It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the bottom cover 130 and the food trough 110 may be integrally formed, and the detachable connection is more beneficial to the processing and maintenance of the product.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8 in combination, in the present embodiment, the driving member 200 includes an upper cover 210 and a side periphery 220 that are detachably connected, the upper cover 210 is exposed at a top middle position of the pet pressing food leakage device 10 for the pet to press, and the side periphery 220 is embedded in an inner sidewall of the food trough 110 (or the inner sidewall of the food trough 110 is sleeved on the side periphery 220) and is movably connected with the bottom cover 130 along a vertical direction through the reset member 300. And the upper cover 210 serves as a cover of the grain storage bin 101, the owner can add pet grains into the grain storage bin 101 or observe the quantity of the grains by rotating to open the upper cover 210 (as shown in fig. 5), and then cover the upper cover 210 on the top of the grain storage bin 101 by rotating (screwing) to prevent the grains from splashing and being wet. Fig. 4 to 6 show that, as the side wall of the grain bin 101, the side periphery 220 is provided with a food leaking port 221 and an extended esophagus 222 communicated with the food leaking port 221, wherein the food leaking port 221 and the esophagus 222 can synchronously descend to be communicated with the food outlet 120 and the food intake groove 110 along with the descending of the driving member 200 (as shown in fig. 5 or 6), and grains in the grain bin 101 can enter the food intake groove 110 through the food leaking port 221, the esophagus 222 and the food outlet 120 in sequence; when the base 100 is not provided with the food outlet 120, the grains in the grain bin 101 directly enter the food groove 110 through the food leakage opening 221 and the esophagus 222 in sequence.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 in combination, in the present embodiment, the number of the food leaking openings 221 and the esophagus 222 is plural and the same, and the food leaking openings and the esophagus 222 are uniformly distributed on the side wall (side periphery 220) of the grain bin 101 in the circumferential direction; fig. 2 illustrates that the number of the food outlet holes 120 is the same as the number of the esophagus 222 and can be communicated in an aligned manner, so that food in the grain storage bin 101 can be evenly discharged along the side circumference to enter the food intake groove 110, and thus, the play of the pet can be promoted, and the mind and the body of the pet can be pleasant. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, first, because the upper cover 210 and the side periphery 220 may be integrally formed, the owner may add pet food through the remaining holes and holes formed in the driving member 200; the number of the food leaking openings 221, the esophagus 222 and the food outlet 120 is not limited, and at least one group of food can be aligned and communicated in the moving process of the driving member 200, so that food in the grain storage bin 101 can be discharged for the pet to eat.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the bottom of the grain bin 101 is the food tray 102, and for convenience of description, the junction of the food tray 102 and the sidewall (side periphery 220) of the grain bin 101 is defined as the edge of the food tray 102, and fig. 4 illustrates that in the state that the driving member 200 is not pressed, the edge of the food tray 102 is lower than the lower end of the food leakage port 221, so that pet grains in the grain bin 101 will not enter the esophagus 222 to be caught in general cases (the case where there is little addition of pet grains in the grain bin 101). Of course, when the pet food is fully added, the pet food in the grain bin 101 can enter the esophagus 222, and the inner side wall of the annular groove 110a of the embodiment is provided with the adjusting baffle 111, so that the pet food can be prevented from falling into the food groove through the esophagus 222; on the other hand, during the process of the driving member 200 descending (shown in fig. 4-6), the size of the feeding hole 120 can be adjusted to adapt to the feeding of the pet food with different sizes, and the pet food falls into the feeding trough 110 through the feeding hole 221, the esophagus 222 and the feeding hole 120 for feeding the pet. It should be understood that the adjustment flap 111 may not be provided if the pet food is not added in a large amount.
With continued reference to fig. 4 to 6, the food tray 102 includes a first tray 230 and a second tray 140 that move relatively in a vertical direction, specifically, the first tray 230 is fixedly disposed on the driving member 200 and protrudes radially from an inner wall of the side periphery 220, and the second tray 140 is fixedly disposed on the base 100 and protrudes from the bottom cover 130, so that the first tray 230 can move synchronously up and down with respect to the second tray 140 along with the movement of the driving member 200, i.e., the two trays can move relatively.
The pet pressing food leakage device 10 of the embodiment of the application comprises a base 100, a driving piece 200 and a resetting piece 300. The base 100 is provided with a trough 110, the driving member 200 is arranged on the base 100 and is enclosed with the base 100 to form a grain storage bin 101, and the resetting member 300 is arranged between the base 100 and the driving member 200 and is used for providing driving force for the driving member 200. Wherein the driving member 200 is provided with a feeding hole 221 and an esophagus 222 and can be pressed to move up and down; the grain bin 101 includes a food tray 102, the food tray 102 includes a first tray 230 and a second tray 140 that are capable of moving relative to each other, the first tray 230 is provided on the driving member 200, and the second tray 140 is provided on the base 100. In the process of moving and descending the driving piece 200, the first tray 230 can synchronously descend relative to the second tray 140 until the surface height of the first tray 230 is lower than the surface height of the second tray 140, and at this time, the pet food on the first tray 230 can be stored for the next pet to press and play; meanwhile, the feeding hole 221 and the esophagus 222 can be synchronously lowered to be opposite to the second tray 140 along with the lowering of the driving member 200, and at this time, the pet food on the second tray 140 can enter the feeding groove 110 through the feeding hole 221 and the esophagus 222 for feeding. Compared with the pet feeding toy disclosed in the patent CN218604480U, the pet pressing and food leaking device 10 has more uniform and reasonable number of times and quantity of food discharging due to the fact that the pet presses and food leaking device 10 discharges food once, so that the problem that the pet pressing and food leaking device 10 consumes food too quickly is solved, and fun and feeding requirements of playing of the pet are greatly improved; on the other hand, grains are not added from time to time by a master, so that excessive operation on the pet pressing food leakage device 10 is reduced, and the service life of the pet pressing food leakage device 10 is prolonged.
Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the number of the first trays 230 and the second trays 140 is the same and is plural, and the surfaces of the first trays 230 and the second trays 140 in the grain bin are staggered along the side circumference of the grain bin. Preferably, in the present embodiment, fig. 4 illustrates that the surface height of the first tray 230 gradually increases from the center of the food tray 102 toward the edge of the food tray 102; the surface height of the second tray 140 gradually decreases from the center of the food tray 102 toward the edge of the food tray 102. The above design enables pet food to be gathered at the edge of the second tray 140. In detail, when the driving member is not pressed, the pet food in the grain bin 101 has a tendency to slide down to the center position of the food tray 102 through the edge position of the first tray 230 and then slide down to the edge position of the second tray 140 through the center position of the food tray 102, and particularly when the surface of the first tray 230 is not lower than the surface of the second tray 140, the food in the grain bin can slide down to be gathered to the edge position of the second tray 140 through the edge position of the first tray 230. Further preferably, in the present embodiment, the surface height of the first tray 230 is gradually lowered from the center of the first tray 230 along the sides of the periphery Xiang Chaoxiang of the first tray 230; the height of the surface of the second tray 140 gradually increases from the center of the second tray 140 along the edges Xiang Chaoxiang of the two sides of the second tray 140, so that the pet food on the first tray 230 can slide down and gather on the second tray 140 more quickly and smoothly. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the number of the first tray 230 and the second tray 140 is not limited, and the relative heights of the edge positions of the surfaces of the first tray 230 and the second tray 140 and the center position of the food tray 102 are not limited, so long as the first tray 230 can relatively move with respect to the second tray 140, so that the first tray 230 can descend below the first tray 230 to buffer pet food; secondly, the relative heights of the surfaces of the first tray 230 and the second tray 140 at different positions are not limited, and only the grain on the surface of the first tray 230 can slide and gather on the surface of the second tray 140; finally, the shapes of the first tray 230 and the second tray 140 are not limited, in this embodiment, the first tray 230 is in an inclined fan shape, the second tray 140 is a curved sliding rail with an inclined and gradually-changed curvature, and the curvature of the curved sliding rail gradually increases from the center of the food tray to the edge position of the second tray 140 (along with the length extending direction of the second tray 140). In other embodiments, the curvature of the curved track may be equal at any position along the length of the second tray 140, or the shape of the second tray 140 may be a curved track. The curved sliding rail with gradually changed curvature in the embodiment further assists the pet grains on the second tray 140 to slide and gather to the edge of the second tray 140, so that the grain discharging smoothness of the pet grains is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the number of the food drain holes 221 is the same as that of the second tray 140 and the positions thereof correspond, and the edge of the second tray 140 moves along the vertical wall surface of the position of the food drain hole 221 during the process that the driving member 200 is pressed down; the esophagus 222 is an inclined track, the height of the esophagus 222 gradually decreases from one end close to the food leakage opening 221 to one end close to the food outlet 120 (i.e. the height of the esophagus 222 gradually decreases from the grain storage bin 101 towards the food intake slot 110), i.e. one end of the esophagus 222 far away from the food leakage opening 221 is not lower than the lower end of the food outlet 120, when the grain in the grain storage bin 101 is fully added, pet food slides on the esophagus 222, and at this time, the pet food on the esophagus 222 can enter the food intake slot 110 through the food outlet 120 for the pet to eat. Further, fig. 6 illustrates that when the driving member 200 is pressed to be lowered to the maximum distance, the edge of the second tray 140 is just engaged with the lower end of the feeding hole 221, and the surface of the second tray 140 is engaged with the esophagus 222 continuously, so that all the pet food on the second tray 140 can enter the feeding groove 110 through the feeding hole 221 and the esophagus 222 in sequence, and the feeding hole 120 is fed to the pet. At this time, the surface of the first tray 230 is lower than the second tray 140 and is sunk inwards for storing excessive pet food, and when the driving member 200 is released and rises to the original height, the first tray 230 is then synchronously raised to the surface of the first tray 230 not lower than the surface of the second tray 140, and the pet food on the first tray 230 can slide down again and gather on the surface of the second tray 140, so that the function of feeding the pet food for multiple times at one time by the pet pressing feeder 10 is realized, and the purpose of slow feeding of the pet is achieved.
Finally, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the restoring member 300 is a plurality of extension springs 310 disposed between the side periphery 220 and the bottom cover 130, the extension springs 310 extend and retract in the height direction to accumulate or release the elastic force, the driving member 200 is pressed down, and the extension springs 310 are compressed to accumulate the elastic force; the driving member 200 is released to be lifted to its original position by the elastic force. The uniform distribution of the plurality of extension springs 310 makes the pressing driving force uniform, and the whole pet pressing feeder 10 is balanced in stress. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the restoring member 300 may be a repulsive magnet or other elastic member, such as elastic rubber, so long as the restoring force is provided; the number of the extension springs 310 is not limited, and may be plural or one.
