Abstract

The disclosure provides a waybill processing method, a waybill processing platform, a waybill processing system and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of logistics. The waybill processing method comprises the following steps: acquiring a service increasing request from a first terminal; determining a waybill and an added service according to the service adding request; and updating the information of the manifest according to the added service. By the method, recorded waybill information is more complete, and traceability of the waybill is improved; the manual reporting burden of the dispatch personnel is avoided, and the dispatch efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

Background
There are two common ways of paying for a logistic order, and the user may choose to pay by the sender at the time of shipping or by the recipient at the time of receipt.

The technical scheme of the present disclosure is described in further detail below through the accompanying drawings and examples.
A flowchart of some embodiments of the waybill processing method of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 1.
In step 130, the waybill handling platform obtains a service add request from the first terminal. In some embodiments, the first terminal is a terminal held by a dispatch personnel and having information interaction capability with the waybill handling platform. The first terminal determines the waybill by scanning the waybill (such as scanning a bar code or a two-dimensional code on the waybill), and generates a service adding request according to the service type input or selected by the dispatcher on the first terminal, wherein the service adding request comprises the waybill identifier and the added service.

In step 280, the waybill processing platform determines a service evaluation value corresponding to the added service and feeds back the service evaluation value to the first terminal. In some embodiments, the waybill processing platform may determine the corresponding service evaluation value according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-stored service and the service evaluation value by using the added service as the query quantity in a data query manner. In some embodiments, the service valuation is at least one of an amount of value, such as an amount of money or a flat amount of credit, or a coupon code that can be traded for a service, etc., that requires a user to pay.
In some embodiments, the waybill processing platform may also perform operations based on the added services according to a preset algorithm to output a service evaluation value. The first terminal receives the service evaluation value and makes a corresponding request to the user. In some embodiments, the item type, weight, type, etc. information may be included in the item request. The bill processing platform determines a consignment evaluation value based on a preset algorithm or a predetermined correspondence according to parameters in the consignment request, and in some embodiments, the consignment evaluation value is at least one of a value amount, such as a price or a platform integral amount, or a consignment ticket code, corresponding to the consignment, which is required to be paid by a user. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the waybill processing platform may further include a service issuing unit 414, which can issue an added service as a task to the first terminal after the first updating unit 413 updates the waybill information, so that the dispatcher can provide the corresponding service according to the issued task.
Based on the mode in the embodiment, task information can be sent to the terminal of the dispatcher after the platform updates the information of the waybill, so that the dispatcher operates according to the task issued by the platform, the work of the dispatcher can be dependent, the workload of the dispatcher can be recorded conveniently, and the accuracy and the efficiency of data processing during the work condition of the dispatcher are improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the waybill processing platform further includes an evaluation value determining unit 415 capable of determining a service evaluation value corresponding to the added service and feeding back the service evaluation value to the first terminal. In some embodiments, the evaluation value determination unit 415 may determine the corresponding service evaluation value by using the added service as the query amount in a data query manner according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-stored service and the service evaluation value. In some embodiments, the service valuation is at least one of an amount of value, such as a price or a platform integral, corresponding to the service that requires a user to pay, or a coupon code that can be traded for the service, etc.
The waybill processing platform enables the first terminal to pay corresponding value to the user requirement based on the service evaluation value generated by the platform, so that the received value is standardized, the damage to the platform or the benefit of the user is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the waybill processing platform may further include a second updating unit 416, capable of updating the real-time receipt information associated with the waybill according to the service confirmation information fed back by the first terminal.
The bill processing platform can automatically record the real receipt information, improves the integrity and accuracy of the recorded financial information, also avoids the burden caused by manual reporting of a dispatch personnel, and improves the whole flow processing efficiency of the bill.
A schematic structural diagram of one embodiment of a waybill handling platform of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 5. The waybill processing platform includes a memory 501 and a processor 502. Wherein: memory 501 may be a magnetic disk, flash memory, or any other non-volatile storage medium. The memory is used to store instructions in the corresponding embodiments of the waybill processing method above. Processor 502 is coupled to memory 501 and may be implemented as one or more integrated circuits, such as a microprocessor or microcontroller. The processor 502 is configured to execute instructions stored in the memory, so that the integrity of the waybill information can be improved, and the dispatching efficiency can be improved.
In one embodiment, the waybill handling platform 600 may also include a memory 601 and a processor 602 as shown in FIG. 6. The processor 602 is coupled to the memory 601 through a BUS 603. The waybill handling platform 600 may also be connected to external storage 605 via storage interface 604 to invoke external data, and may also be connected to a network or another computer system (not shown) via network interface 606. And will not be described in detail herein.
In the embodiment, the data instruction is stored by the memory, and then the instruction is processed by the processor, so that the integrity of the waybill information can be improved, and the dispatching work efficiency can be improved.
In another embodiment, a computer readable storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of the corresponding embodiment of the waybill processing method. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present disclosure may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present disclosure may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment, or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present disclosure may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable non-transitory storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, etc.) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
A schematic diagram of some embodiments of the waybill handling system of the present disclosure is shown in fig. 7.
The waybill handling platform 71 may be any of those mentioned above.
The first terminals 721 to 72n are terminals which are held by the dispatch personnel and have information interaction capability with the waybill processing platform, and n is a positive integer. In some embodiments, the first terminal may be a dedicated dispatch terminal, or a dispatch personnel mobile phone with a waybill handling platform client installed. The first terminal can generate a service adding request based on trigger operation of a dispatch personnel in the dispatch process and send the service adding request to the processing platform. In some embodiments, the first terminal can also collect corresponding values from the receiving user based on the service evaluation values fed back by the waybill processing platform, and after the user finishes paying, feed back service confirmation information to the waybill processing platform.
The waybill processing system can obtain the service added to the waybill in the dispatch process and record the service on the platform side, so that the recorded service of the waybill is more complete, the traceability of the waybill is improved, and the after-sales service of the waybill is conveniently provided for a user; the manual reporting burden of the dispatch personnel is avoided, and the dispatch efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the waybill processing system may further comprise second terminals 731-73 m, where m is a positive integer, which are terminals held by the pick-up person and having interaction capabilities with the waybill processing platform. In some embodiments, the second terminal obtains the waybill tasks issued by the waybill processing platform and displays the waybill tasks on a screen for viewing and selection by the pick-up personnel. In some embodiments, the second terminal may be a dedicated pick-up terminal, or a dispatch personnel may be equipped with a cell phone to the waybill handling platform client. In some embodiments, the second terminal is further capable of receiving a corresponding value from the consignment based on the consignment evaluation value fed back by the waybill processing platform, and feeding back consignment confirmation information to the waybill processing platform after the user finishes paying.
The waybill processing system can record the complete waybill information of the pick-up link, improve the data integrity and further improve the traceability of the waybill.
In some embodiments, the first terminal and the second terminal may be the same terminal integrated with the functions of picking up and sending the package, so that the courier can conveniently and synchronously execute the operations of picking up and sending the package for different shipping slips, and the processing efficiency of the shipping slips is improved.
The present disclosure is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to embodiments of the disclosure. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
Thus far, the present disclosure has been described in detail. In order to avoid obscuring the concepts of the present disclosure, some details known in the art are not described. How to implement the solutions disclosed herein will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the above description.
The methods and apparatus of the present disclosure may be implemented in a number of ways. For example, the methods and apparatus of the present disclosure may be implemented by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination of software, hardware, firmware. The above-described sequence of steps for the method is for illustration only, and the steps of the method of the present disclosure are not limited to the sequence specifically described above unless specifically stated otherwise. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the present disclosure may also be implemented as programs recorded in a recording medium, the programs including machine-readable instructions for implementing the methods according to the present disclosure. Thus, the present disclosure also covers a recording medium storing a program for executing the method according to the present disclosure.

Claims (21)

1. A waybill processing method comprising:
acquiring a service increasing request from a first terminal;
determining a waybill and an added service according to the service adding request;
and updating the information of the waybill according to the added service.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and issuing the added service to the first terminal for dispatch to be executed by a dispatcher.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and determining a service evaluation value corresponding to the added service, and feeding back the service evaluation value to the first terminal.
4. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and updating the real-time receipt information associated with the waybill according to the service confirmation information fed back by the first terminal.
5. A method according to claim 3, further comprising:
and under the condition that the waybill is paid by a sender, modifying the receivable information type associated with the waybill into multiparty simultaneous payment.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a service addition request from a first terminal comprises: the first subsystem obtains a service increasing request from a first terminal through an interface between the first subsystem and the first terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the updating information of the manifest according to the added service comprises:
the first subsystem sends the identification of the waybill and the added service to a second subsystem through an interface between the first subsystem and the second subsystem;
the second subsystem adds the added service to the information of the manifest.
8. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining a service valuation for the added service comprises:
the first subsystem sends the added service to a third subsystem through an interface with the third subsystem;
and the third subsystem determines a service evaluation value corresponding to the added service and feeds the service evaluation value back to the first subsystem.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the feeding back the service evaluation value to the first terminal comprises:
the first subsystem feeds back the service evaluation value to the first terminal through an interface between the first subsystem and the first terminal.
10. The method of claim 4, wherein the updating the real receipt information of the waybill association according to the service confirmation information fed back by the first terminal comprises:
a fourth subsystem acquires service confirmation information fed back by the first terminal;
and the fourth subsystem adds the service evaluation value to the real receipt information associated with the waybill.
11. The method of claim 5, wherein the modifying the type of receivables associated with the manifest to multiparty co-payment comprises:
after receiving the service evaluation value, the first subsystem sends receivable change information to a fourth subsystem through an interface between the first subsystem and the fourth subsystem, wherein the receivable change information comprises the added service and the service evaluation value;
and the fourth subsystem increases receivable items associated with the waybill according to the receivable change information and changes the type of the receivable information into multiparty concurrent payment.
12. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a collecting request from a second terminal in the operation of the bill collecting piece;
determining a consignment evaluation value according to the consignment request, sending the consignment evaluation value to the second terminal, and generating consignment party type response information associated with the waybill;
and generating actual receipt information associated with the waybill according to the mail sending confirmation information fed back by the second terminal.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
acquiring the bill issuing information and generating the bill;
and issuing the waybill to a second terminal so as to trigger the waybill package operation.
14. A waybill handling platform comprising:
a request acquisition unit configured to acquire a service addition request from a first terminal;
a service determining unit configured to determine a waybill and an added service according to the service addition request;
and a first updating unit configured to update information of the manifest according to the added service.
15. The platform of claim 14, further comprising:
and the service issuing unit is configured to issue the added service to the first terminal for dispatch personnel to execute.
16. The platform of claim 1, further comprising:
and the evaluation value determining unit is configured to determine a service evaluation value corresponding to the added service and feed back the service evaluation value to the first terminal.
17. The platform of claim 16, further comprising:
and the second updating unit is configured to update the real receipt information associated with the waybill according to the service confirmation information fed back by the first terminal.
18. A waybill handling platform comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-13 based on instructions stored in the memory.
19. A waybill handling system comprising:
the waybill handling platform of any one of claims 14-18; and
and the first terminal is configured to generate a service increasing request and send the service increasing request to the waybill processing platform.
20. The waybill handling system of claim 19 further comprising:
and the second terminal is configured to generate a pick-up request of the waybill and send the pick-up request to the waybill processing platform.
21. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 13.
