall of first drive wheel 48 and the lateral wall of second drive wheel 52 all are equipped with round driving tooth 53, be connected with the drive belt 76 between first drive wheel 48 and the second drive wheel 52, the drive belt 76 surface has the connecting tooth 54 with driving tooth 53 meshing, the top of revolving stage articulates there is the second linking arm 55, the tip that the revolving stage side was kept away from to the second linking arm 55 is connected with handle 56 through the pivot, the top surface of base 1 is to the inside sunken depressed part 57 that forms of hiding handle 56 of base 1.
Wherein, through the rotation of the handle 56 and the cooperation of the second connecting arm 55, people can utilize the crank structure to rotate the rotary table, when the rotary table rotates, the second driving wheel 52 can be driven to rotate, the first driving wheel 48 is driven to rotate by the transmission effect of the transmission belt 76, the first driving wheel 48 drives the first hollow sleeve 44 to rotate by the rotation shaft, when the first hollow sleeve 44 rotates, as the first hollow sleeve 44 and the second hollow sleeve 32 are in threaded connection, and a section of the second hollow sleeve with the minimum outer diameter of the first telescopic rod 46 is fixedly connected with a section of the first connecting rod 4 at the topmost end of the first rod 5, so that the length of the first rod 5 can be changed along with the rotation of the rotary table, and the purpose of controlling the length adjustment of the first rod 5 by hand shaking is realized; after the length of the first rod body 5 is adjusted, the second connecting arm 55 can be turned over by utilizing the articulated connection mode of the second connecting arm 55, so that the handle 56 faces downwards, the second connecting arm 55 is placed flat, the handle 56 can be accommodated in the concave part 57, the handle 56 and the second connecting arm 55 can not rotate under the action of external force under the condition of no manual operation, and the length of the first rod body 5 is maintained in a stable state; the first rod body 5 is controlled by hand shaking, the length of the first rod body 5 is controlled by hand shaking, and when the lamp is in an upright state, the first rod body 5 is controlled by hand shaking in a manner that the first connecting rod 4 is pulled by hands, and the lamp has the advantages of less physical consumption and less operation difficulty.
As a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 24, one of the longitudinal ends of the cap housing 2 is provided with a female electric terminal 58 electrically connected to the battery 36, and the tip of the steering head 11 is provided with a male electric terminal 59 for realizing the butt-connection with the female electric terminal 58 after the steering head 11 is turned to the horizontal state.
After the steering head 11 is turned to a horizontal state, the sub-connection terminal 59 is in butt joint with the main connection terminal 58, so that the electric energy is transmitted into the steering head 11 for the light source assembly 3 mounted on the steering head 11 to emit light; after the steering head 11 is turned to a vertical state, the butt joint between the sub-electric terminals 59 and the main electric terminals 58 is separated, so that an electric energy transmission circuit in the steering head 11 is disconnected, and the power-off function of the lamp for power-off of the power-using components in the steering head 11 in a non-working state is achieved.
As one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 25 to 29, a section of the second connecting rod 77 at one end of the third rod 13 is inserted into the insertion opening 12, the end of the second rod 7 inserted into the insertion opening 12 is provided with the third end cap 60, the third end cap 60 is connected with the third hollow sleeve 61 through the second rotating member matched with the middle part, the third hollow sleeve 61 is matched with the second telescopic rod 62 through internal threads, the second telescopic rod 62 is formed by mutually threaded connection of a plurality of sections of the fourth hollow sleeve 63 in the inner and outer directions, the end of a section of the fourth hollow sleeve 63 with the smallest outer diameter of the second telescopic rod 62 is fixedly connected with the end of a section of the second connecting rod 77 with the smallest outer diameter of the second rod 7 through a connecting member, the second rotating member at the end of the third hollow sleeve 61 is connected with the third connecting shaft 64 penetrating the outside of the steering head 11, the surface of the steering head 11 is fixedly connected with the protective shell 65, the steering head 11 extends into the protective shell 65 and is connected with the gear 66, the gear 67 is provided with the two sides of the gear 67 extending to the two sides of the protective shell 65, the two sides of the transmission shaft 67 are fixedly connected with the two sides of the transmission shaft 67 through the transmission shaft 67, and the two sides of the transmission shaft 67 are fixedly connected with the two sides of the transmission shaft 67 are respectively, and the transmission shaft 67 is provided with the transmission shaft 70, and the transmission shaft is connected with the transmission shaft 70 is extended to the two sides of the transmission shaft 67 and the transmission shaft 71.

As a further preferred embodiment of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 30, the support 70 on the outer side of the arc-shaped track 71 is provided with a groove 73, the groove 73 is connected with a limiting hook 74 for limiting the position of the roller 69 through a rotating shaft, a hook end opening of the limiting hook 74 faces upwards, and in a track of the movement of the protective shell 65, the surface of the support 70 at the bottom end of the groove 73 is parallel to a horizontal plane, a second spring 75 is fixedly connected to the side, away from the hook end, of the limiting hook 74, and the other end of the second spring 75 is fixedly connected to the surface of the support 70, which is opposite after the limiting hook 74 is turned up.
When the steering head 11 in the vertical state is converted to the horizontal state, the protective shell 65 moves in an arc shape along with the steering head 11 in a space below the end part of the lamp cap shell, when the protective shell 65 moves to a position close to the bottom end of the arc-shaped rail 71, the hooking part of the limiting hook 74 hooks the surface of the protective shell 65 and swings away from the surface of the bracket 70 along with the movement of the protective shell 65, the second spring 75 is stretched, after the non-hooking end of the limiting hook 74 abuts against the surface of the bracket 70 at the bottom end of the groove 73, the non-hooking end of the limiting hook 74 is parallel to the horizontal plane, the limiting hook 74 does not swing towards the bottom end of the bracket 70, so that the roller 69 is limited to move further towards the bottom end of the arc-shaped rail 71, the roller 69 is prevented from being separated from the arc-shaped rail 71, and the steering head 11 is also in the horizontal state at the moment; when the steering head 11 in the horizontal state is converted to the vertical state, the protective housing 65 moves from the bottom end of the bracket 70 to the top end of the bracket 70, the hook end of the limit hook 74 does not hook the protective housing 65 any more, and the second spring 75 can be restored to the original state, so that the limit hook 74 is driven to swing towards the surface direction of the bracket 70 to reset the limit hook 74.

The flagpole lamp comprises a base, a lamp cap shell with a photovoltaic power generation assembly at the top end and a light source assembly, and is characterized in that the top end of the base is provided with a first rod body which can be adjusted in length in the height direction and is formed by mutually sleeving n sections of first connecting rods in the inner and outer directions, a first matching port at the bottom end of the lamp cap shell is matched with a second rod body which can be inserted into the first connecting rod with the smallest outer diameter in the first rod body, the first connecting rods with the smallest outer diameter in the second rod body and the first rod body are respectively inserted into a hollow locking sleeve from the upper side direction and the lower side direction, a conical nut in threaded fit with the top end of the locking sleeve is twisted, the top end of the locking sleeve is circumferentially provided with a plurality of shrinkage ports in the second rod body on the outer wall, so that a butt joint structure formed by sleeving the second rod body and the first rod body or a butt joint structure formed by sleeving the second rod body at intervals in the inner and outer directions is formed, the bottom end of the lamp cap shell or one of the length direction end of the lamp cap shell is connected with a steering head, at least one socket is internally provided with a connecting rod which can be inserted into the hollow locking sleeve, the connecting rod is arranged in the inner and outer direction of the second rod body or the telescopic connecting rod is sleeved in the inner and outer direction of the first connecting rod or the first connecting rod through the telescopic joint assembly;
