when the cutting is completed, the servo motor 63 and the cutting disc 64 are pushed to the leftmost side by the extension of the hydraulic rod 4 again, the air cylinder 72 is contracted, the cut pipe is taken down, the box door 87 is opened, and the scraps at the bottom of the scraps collecting box 81 are discharged.
