Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner sterilization control method, including:
s1: and acquiring the current state of the air conditioner, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a first sterilization mode if the current state is an operation state.
As shown in fig. 5, a relative humidity sensor is disposed inside the air conditioner, and the relative humidity sensor is used for measuring the humidity inside the air conditioner, and the humidity in this embodiment refers to the relative humidity. The air conditioner is also internally provided with a fan, an electric auxiliary heater and a heat exchanger, and the embodiment takes the heat exchanger comprising an evaporator as an example. The temperature of the inner coil, namely the temperature of the indoor side coil pipe, is obtained through a temperature sensing bulb.
The air conditioner is in a power-on state, can send control signals except for starting up to the air conditioner, detects whether the air conditioner responds or not, and can also detect the voltage and/or current of the air conditioner to acquire the current state of the air conditioner, and the method is not limited herein.
And if the current state is the running state, waiting for the running of the air conditioner to finish, controlling the air conditioner to enter a first sterilization mode, and closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the air conditioner.
S2: and in the first sterilization mode, performing air conditioner sterilization according to the temperature of the heat exchanger and the internal humidity of the air conditioner.
And acquiring the temperature and the internal humidity of the heat exchanger of the air conditioner, stopping the operation of the air conditioner, and after entering a first sterilization mode, enabling the temperature of the heat exchanger to be higher. Before the air conditioner stops running, vaporization and liquefaction are continuously carried out in the air conditioner, and the air conditioner has higher internal humidity. Under the environment of high-temperature construction of the heat exchanger, if the internal humidity of the air conditioner reaches the standard of sterilization, the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced by using the high temperature generated by the heat exchanger, so that the interior of the air conditioner is sterilized.
S3: and if the current state is a stop state, controlling the air conditioner to enter a second sterilization mode.
The final running time of the air conditioner is the time when the air conditioner is in the running state last time, and the final running time is subtracted from the current time to obtain a first time interval. The larger the first time interval, the longer the air conditioner is in a stopped state. If the first time interval is greater than the first time threshold, the temperature of each part in the air conditioner is the room temperature. The present embodiment sets the first time threshold to 3 days.
The air conditioner is still electrified in a stop state, and the air conditioner is always electrified.
As an example, the final operation time of the air conditioner is 10 months and 20 days, the current time is 10 months and 25 days, the first time interval is 5 days, and the first time interval is greater than the first time threshold value, and the air conditioner is controlled to enter the second sterilization mode.
S4: and in the second sterilization mode, controlling electric auxiliary heating according to the internal humidity of the air conditioner, and performing air conditioner sterilization.
And in the second sterilization mode, the temperature inside the air conditioner is room temperature, and the air conditioner is in a power-on state at the moment, and the internal humidity of the air conditioner is detected. If the internal humidity is high, bacteria can grow in the air conditioner, electric auxiliary heating is controlled, the temperature in the air conditioner is increased, the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced, and therefore the air conditioner is sterilized.
The higher the heating temperature of the electric auxiliary heat is, the longer the continuous heating time is, the lower the internal humidity of the air conditioner is, and the better the effect of sterilizing the inside of the air conditioner is.
The heat exchanger is selected to be adopted at high temperature or the electric auxiliary heat is started according to the current state of the air conditioner to reduce the internal humidity of the air conditioner, so that the heat emitted by the heat exchanger in the air conditioner can be fully used, and the air conditioner can be kept at a higher temperature and a lower internal humidity in the air conditioner in a stop state, so that the air conditioner is continuously sterilized, and the indoor air is kept clean.
The method for controlling the sterilization of the air conditioner comprises the steps of obtaining the current state of the air conditioner, and controlling the air conditioner to enter a first sterilization mode if the current state is an operation state. In the first sterilization mode, air conditioner sterilization is performed according to the temperature of the heat exchanger and the internal humidity of the air conditioner. When the air conditioner is in an operating state, the heat exchanger of the air conditioner has higher temperature, and the humidity inside the air conditioner is gradually reduced under the high-temperature environment created by the heat exchanger, so that an environment which is unfavorable for bacterial growth is formed. The energy consumption of the sterilization in the air conditioner can be reduced because no additional heat source is needed. And if the current state is the shutdown state, controlling the air conditioner to enter a second sterilization mode. In the second sterilization mode, the electric auxiliary heating is controlled according to the internal humidity of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner sterilization is performed. When the air conditioner is in a stop state, the temperature of each part in the air conditioner is restored to the room temperature, and the electric auxiliary heating is controlled, so that the temperature in the air conditioner is increased, the humidity in the air conditioner is reduced, an environment which is unfavorable for bacterial growth is formed, and the degerming effect is achieved. In summary, the method can keep the inside of the air conditioner at a higher temperature no matter in the running state or in the stopping state of the air conditioner, thereby reducing the humidity inside the air conditioner and continuously degerming the inside of the air conditioner.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, this embodiment only describes the differences from embodiment 1 in that the air conditioner sterilization is performed according to the heat exchanger temperature and the internal humidity of the air conditioner, including:
s22: a first time interval is calculated.
And obtaining the final running time of the air conditioner, and subtracting the final running time from the current time to obtain a first time interval.
Step S21 is also included before step S22: judging whether the air conditioner operates normally, if so, waiting for the operation of the air conditioner to finish, and closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the air conditioner.
And if the air conditioner is abnormal in operation, controlling the air conditioner to end the first sterilization mode.
As an example, the preset time of the air conditioner is 5 hours, the air conditioner has been operated for 3 hours, waiting for 2 hours, the operation of the air conditioner is ended, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the air conditioner are closed.
S23: if the first time interval is smaller than or equal to a first time threshold, detecting whether the internal humidity is larger than or equal to a first humidity threshold, and if so, detecting whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is larger than or equal to a first temperature threshold;
the first time interval is denoted T and the first time threshold is set to 3. If the first time interval is less than or equal to the first time threshold, for example, t=2, it indicates that the last time the air conditioner was turned on is within 2 days, that is, at least one time of air conditioner is turned on within 2 days, and the frequency of use of the air conditioner is high.
The internal humidity of the air conditioner is measured according to a relative humidity sensor inside the air conditioner, the internal humidity is expressed as a percentage, the first humidity threshold is set to 70%, and the first temperature threshold is set to 56 ℃.
And acquiring the temperature of the heat exchanger, and if the temperature of the heat exchanger is smaller than the first temperature threshold value, increasing the temperature of the heat exchanger until the temperature of the heat exchanger is larger than or equal to the first temperature threshold value.
The heat exchanger temperature can be regulated in two ways, the first way is to raise the heat exchanger temperature to be greater than the first temperature threshold, and in the process of heating the air inside the air conditioner by using the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger temperature is continuously lowered until the heat exchanger temperature is detected to be less than the first temperature threshold, and then the heat exchanger temperature is raised to be greater than the first temperature threshold. The second mode is to raise the temperature of the heat exchanger to a first temperature threshold value, and then continuously heat the heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the heat exchanger is always greater than the first temperature threshold value.
S24: and if the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, starting a fan, and controlling the fan to stir hot air in the air conditioner.
If the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, the heat exchanger is higher, the fan is started to generate air flow, and heat generated by the heat exchanger can be dispersed to each area in the air conditioner. The fan is controlled to rotate continuously, so that the temperature in the air conditioner rises continuously.
The rotational speed of the fan may be set to one or more fixed values, the lower the heat exchanger temperature, the faster the fan rotational speed, or the higher the heat exchanger temperature, the faster the fan rotational speed.
As an example, the internal humidity is 80%, the internal humidity is greater than a first humidity threshold, the heat exchanger temperature is detected to be 60 degrees celsius, the heat exchanger temperature is greater than a first temperature threshold, the fan is turned on, and the rotational speed of the fan is set to a first rotational speed.
After step S24, steps S25 to S27 are further included:
s25: and detecting whether the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold, and if so, controlling the air conditioner to end the first sterilization mode.
If the internal humidity of the air conditioner is smaller than the first humidity threshold, the internal environment of the air conditioner is dry and is not suitable for bacterial growth, and at the moment, the air conditioner is controlled to finish the first sterilization mode, so that electric energy can be saved.
S26: and if the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, detecting whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
If the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, the internal environment of the air conditioner is moist, bacteria grow, and whether the temperature of the heat exchanger reaches the dehumidification requirement is detected.
S27: and if the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, controlling the fan to continuously stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
If the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, indicating that the temperature of the heat exchanger is higher, controlling the fan to stir hot air near the heat exchanger, so that the hot air near the heat exchanger is dispersed to other areas inside the air conditioner, and the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced.
Step S22 further includes:
s23': if the first time interval is greater than the first time threshold and is smaller than or equal to the second time threshold, judging whether the air conditioner operates normally.
If the refrigerating and heating functions of the air conditioner are normal, the air conditioner operates normally. The second time threshold is greater than the first time threshold, and the second time threshold is set to 7 days.
Step S23' is followed by step S24' and step S24' ', if the air conditioner is abnormal, step S24' is executed; if the air conditioner is operating normally, step S24' is performed.
S24': if the air conditioner is abnormal in operation, the final sterilization time of the air conditioner is obtained, and the second time interval of the current time and the final sterilization time is calculated.
If the air conditioner can not normally refrigerate and heat, the air conditioner is judged to be abnormal in operation. As an example, the final sterilization time is 10 months 20, the current time is 10 months 25, and the second time interval is 5 days.
After step S24' is performed, steps S25' -S26' are performed.
S25': if the second time interval is greater than a second sterilization time threshold, detecting whether the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, and if so, detecting whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
And setting the second sterilization time threshold to 3 days, and if the second time interval is larger than the second sterilization time threshold, indicating that the air conditioner is not sterilized for a longer time. If the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold value under the condition that the air conditioner is not sterilized for a long time, the environment inside the air conditioner is suitable for bacterial growth at the moment, and bacteria inside the air conditioner are more.
S26': and if the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, starting the fan, and controlling the fan to stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
If the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, the temperature of the heat exchanger is higher, the fan is started, and the fan blows high-temperature gas around the heat exchanger to other areas inside the air conditioner, so that the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced.
In the process of stirring hot air in the air conditioner by the fan, measuring the internal humidity of the air conditioner according to the relative humidity sensor, and ending the first sterilization mode if the internal humidity is smaller than a first humidity threshold value; if the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, detecting whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, and if so, executing step S26'; if not, the temperature of the heat exchanger is increased until the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
S24'': and if the air conditioner operates normally, waiting for the air conditioner to end.
After the execution of step S24', step S25' -S26' is executed. The operation may be stopped after waiting for the preset time for the operation of the air conditioner, or the user may press a shutdown button of the remote controller of the air conditioner, so that the operation is stopped for the air conditioner, which is not limited herein.
S25'': and closing the air inlet and the air outlet of the air conditioner.
Closing the air inlet of the air conditioner can prevent air outside the air conditioner from flowing into the air conditioner, and the air outside the air conditioner possibly contains bacteria, so that the air inside the air conditioner is only required to be sterilized.
Closing the air outlet of the air conditioner can prevent the air conditioner from blowing out the air with bacteria into the room and polluting the indoor air before the sterilization of the air conditioner is finished.
S26 ''. And detecting whether the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, and if not, controlling the air conditioner to end the first sterilization mode.
If the internal humidity of the air conditioner is smaller than the first humidity threshold, the internal humidity of the air conditioner is lower, the environment inside the air conditioner is not suitable for bacterial growth, and the first sterilization mode is ended.
If the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, which indicates that the internal humidity of the air conditioner is higher at this time, the environment inside the air conditioner is suitable for bacterial growth, and whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold is detected, if yes, step S26' is executed, and if not, the temperature of the heat exchanger is adjusted to be greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner is in an operation state and the first time interval is smaller, the temperature of the heat exchanger is higher, the internal humidity of the air conditioner is detected, if the internal humidity is larger, the fan is started, and the high-temperature gas near the heat exchanger is emitted to other areas inside the air conditioner, so that the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced. After the fan is started, if the internal humidity of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to a first humidity threshold value, the fan is controlled to continue to operate until the internal humidity of the air conditioner is less than the first humidity threshold value. The high temperature of the heat exchanger is adopted to construct the internal environment of the air conditioner which is not suitable for the growth of bacteria, so that the energy can be saved.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment only describes the differences from embodiment 1, in which the electric auxiliary heating is controlled according to the internal humidity of the air conditioner in the second sterilization mode, and the sterilization of the air conditioner is performed, including:
s41: detecting whether the first time interval is larger than a second time threshold and smaller than or equal to a third time threshold, if yes, acquiring the final sterilization time of the air conditioner, and calculating the current time and the second time interval of the final sterilization time.
The second time threshold is greater than the first time threshold, the second time threshold is set to 7 days, and the third time threshold is set to 15 days. A second time interval is calculated, the second time interval representing a time interval from a last time the second sterilization mode was turned on.
S42: and if the second time interval is greater than or equal to a first sterilization time threshold and the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, starting the electric auxiliary heat, and adjusting the electric auxiliary heat temperature to a second temperature threshold.
Setting the first sterilization time threshold to 2 days, and if the second time interval is greater than or equal to the first sterilization time threshold, indicating that the time interval from the last time the second sterilization mode is started is longer, requiring sterilization of the air conditioner interior. Because the air conditioner is in a stop state at this time, and the temperature of each part in the air conditioner is room temperature, starting the electric auxiliary heat in the air conditioner, and continuously increasing the temperature of the electric auxiliary heat until the temperature of the electric auxiliary heat reaches a second temperature threshold.
If the second time interval is smaller than the first sterilization time threshold, the time interval from the last time of starting the second sterilization mode is shorter, sterilization is not needed in the air conditioner, and the air conditioner is controlled to finish the second sterilization mode.
S43: and starting the fan, and controlling the fan to stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
Step S43 is the same as step S24, and will not be described here.
S44: and acquiring the internal humidity, and if the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to finish the second sterilization mode.
As an example, the relative humidity sensor inside the air conditioner collects an internal humidity of 60%, the first humidity threshold is 70%, and the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold, which indicates that the internal environment of the air conditioner is drier at this time, and is not suitable for bacterial growth, and the air conditioner is controlled to end the second sterilization mode.
S45: and if the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, maintaining the electric auxiliary heating temperature at the second temperature threshold, and controlling the fan to continuously stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
The second temperature threshold is in the range of 56 degrees celsius to 60 degrees celsius, and preferably the second temperature threshold is set to 58 degrees celsius. The electric auxiliary heat is kept at a higher temperature, the air temperature near the electric auxiliary heat is higher, and the fan is controlled to continuously stir the air near the electric auxiliary heat, so that the high-temperature air near the electric auxiliary heat is emitted to other areas inside the air conditioner, and the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced.

T (T) s1 <T s2 By way of example, T will be s1 Set to 3 days, T is taken s2 Set to 7 days.
S43': and starting the fan, and controlling the fan to stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
The fan can be arranged near the electric auxiliary heat and can also be arranged between the electric auxiliary heat and the heat exchanger. One fan may be provided, or a plurality of fans may be provided. The position and the number of the fans are not limited in the embodiment, and the embodiment takes the example that one fan is arranged near the electric auxiliary heat and near the heat exchanger.
S44': and acquiring the internal humidity, and if the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to finish the second sterilization mode.
Step S44' is the same as step S44, and will not be described here again.
S45': and if the internal humidity is greater than or equal to the first humidity threshold, maintaining the electric auxiliary heating temperature at the second temperature threshold, and controlling the fan to continuously stir the hot air in the air conditioner.
Step S45' is the same as step S45, and will not be described here again.
According to the method, the final sterilization time of the air conditioner is obtained when the air conditioner is in a stop state for a long time, the second time interval of the current time and the final sterilization time is calculated, and if the second time interval is larger than or equal to the first sterilization time threshold and the internal humidity is larger than or equal to the first humidity threshold, the air conditioner is free of sterilization for a long time, the internal humidity of the air conditioner is high, and the air conditioner needs to be sterilized. Because the air conditioner is in a stop state for a long time, the temperature of each part in the air conditioner is room temperature, the electric auxiliary heat is started, the electric auxiliary heat temperature is increased, and the temperature of gas near the electric auxiliary heat is increased. And starting a fan to emit high-temperature gas near the electric auxiliary heat to other areas in the air conditioner, so that the internal humidity of the air conditioner is reduced, an environment unsuitable for bacterial growth is constructed, and the interior of the air conditioner is continuously sterilized.
