The lower part of the grinding cylinder is provided with a waste bin 14 which transversely stretches and moves, a telescopic avoiding opening 15 is formed on the transverse side wall of the U-shaped mounting plate 2 corresponding to the waste bin 14, a vertical telescopic positioning plate 16 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the polishing workbench 1, two symmetrical hydraulic telescopic cylinders 17 are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the telescopic positioning plate 16, and the telescopic tail ends of the hydraulic telescopic cylinders 17 are fixedly connected to the transverse outer side wall of the waste bin 14.
The sliding clamping assembly comprises a sliding clamping frame 18 which is arranged in the U-shaped mounting plate 2 in a sliding manner, the sliding clamping frame 18 is a U-shaped frame with an upward opening, positioning clamping plates 19 are respectively arranged on the opposite inner side walls and the inner bottom surface of the sliding clamping frame 18 in a telescopic manner, two symmetrical sliding driving motors 20 are fixedly connected to the transverse outer side walls of the U-shaped mounting plate 2, the tail ends of output shafts of the sliding driving motors 20 penetrate through the U-shaped mounting plate 2 and are fixedly connected with horizontal driving threaded rods 21, and the two driving threaded rods 21 penetrate through the vertical parts of the sliding clamping frame 18 respectively and are connected with the vertical parts of the sliding clamping frame in a threaded manner.
The swing clamping assembly is arranged at the transverse opening of the U-shaped mounting plate 2 and comprises a swing side plate 22, two symmetrical swing limiting seats 23 are fixedly connected to the outer side of the swing side plate 22 along the longitudinal direction, the swing limiting seats 23 are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the polishing workbench 1, swing driving motors 24 are fixedly connected to the outer end faces of the swing limiting seats 23 respectively, and the tail ends of output shafts of the swing driving motors 24 penetrate through the swing limiting seats 23 and are fixedly connected to the side walls, close to the lower ends, of the swing side plates 22.
The transverse outer end face of the swing side plate 22 is fixedly connected with a rotation driving motor 25, the tail end of an output shaft of the rotation driving motor 25 penetrates through the swing side plate 22 and is fixedly connected with a round rotating wheel 26, the outer side of the round rotating wheel 26 is provided with a limiting clamping sleeve 27, the limiting clamping sleeve 27 is fixedly connected to the inner end face of the swing side plate 22, the center of the outer end face of the round rotating wheel 26 is fixedly connected with a horizontal clamping square column 28, each side end face of the clamping square column 28 is respectively provided with an L-shaped jacking clamping plate 29 in a telescopic manner, a clamping telescopic cylinder 30 is respectively arranged between the clamping square column 28 and each jacking clamping plate 29, the fixed end of the clamping telescopic cylinder 30 is fixedly connected to the side end face of the clamping square column 28, and the telescopic end of the clamping telescopic cylinder 30 is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the jacking clamping plate 29.

The polishing table 1 is provided with a communication avoiding port 33 for swinging and accommodating the rotation driving motor 25.

The inner side end surface of each rotary connecting arm 36 is respectively provided with a storage groove 38, the inner groove surface of each storage groove 38 is respectively fixedly connected with two symmetrical horizontal telescopic cylinders 39, the tail end of each horizontal telescopic cylinder 39 is fixedly connected with an outer ring polishing seat 40, and the inner side surface of each outer ring polishing seat 40 is an arc surface.
The upper surface of the polishing workbench 1 is fixedly connected with a strip-shaped supporting plate 41 near the supporting fixing seat 34, and the strip-shaped supporting plate 41 can support the swing side plate 22 when the swing clamping assembly swings to the horizontal position.
The invention is used when in use: firstly, starting a swing driving motor 24, controlling a swing side plate 22 to swing to a horizontal position, horizontally placing a casting nozzle ring to be processed on a positioning clamping ring 31, simultaneously controlling a clamping telescopic cylinder 30 and a positioning telescopic cylinder 32 to extend, and integrally clamping the nozzle ring between the positioning clamping ring 31 and a top support clamping plate 29; starting a steering drive motor 37, wherein the steering drive motor 37 controls the rotating connecting arm 36 to rotate to the outer side of the nozzle ring; the horizontal telescopic cylinder 39 is controlled to extend, the outer ring polishing seat 40 is tightly attached to the outer ring of the nozzle ring, the rotary driving motor 25 is started, the rotary driving motor 25 drives the circular rotating wheel 26 to rotate, and therefore the nozzle is driven to rotate around the shaft, and outer ring polishing processing is completed; turning off the rotary driving motor 25, starting the steering driving motor 37 again, and driving the rotary connecting arm 36 to swing to the longitudinal direction by the steering driving motor 37 so as to avoid the swing side plate 22; starting the swing driving motor 24 again to swing the swing side plate 22 to the vertical position; starting a sliding driving motor 20, and driving a driving threaded rod 21 to rotate by the sliding driving motor 20, so as to drive a sliding clamping frame 18 to transversely slide to the outer side of the nozzle ring, and clamping the outer side of the nozzle ring through the expansion and contraction of a positioning clamping plate 19; the clamping telescopic cylinder 30 and the positioning telescopic cylinder 32 are controlled to be shortened respectively, so that the positioning clamping ring 31 and the top support clamping plate 29 release the clamping of the nozzle ring; the sliding driving motor 20 is controlled to rotate reversely, the sliding clamping frame 18 slides towards one side of the grinding cylinder until the nozzle ring is sleeved on the outer side of the annular separation net 5; adding the grinding agent from a charging hopper 10, starting a stepping motor 11, driving a conveying rotating shaft 12 to rotate by the stepping motor 11, conveying the grinding agent into a grinding cylinder by using a spiral conveying blade 13, synchronously rotating a horizontal rotating shaft 7 along with the conveying rotating shaft 12, pushing the grinding agent onto an annular separation net 5 through a pushing plate 8, and enabling the grinding agent to contact with the inner side wall of a nozzle ring through the annular separation net 5 to finish grinding finishing treatment; after finishing polishing the inner ring, controlling the sliding clamping frame 18 to move so as to enable the nozzle ring to be separated from the grinding cylinder, and then taking down the nozzle ring finished with finishing from the sliding clamping frame 18; simultaneously, the hydraulic telescopic cylinder 17 is controlled to extend, so that the waste bin 14 moves below the grinding cylinder, the pushing plate 8 continues to rotate to push materials, and the grinding agent which is consumed and ground is dropped into the waste bin 14 through the meshes of the annular separation net 5.

the polishing and grinding machine comprises a polishing and grinding workbench (1), wherein a U-shaped mounting plate (2) with a transverse opening is fixedly connected to the middle of the upper surface of the polishing and grinding workbench (1), the inner ring polishing assembly comprises a horizontally arranged grinding cylinder, the grinding cylinder comprises a first clamping plate (3) and a second clamping plate (4) which are vertically arranged, an annular separation net (5) is fixedly connected between the first clamping plate (3) and the second clamping plate (4), a plurality of groups of horizontal connecting columns (6) are fixedly connected to the outer side wall of the second clamping plate (4), and the other ends of the horizontal connecting columns (6) are fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the U-shaped mounting plate (2);
a horizontal rotating shaft (7) is arranged between the first clamping plate (3) and the second clamping plate (4), a plurality of pushing plates (8) which are symmetrical in center are fixedly connected to the peripheral wall of the horizontal rotating shaft (7), and the tail end of each pushing plate (8) extends to be propped against the inner side of the annular separation net (5) respectively;
the swing clamping assembly is arranged at a transverse opening of the U-shaped mounting plate (2), the swing clamping assembly comprises a swing side plate (22), two symmetrical swing limiting seats (23) are fixedly connected to the outer side of the swing side plate (22) along the longitudinal direction, the swing limiting seats (23) are fixedly connected to the upper surface of the polishing workbench (1), swing driving motors (24) are fixedly connected to the outer end faces of the swing limiting seats (23) respectively, and the tail ends of output shafts of the swing driving motors (24) penetrate through the swing limiting seats (23) and are fixedly connected to the side walls, close to the lower ends, of the swing side plates (22);
a rotary driving motor (25) is fixedly connected to the transverse outer end face of the swing side plate (22), the tail end of an output shaft of the rotary driving motor (25) penetrates through the swing side plate (22) and is fixedly connected with a round rotating wheel (26), a horizontal clamping square column (28) is fixedly connected to the center of the outer end face of the round rotating wheel (26), L-shaped top support clamping plates (29) are respectively and telescopically arranged on each side end face of the clamping square column (28), and transverse telescopic positioning clamping rings (31) are arranged on the outer sides of the four top support clamping plates (29);
the sliding clamping assembly comprises a sliding clamping frame (18) arranged in the U-shaped mounting plate (2) in a sliding mode, the sliding clamping frame (18) is a U-shaped frame with an upward opening, positioning clamping plates (19) are respectively arranged on the inner side wall and the inner bottom face of the sliding clamping frame (18) in a telescopic mode, two symmetrical sliding driving motors (20) are fixedly connected to the transverse outer side wall of the U-shaped mounting plate (2), the tail end of an output shaft of each sliding driving motor (20) penetrates through the U-shaped mounting plate (2) and is fixedly connected with a horizontal driving threaded rod (21), and the two driving threaded rods (21) penetrate through the vertical portions of the sliding clamping frame (18) respectively in a threaded mode.
