Description

Production method and connection method of continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pipeline production, and particularly discloses a production method and a connection method of a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe.
Background
At present, polyethylene pipelines have been widely used in such fields as water supply, gas, sewage disposal, communication cables, and the like. Along with the increasing complexity of the application environment of the polyethylene pipeline, the compressive strength requirement of people on the polyethylene pipeline is also higher. For this reason, some techniques wrap a fibrous layer around the polyethylene pipe to increase the strength of the polyethylene pipe.
Pipelines often require multiple pipelines to be joined together as they are laid to form a pipeline system. However, the end surfaces of the two polyethylene pipelines are rough after the fiber layers are arranged, so that the butt joint end surfaces of the two polyethylene pipelines are not easy to seal; and, even after setting up the fibrous layer, the link strength of pipeline still can not satisfy the demand.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a method for producing and connecting a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe, which can secure the strength of the connecting ends of pipes and make the connection between pipes tighter.
The aim of the application is achieved by the following technical scheme: a method for producing a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe, comprising the steps of:
step 1: preparing a polyethylene-based pipe, wherein two ends of the polyethylene-based pipe are set as non-winding sections, and a winding section is arranged between the two non-winding sections;
step 2: winding continuous fibers on the outer wall of the winding section of the polyethylene-based pipe to form a continuous fiber layer outside the winding section of the polyethylene-based pipe;
step 3: continuously winding continuous fibers at both end parts of the continuous fiber layer to form fiber thickening layers outside the both end parts of the continuous fiber layer;
step 4: and wrapping polyethylene outside the non-winding section to form polyethylene thickening layers outside two ends of the polyethylene pipe respectively, so as to obtain the continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe.
Further, in step 4, the non-wound sections at the two ends of the polyethylene pipe are heated, and then the open ends of the non-wound sections are turned outwards to form a polyethylene thickening layer.
The outer surface of the polyethylene thickening layer is flush with the outer surface of the fiber thickening layer.
The end face of the polyethylene thickening layer is leveled with the end face of the polyethylene-based pipe.
The continuous fibers are glass fibers or basalt fibers.
The continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe connecting process with the said production process includes the following steps:
A. respectively installing flanges on two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes to be connected, wherein the flanges are abutted against the end surfaces of the fiber thickening layers;
B. coaxially butting the connecting ends of two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes to be connected, and installing a sealing gasket between the butting end surfaces of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes;
C. the flange connection on the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes is realized by adopting the screw rod, and the butt joint end surfaces of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes are mutually pressed by locking the locking nuts.
Further, the step B further comprises sleeving a protective sleeve on the outer sides of the butt joint ends of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects: the polyethylene thickening layer and the fiber thickening layer are arranged on the outer side of the connecting end of the polyethylene pipe, so that the strength of the connecting end of the polyethylene pipe can be improved; and the strength of the connecting end of the connecting polyethylene pipe can be ensured by arranging the polyethylene thickening layer, and the flatness of the butt joint end face of the polyethylene pipe can be ensured, so that the sealing performance of two pipes after being in butt joint is better.

Example 1
The embodiment discloses a production method of a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe, which specifically comprises the following steps:
firstly, the polyethylene pipe 1 is prepared by using extrusion equipment, and the preparation method of the polyethylene pipe 1 is the same as the production method of the conventional polyethylene pipe, and will not be described herein. When the polyethylene pipe 1 is prepared, both ends of the polyethylene pipe 1 are defined as non-wound sections, and a wound section is formed between the two non-wound sections.
Next, the continuous fibers are wound on the outer wall of the wound section of the polyethylene-based pipe 1 by a winding apparatus to form a continuous fiber layer 5 outside the wound section of the polyethylene-based pipe. Wherein the continuous fibers can be glass fibers or basalt fibers.
Then, the continuous fibers are continuously wound around both end portions of the continuous fiber layer 5, thereby forming a fiber thickening layer 4 outside both end portions of the continuous fiber layer 5 to improve the strength of the end portions of the continuous fiber-reinforced polyethylene pipe.
Finally, polyethylene is wrapped outside the two non-winding sections to form polyethylene thickening layers 3 outside the two ends of the polyethylene pipe respectively, so as to obtain a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe, as shown in fig. 1.
When in setting, a polyethylene sleeve can be sleeved outside the non-winding section, and the polyethylene sleeve is a polyethylene thickening layer 3.
In this embodiment, when the polyethylene thickening layer 3 is provided, the non-wound sections at both ends of the polyethylene pipe 1 are heated to soften the portion of the polyethylene pipe 1, and then the open ends of the non-wound sections are turned outward by 180 degrees, so that the turned-over portions are coated on the outer sides of the remaining non-wound sections, thereby forming the polyethylene thickening layer 3. Thus, the end face of the polyethylene thickening layer 3 is leveled with the end face of the polyethylene-based pipe 1. Compared with the mode that a polyethylene sleeve is directly sleeved outside the non-winding section of the polyethylene pipe 1, the processing method enables the polyethylene thickening layer 3 and the polyethylene pipe 1 to form an integrated structure, no gap exists between the end face of the polyethylene thickening layer 3 and the end face of the polyethylene pipe 1, and when two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes are in butt joint, the sealing performance of the butt joint end face is better.
In addition, the outer surface of the polyethylene thickening layer 3 is flush with the outer surface of the fiber thickening layer 4 when specifically provided.
According to the application, the polyethylene thickening layer 3 and the fiber thickening layer 4 are arranged on the outer side of the connecting end of the polyethylene pipe 1, so that the strength of the connecting end of the continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe can be improved, the flatness of the butt joint end surface of the continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe can be ensured by arranging the polyethylene thickening layer 3, and the sealing performance of the butt joint of two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes is better.
Example 2
This example is a method for connecting a continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe produced by the production method of example 1, comprising the steps of:
firstly, installing flanges 8 on two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes to be connected respectively; the flange 8 is a split type hoop flange, namely the flange 8 is composed of two split type flange bodies, the two split type flange bodies can be clamped on the continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe after being buckled together, and the two split type flange bodies buckled together can be locked by adopting the matching of bolts and nuts, as shown in fig. 3, the split type flange 8 is convenient to install and disassemble. When in installation, the two-flap flange body is clamped on the continuous fiber layer 5 of the continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipe, and the end part of the flange body is abutted against the end face of the fiber thickening layer 4.
And then, coaxially butting the connecting ends of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes to be connected, installing a sealing gasket 7 between the butting end surfaces of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes, and compacting the sealing gasket 7 through the butting end surfaces of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes.
In addition, a protective sleeve 2 can be sleeved outside the butt joint ends of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes so as to protect the connecting ends of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes.
Finally, connecting flanges 8 on two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes by adopting a screw rod 6, and locking from the outer side of the flanges 8 by a locking nut 9; that is, by tightening the lock nut 9, the two flanges 8 are made to approach each other, and the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes are made to approach each other due to the abutment of the flanges 8 with the fiber thickened layer 4, so that the butt end surfaces of the two continuous fiber reinforced polyethylene pipes are pressed against each other, as shown in fig. 2.
In addition, when specifically setting up, the both ends of protective sheath 2 can support respectively and lean on two flanges 8, carry out spacingly to protective sheath 2 through two flanges 8, prevent protective sheath 2 axial float.
It should be noted that all of the features disclosed in this specification, or all of the steps in a method or process disclosed, may be combined in any combination, except mutually exclusive features and/or steps.
In addition, the foregoing detailed description is exemplary, and those skilled in the art, having the benefit of this disclosure, may devise various arrangements that, although not explicitly described herein, are within the scope of the present disclosure. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present description and drawings are illustrative and not limiting to the claims. The scope of the application is defined by the claims and their equivalents.
