it should be noted that any number of elements in the figures are for illustration and not limitation, and that any naming is used for distinction only and not for limitation.
The principles and spirit of the present application are explained in detail below with reference to several representative embodiments thereof.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a noise reduction method based on an air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment, and the method is applicable to the air conditioner as shown in fig. 1, and includes:
and step S101, collecting noise information in the space where the air conditioner is located in real time.
In this embodiment of the present application, the noise information may include noise information of air conditioner operation, noise information of electronic device operation, noise information of decoration, noise information of vehicle running on a road, noise information of speaking, and the like, which is not limited to this embodiment of the present application.
In this embodiment, noise information may be collected through a sound source collection module, including but not limited to: microphones, sound collectors, sound card converters, etc.
And step S102, analyzing the noise information to obtain noise parameters.
In this embodiment of the present application, the noise parameters include at least noise decibels, noise frequencies, and noise phases. The collected noise information can be analyzed through a sound source analysis module preset in the air conditioner, and noise parameters corresponding to the noise information are obtained.
Step S103, when the noise decibel is larger than a first target noise decibel, controlling the wind sweeping direction of the wind sweeping device to be opposite to the current wind sweeping direction; controlling the target rotating speed of the air conditioner fan to be reduced until the sound decibel in the space where the air conditioner is positioned is smaller than or equal to the first target noise decibel; and outputting the same-frequency anti-phase sound wave obtained according to the noise frequency and the noise phase.
Referring to fig. 2 together, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a structure of a noise reduction processing module 20 provided in an air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment; the noise reduction processing module 20 includes a wind sweeping control module 201, a fan control module 202, and a common-frequency inverse noise reduction module 203.
Specifically, the wind sweeping control module 201 is configured to control a wind sweeping direction of the wind sweeping device to be opposite to a current wind sweeping direction; the fan control module 202 is configured to control a target rotation speed of an air conditioner fan to decrease until a sound decibel in a space where the air conditioner is located is less than or equal to the first target noise decibel; the same-frequency anti-phase noise reduction module 203 is configured to output a same-frequency anti-phase sound wave obtained according to the noise frequency and the noise phase.
Optionally, in the voice air conditioner, the sound source collecting module may be a microphone preset for the voice air conditioner, and the sound source analyzing module may be a voice module preset for the voice air conditioner. The common-frequency inverse noise reduction module 203 may be a voice module and a speaker that are preset in a voice air conditioner. Therefore, the purposes of reducing and eliminating noise of the air conditioner are achieved under the condition that the hardware cost is not increased, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As an optional implementation, the method for controlling the target rotation speed of the air conditioner fan to decrease until the sound decibel in the space where the air conditioner is located is less than or equal to the first target noise decibel may specifically be:
acquiring the current rotating speed of an air conditioner fan and a preset target rotating speed;
determining the rotating speed adjustment rate of the air conditioner fan according to the current rotating speed and the target rotating speed;
updating the target rotating speed according to the current rotating speed and the rotating speed adjustment rate; wherein the target rotational speed is less than the current rotational speed;
controlling the air conditioner fan to run based on the target rotating speed, and acquiring sound decibels in a space where the air conditioner is located;
and if the sound decibel is larger than the first target noise decibel, executing the steps from the determination of the rotating speed adjustment rate of the air conditioner fan to the acquisition of the sound decibel in the space where the air conditioner is located.
According to the embodiment, the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan can be controlled to be reduced, and noise emitted by the air conditioner fan is reduced in the process of reducing the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan, so that the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan can be controlled to be continuously reduced until the sound decibel in the space where the air conditioner is located is smaller than or equal to the first target noise decibel, and therefore the space where the air conditioner is located is reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan, and the reliability of noise reduction is improved.
Specifically, the method for determining the rotation speed adjustment rate of the air conditioner fan according to the current rotation speed and the target rotation speed may specifically be:
determining an absolute value of a difference between the target rotational speed and the current rotational speed as a rotational speed difference;
determining a ratio between the first target noise decibel and the noise decibel as a decibel ratio;
and determining the ratio of the product of the rotating speed difference value and the decibel ratio to the target rotating speed as the rotating speed adjustment rate of the air conditioner fan.
According to the implementation mode, the rotation speed adjustment rate for adjusting the rotation speed of the air conditioner fan can be obtained by calculating based on the target rotation speed, the current rotation speed, the first target noise decibel and the noise decibel in the current environment, so that the determination of the rotation speed adjustment rate is highly related to the parameters, and the rotation speed adjustment rate is more matched with the real rotation speed of the air conditioner fan.
Specifically, the rotation speed adjustment rate K v The calculation formula of (2) can be:
wherein V is target For target rotation speed, V now N is the current rotation speed target For the first target noise decibel, N now Is noise decibel.
Optionally, the updating manner of the target rotation speed according to the current rotation speed and the rotation speed adjustment rate may specifically be:
determining the product between the current rotation speed and the rotation speed adjustment rate as an adjustment rotation speed;
and updating the target rotating speed through the adjusting rotating speed so that the target rotating speed is the same as the adjusting rotating speed.
The implementation of the implementation mode can calculate according to the calculated rotating speed adjustment rate and the current rotating speed to obtain the adjustment rotating speed; and updating the target rotating speed based on the adjusted rotating speed so as to enable the target rotating speed to have real-time performance.
Specifically, the calculation formula for adjusting the rotation speed may be:
as an alternative implementation, the mode of outputting the same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave obtained according to the noise frequency and the noise phase may specifically be:
acquiring a second target noise decibel and a white noise identifier;
if the noise decibel is smaller than or equal to the second target noise decibel and the white noise mark indicates that the white noise is not reserved, determining that the use mode of the air conditioner is a mute mode; and outputting mute same-frequency opposite-phase sound waves; the mute frequency of the mute same-frequency anti-phase sound wave is the same as the noise frequency, and the mute phase of the mute same-frequency anti-phase sound wave is 180 degrees different from the noise phase.
According to the embodiment, in the mute mode, the mute same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave with the same frequency as the noise and 180 degrees different in phase from the noise phase is output, so that the mute same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave can completely offset noise in the environment where the air conditioner is located, and the noise reduction effect is improved.
Optionally, after the acquiring the second target noise decibel and the white noise identifier, the method further includes:
if the noise decibel is smaller than or equal to the second target noise decibel and the white noise mark indicates that white noise is reserved, determining that the use mode of the air conditioner is a noise reduction mode;
if the noise decibel is greater than the second target noise decibel and the white noise mark indicates that white noise is reserved, determining that the use mode of the air conditioner is a white noise mode;
when the using mode is the noise reduction mode or the white noise mode, acquiring initial noise parameters acquired in advance; wherein, the initial noise parameter comprises initial noise frequency and initial noise phase;
removing target noise parameters matched with the initial noise parameters from the noise parameters to obtain target noise parameters; wherein a target noise frequency contained in the target noise parameter is different from the initial noise frequency, and a target noise phase contained in the target noise parameter is different from the initial noise phase;
outputting a target same-frequency anti-phase sound wave according to the target noise frequency and the target noise phase; the target frequency of the target same-frequency anti-phase sound wave is the same as the target noise frequency, and the target phase of the target same-frequency anti-phase sound wave is 180 degrees different from the target noise phase.
In this embodiment of the present application, the initial noise parameter is a parameter of environmental noise of a space where the air conditioner is located before the air conditioner operates.
According to the implementation mode, the initial noise parameters existing in the space where the air conditioner is located before the air conditioner operates can be obtained in the white noise mode or the noise reduction mode, and the initial noise parameters can be removed from the noise parameters, so that the target noise parameters which do not contain the initial noise parameters are obtained; and outputting a target same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave with the same target frequency as the target noise frequency and 180 degrees different from the target noise phase based on the obtained target noise frequency and the target noise phase of the target noise parameter, so that noise in the environment where the air conditioner is positioned is counteracted by the output target same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave, and only the initial noise is reserved, so that the noise reduction effect of the air conditioner accords with the use habit of a user.
For example, the air conditioner may be preset with three noise reduction modes, a mute mode, a white noise mode, and a free noise reduction mode; the wind sweeping direction is controlled to be reversed, so that larger noise generated by the limiting wind sweeping angle is avoided;

same-frequency anti-phase noise reduction module 203 sends out and N now (including initial noise decibel N) initial ) The same-frequency opposite-phase (same frequency, 180 DEG phase difference) sound wave counteracts N now (comprising N initial )。

When the fan control module 202 controls the target rotation speed of the air conditioner fan to be in the process of changing, if N now >N target Determining the rotation speed adjustment rate K v The air conditioner fan operation noise is reduced by adopting a target rotating speed slow-down mode of the air conditioner fan, and at the moment, the current target rotating speed of the fan is as follows:;
same-frequency anti-phase noise reduction module 203 sends out and N now (not including N initial ) The same-frequency opposite-phase (same frequency, 180 DEG phase difference) sound wave counteracts N now (not including N initial )。
3. Free noise reduction mode:
when the wind sweeping control module 201 is in the wind sweeping operation process, if N now >N target +2 (i.e. N target +2 can be the second target noise decibel), then the wind direction reversal is controlled, and the larger noise generated by the limit wind angle is avoided;
the fan control module 202 controls the air conditioner fan to have a fixed target rotation speed V target In operation, if N now >N target +2, the fan control module 202 controls the target speed of the air conditioner fan to decrease until N now ≤N target ;
When the fan control module 202 controls the air conditioner fanIf N when the target rotation speed of (2) is in the process of changing now >N target +2, determining the rotation speed adjustment rate K v The air conditioner fan operation noise is reduced by adopting a target rotating speed slow-down mode of the air conditioner fan, and at the moment, the current target rotating speed of the fan is as follows:;
same-frequency anti-phase noise reduction module 203 sends out and N now (not including N initial ) The same-frequency opposite-phase (same frequency, 180 DEG phase difference) sound wave counteracts N now (not including N initial )。
According to the embodiment of the application, the wind sweeping direction of the wind sweeping device can be controlled to be reversed, so that the wind sweeping device is prevented from generating larger noise when reaching a limit angle; the rotating speed of the air conditioner fan can be reduced, so that noise generated by the air conditioner fan is reduced; and the same-frequency opposite-phase sound wave obtained according to the noise frequency and the noise phase can be output so as to offset the sound wave generated by the noise, so that the whole noise in the space where the air conditioner is positioned is reduced, and the use experience of an air conditioner user is improved. In addition, the noise reduction reliability can be improved. In addition, the rotating speed adjustment rate can be more matched with the real rotating speed of the air conditioner fan. In addition, the method and the device can enable the target rotating speed to have real-time performance. In addition, the noise reduction effect can be improved.
