In general, the judgment of the congestion condition of the toll station lane mainly refers to the number of vehicles, for example, the number of vehicles waiting outside the toll station lane is large, and the situation that the space outside the toll station is completely stopped can be directly determined at this time, the waiting time of the vehicles going to the toll station is long, and the vehicles waiting for one or more hours can be directly determined, and when the vehicles outside the toll station are large, the relevant staff cannot monitor the waiting time of the corresponding vehicles passing through the toll station while ensuring to handle the toll, so that it cannot be accurately judged whether all the vehicles should be in a passing mode of paying in advance.
In order to avoid the above-mentioned situation, in this embodiment, a corresponding judgment mode of preset congestion state is set, which not only judges the number of vehicles waiting outside the toll station lane, but also judges the waiting time of each vehicle, reasonably predicts the waiting time of the vehicles outside the toll station lane, and avoids the situations that the waiting time of the vehicles is too long, or the vehicles directly adopt a leading and trailing passing mode of all vehicles when passing normally, so that the toll station needs to bear the risk of not paying the cost of the user, and the like.
Specifically, by identifying the number of vehicles to be paid in a toll station lane, determining the parking time required by each vehicle to be paid in the toll station lane, acquiring the queue condition of the vehicles to be paid in a target area of the toll station lane, generating a vehicle moving chain of each vehicle to be paid in the queue condition according to the queue condition, the number of vehicles and the parking time, at this time, predicting the total expected parking time of each vehicle to be paid in sequence from a head node of the vehicle moving chain to a tail node of the vehicle moving chain, judging the total parking time, and determining that if the total expected parking time of any vehicle to be waited in the vehicle moving chain is greater than the preset time, the toll station lane is currently in a preset crowded state.
It can be understood that the vehicle to be paid in the toll station lane is the vehicle which needs to pass through the toll station and also needs to pay corresponding fees, and when the number of the vehicles to be paid is identified, the monitoring equipment arranged in the toll station can be used for identifying the number of the vehicles in a certain area, the certain area can be the area outside the toll station lane for the user to park and wait, the size of the area can be set according to practical conditions, for example, the area can park at least five hundred vehicles.
The certain area is a target area of a toll station lane, and by identifying the queues of vehicles in the target area, the queuing situation of the vehicles to be paid in the current target area can be determined, for example, the toll station is provided with five lanes, the vehicles waiting outside the ETC lane are fewer, the vehicles waiting outside the CPC lane are more, the queuing situation is a specific situation of a queue formed by the vehicles waiting outside each lane, and parameters such as the number of the vehicles, the length of the vehicle queue and the like can be included.
It can be understood that, the parking time required in each payment process is counted, and the parking time refers to the parking time of the whole payment process that a user parks to a toll gate lane and communicates with related staff and pays corresponding fees, wherein the parking time can be different according to different types of users, for example, the parking time required by the user adopting a CPC card to carry out a manual payment way is longer, the parking time required by the user adopting ETC to quickly pass is shorter, and the user approximately waits for the barrier to lift up and release.
It can be understood that when the vehicle moving chain of each vehicle to be paid in the queue situation is generated according to the queue situation, the number of vehicles and the parking time, the vehicle moving chain is equivalent to the queue situation formed by the vehicles, and the link formed by a plurality of nodes is abstracted, wherein each node corresponds to one vehicle.

The preset duration is a preset duration threshold, which may be 5 minutes or 10 minutes, and is not specifically limited.
It should be noted that, in the EM lane, there may be some users who hold the CPC card, and also some users who hold the ETC card, but at this time, the specific situation of each vehicle in the vehicle moving chain cannot be determined, that is, in the case of determining the number of vehicles, it cannot be determined whether the vehicle belongs to a traffic mode in which the preceding and following payment can be implemented according to the preceding and following payment number, or a traffic mode in which the vehicle data CPC card implements the preceding and following payment, so that the actual parking time of each vehicle in the vehicle moving chain cannot be accurately predicted at present, and thus the predicted total parking duration cannot be predicted.

and in a preset collection period after the user drives to leave the toll station lane, carrying out charge collection on the charge which is paid by the leading-after-payment account, so that the user pays corresponding charge after passing through the toll station lane.
2. The highway fee payment method according to claim 1, wherein, before the step of acquiring the vehicle information of the user holding the CPC card, the method further comprises:
