Abstract

一种自动回缩式安全注射器,包括一针头具有针管、针座及其针座胶圈,一针帽,一回缩弹簧,一可压断内缩推杆及一推杆胶圈,一药筒;依据上述本发明自动回缩式安全注射器结构,由于可压断内缩推杆组合于药筒内,压底后迫使自动断裂为一分为二后具有可缩减长度的功效,以提供足够空间使其回缩弹簧扩张以带动针头的针座上各滑道起作用以完成自动回缩的动作。

自动回缩式安全注射器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可单手操作且自动回缩针头且不可重复使用的安全注射器。
背景技术
现今世界各地药物注入需通过***方式,由于频繁的***因而产生针扎事件也是层出不穷,且在针扎事件后所产生的后遗症却是不容忽视,因通过针头经由血液感染的疾病如AIDS、B型、C型肝炎等等达20余种,且在事件后续的处理上也都必需付出相当大的代价。且一般公知的安全注射器为双手操作,制造成本虽低但使用极其不便且不够安全。
发明的公开
鉴于上述公知的安全注射器存在针扎事件等缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种可单手操作且自动回缩针头且不可重复使用的安全注射器。
本发明所提供的该自动回缩式安全注射器,包括一针管及针座具转动且可动性;一回缩弹簧,扩张时具有可容纳针头于内部空间且用以存放;一可压断内缩推杆具有可一分为二的功用及一推杆胶圈用于密合;一针座胶圈用于密合;一针帽用以护盖针头且卡合于药筒的扣钩上,当针帽没分离于药筒的扣钩上时,扣钩无法弹起,针头的回缩也就无法动作;一药筒且该内筒具有可容纳针头、回缩弹簧、可压断内缩推杆及其推杆胶圈的作动空间;
其特征在于:回缩弹簧处半压缩状态,当推压可压断内缩推杆连带推动针头及再压缩回缩弹簧至适当处,可压断内缩推杆一分为二后回缩弹簧开始扩张带动针头顺著预设的滑道转动动作,即完成自动回缩的动作。

实现本发明的最佳方式
以下配合附图表示的实施例,更进一步说明本发明自动回缩式安全注射器的构造,请参照图1,图1表示本发明各部位零件分解立体图。针头具有针管80、针座20其一端容纳针管80配合贯穿其中心,另一端圆周设置一胶圈槽25且在该凸出环面设置为回缩弹簧40的一端挡板26,而在针座20两端适当处设置数个呈内凹定位槽22连接数个呈斜度上升的前进坡道24,再连接数个呈内凹斜度旋转的旋转滑道23,再连接数个呈内凹的贯穿滑道21形成一呈似U形的供针头回缩作动滑道,一针座胶圈30用以密合使用,一呈环形回缩弹簧40用以压缩与扩张使针头回缩,一推杆胶圈50用以密合使用,一可压断内缩推杆60设置有长条形的内缩杆62,该内缩杆一端设有胶圈卡头61,可扣合推杆胶圈50,另一端连接于中空容纳杆66,其一端形成呈环状或环块状的易断处63,而中空容纳杆66的另一端设有一推把67,且在该两端适当处设有一呈环形底位挡环64用以控制注射底部的位置及一呈环形固定环槽65用以控制固定可压断内缩推杆一分为二与针头旋转后完成内缩,且中空容纳杆66的圆心具有可容纳内缩杆62的空间,一药筒70其一端设有数个略具弹性钩点向圆心的扣钩71,与针座20的呈似U形滑道配合,另一端设有一把耳74,而呈贯穿的内筒72其一端小于内筒72孔径形成挡环用以挡住回缩弹簧40的另一端,而该内筒72另一端设置一呈环形凸环73用以控制定位底位挡环64及固定环槽65,且该内筒72具有可容纳针头、回缩弹簧40、可压断内缩推杆60及其推杆胶圈50的空间,针帽10用以护盖针颉且卡合于药筒70的扣钩71上,该卡合端具有内套圈11,当针帽10没分离于药筒70的扣钩71上时,扣钩71无法弹起,针头的回缩也就无法动作。
再请参照图2,图2表示本发明针头放大立体图;再请参照图3表示本发明结构组件图;图4表示本发明结构组合剖面图;药筒70的扣钩71扣合于针座20的定位槽22使针头不至因弹簧张力向内缩,如图5A所示;长条形的内缩杆62一端连接于中空容纳杆66的一端形成呈环状或环块状的易断处63,即为内缩杆62与容纳杆63连接成一体的连接点,如图5B所示;呈环形凸环73用以控制定位底位挡环64及固定环槽65,如图5C所示。请再参照图6A、6B,回缩弹簧40具有被压缩空间,针座20于定位,凸环73卡位于底位挡环64,再施压可压断内缩推杆60往内,扣钩71顺着前进坡道24到达旋转滑道23回缩弹簧40到达极限,使得固定环槽65卡合于凸环73易断处63即断裂,可压断内缩推杆60一分为二,如图6A、6B及图7A所示。请再参照图7A、7B,可压断内缩推杆60一分为二后回缩弹簧40开始扩张带动针座20旋转再顺由贯穿滑道21完全脱离扣钩71至使针头可完全内缩于内筒72内如图7B及图8所示。
以下将叙述本发明实施例的自动回缩式安全注射器组合的过程;首先将回缩弹簧40经由内筒72的凸环73端置入再将针头一端贯穿回缩弹簧40,另一端挡板26挡住回缩弹簧40一端,针座20的定位槽22定位卡合于扣钩71,回缩弹簧40处半压缩状态,再将可压断内缩推杆60与推杆胶圈50经由胶圈卡头61扣合卡孔51组合,最后再将两组件组合,再将针帽10盖合于扣钩71上组合完成。
依据上述本发明自动回缩式安全注射器结构,由于可压断内缩推杆组合于药筒内时,压底后迫使自动断裂为一分为二后具有可缩减长度的功效,以提供足够空间使其回缩弹簧作动以带动针头的针座上各滑道起作用以完成自动回缩的动作,因此本发明零组件少制造成本低,且使用简便与安全,更可制成小容量的自动回缩式安全注射器。
虽然本发明已以一较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可做些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求范围所界定的为准。
工业应用性
依据上述本发明自动回缩式安全注射器结构,由于可压断内缩推杆组合于药筒内时,压底后迫使自动断裂为一分为二后具有可缩减长度的功用,以提供足够空间使其回缩弹簧作动以带动针头的针座上各滑道作动以完成自动回缩的动作。本发明零组件少制造成本低,且使用简便与安全。

Claims (4)

1.一种自动回缩式安全注射器,适用于医疗药物注射,该自动回缩式安全注射器包括:一针管及针座具转动且可动性;一回缩弹簧,扩张时具有可容纳针头于内部空间且用以存放;一可压断内缩推杆具有可一分为二的功用及一推杆胶圈用于密合;一针座胶圈用于密合;一针帽用以护盖针头且卡合于药筒的扣钩上,当针帽没分离于药筒的扣钩上时,扣钩无法弹起,针头的回缩也就无法动作;一药筒且该内筒具有可容纳针头、回缩弹簧、可压断内缩推杆及其推杆胶圈的作动空间;
其特征在于:回缩弹簧处半压缩状态,当推压可压断内缩推杆连带推动针头及再压缩回缩弹簧至适当处,可压断内缩推杆一分为二后回缩弹簧开始扩张带动针头顺著预设的滑道转动动作,即完成自动回缩的动作。
2.如权利要求1所述自动回缩式安全注射器,
其特征在于,针座其一端容纳针管配合贯穿其中心可供药液流通,另一端圆周设置一环形胶圈槽且在该凸出环面设置为挡板,而在针座两端适当处设置数个呈内凹定位槽连接数个呈斜度上升的前进坡道,再连接数个呈内凹斜度旋转的旋转滑道,再连接数个呈内凹的贯穿滑道形成数个呈似U形的供针座回缩作动滑道。
3.如权利要求2所述自动回缩式安全注射器,
其特征在于,可压断内缩推杆设置有长条形的内缩杆,其一端设有胶圈卡头可扣合推杆胶圈,另一端连接于中空容纳杆的一端形成呈环状或环块状的刀口易断处,而中空容纳杆的另一端设有一推把,且在该两端适当处设有一呈环形底位挡环,用以控制注射底部的位置及一呈环形固定环槽,用以控制固定可压断内缩推杆一分为二与针头旋转后完成内缩,且中空容纳杆的中心具有可容纳内缩杆的空间。
4.如权利要求3所述自动回缩式安全注射器,
其特征在于,呈长圆形药筒其一端设有数个略具弹性钩点向圆心的扣钩,与针座的呈似U形滑道配合,另一端设有一把耳,而呈贯穿的内筒其一端小于内筒孔径形成挡环,用以挡住回缩弹簧的另一端,而该内筒另一端设置一呈环形凸环,用以控制定位底位挡环及固定环槽。
