It should be understood that the driving rack 73 in fig. 7 and 8 is in an adjusted state and the driving rack 73 in fig. 10 is in a home state in the present application.
By slidably coupling the drive rack 73 to the sun visor 52 to disengage the drive rack 73 from the turning gear 72 when no adjustment of the sun visor 52 is required, the sun visor 52 is prevented from extending when the turning shaft 71 is inadvertently touched. And when the extended length of the sun visor 52 is required to be adjusted, the drive rack 73 may be brought into an adjusted state to engage the drive rack 73 with the turning gear 72.
Specifically, when the driving rack 73 is in the original state, a receiving table is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 51, an elastic piece 76 is arranged on the receiving table, and the upper end of the elastic piece 76 is connected with the lower end of the driving rack 73.
Referring to fig. 7, 10 and 11, an upper end surface of the sunshade fan 5 is provided with a relief groove 53 penetrating downward into the accommodating cavity 51, and the relief groove 53 extends along a sliding direction of the sunshade plate 52; the upper end of the transmission rack 73 is provided with an adjusting rod 74, and the upper end of the adjusting rod 74 extends upwards to form the sunshade fan 5 and is connected in the abdication groove 53 in a sliding way along the vertical direction; wherein, the extending end of the adjusting rod 74 moves up and down in the yielding groove 53 to drive the driving rack 73 to switch between the adjusting state and the home state.
In order to facilitate the up and down sliding of the transmission rack 73, the transmission rack 73 is provided with the adjusting rod 74, and the upper end of the adjusting rod 74 can extend out of the sunshade fan 5 so as to adjust the position of the transmission rack 73 by adjusting the position of the adjusting rod 74 up and down.
It should be appreciated that since the relief groove 53 extends in the sliding direction of the sun visor 52, the adjustment rod 74 is horizontally movable within the relief groove 53 during the outward extension of the sun visor 52 out of the receiving cavity 51.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, an exemplary limit groove 531 extending along the sliding direction of the sun visor 52 is provided on one side groove wall of the relief groove 53; the upper end of the adjusting rod 74 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod 75 extending along the radial direction of the adjusting rod 74; wherein, when the rotating rod 75 is limited in the limiting groove 531, the transmission rack 73 is in the original position; when the rotation lever 75 is limited on the upper end surface of the sunshade fan 5, the transmission rack 73 moves to the adjustment state.
By providing the limiting groove 531, the driving rack 73 can be limited in the above-mentioned home position, and by extending the limiting groove 531 along the sliding direction of the sun visor 52, the rotating rod 75 can be limited in the limiting groove 531 when the sun visor 52 extends to a preset position.
Referring to fig. 11, optionally, a limiting hole 532 is provided on a lower side groove wall of the limiting groove 531, a limiting block is provided at an end of the rotating rod 75 away from the adjusting rod 74, and the limiting block is limited in the corresponding limiting hole 532 when the sun visor 52 extends to a preset position.
Referring to fig. 6, an avoidance groove parallel to the limit groove 531 is illustratively provided on the upper end surface of the sunshade fan 5.
When the extending length of the sun shield 52 needs to be adjusted, the rotating rod 75 can be rotated ninety degrees, so that the adjusting rod 74 drives the rotating rod 75 to extend out of the yielding groove 53, and the transmission rack 73 is driven to move upwards, and the transmission rack 73 is meshed with the rotating gear 72; then, the rotating rod 75 is reversely rotated for ninety degrees, so that the rotating rod 75 is limited on the upper end surface of the sunshade fan 5, and a limiting block on the rotating rod 75 is arranged in the avoidance groove; when the rotating shaft 71 is rotated, the rotating shaft 71 drives the rotating gear 72 to rotate, and the transmission rack 73 drives the sun shield 52 to extend, at this time, the adjusting rod 74 slides in the yielding groove 53, and the limiting block on the rotating rod 75 slides in the yielding groove on the upper end surface of the sun shield fan 5, so that the sun shield 52 extends for a specified length.
When the sun shield 52 extends to the designated position, the rotating rod 75 is rotated ninety degrees again, so that the rotating rod 75 can move downwards in the abdication groove 53 along with the adjusting rod 74, and the transmission rack 73 is driven to move downwards, so that the transmission rack 73 is separated from the rotating gear 72; and then reversely rotates the rotating lever 75 by ninety degrees again to limit the rotating lever 75 in one of the limit holes 532 of the limit groove 531 so as to limit the sun visor 52.
Referring to fig. 1, the present application further provides an assembled curtain wall window, which includes a plurality of groups of curtain wall window units adapted for sunshade, wherein the plurality of groups of curtain wall window units adapted for sunshade are sequentially connected.
