as shown in fig. 1-9, the kitchen waste treatment device capable of being disinfected comprises an outer cover shell 1, wherein a recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box 2, a non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 and a waste crushing box 4 are arranged in the outer cover shell 1.
The recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box 2 is composed of a disinfection filter box 5 and recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes 6 which are connected to the right side of the disinfection filter box 5 in an arrangement mode, the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes 3 are arranged on the right side of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes, and the garbage crushing boxes 4 are integrally arranged on the rear sides of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes 6 and the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes 3.
The top of the disinfection filter box 5 is provided with a recyclable kitchen waste inlet 7; a filter basket 8 with an upper opening is arranged below the recyclable kitchen waste feeding hole 7, a supporting rod is vertically fixed on the front side and the rear side of the filter basket 8 respectively, the other end of the supporting rod is rotationally connected with the corresponding inner wall of the disinfection filter box 5, the end part of one supporting rod extends out of the disinfection filter box 5 and is connected with the output shaft of a motor 9, and the filter basket 8 is driven by the motor 9 fixed on the outer wall of the disinfection filter box 5 to rotate; the bottom of the sterilizing filter tank 5 is provided with a water-oil mixed liquor outlet 10, and the water-oil mixed liquor outlet 10 can be externally connected with a hogwash barrel; the upper left side of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 is provided with a channel communicated with the sterilizing filter box 5, the bottom surface of the channel is lower than the height of the filter basket 8, and the bottom of the channel is connected with a limiting plate 11 which is obliquely arranged leftwards and upwards.
The filter basket 8 receives recyclable kitchen waste flowing in from the recyclable kitchen waste inlet 7, liquid contained in the recyclable kitchen waste is filtered out through a filter hole on the filter basket 8 and flows out from the water-oil mixed liquid outlet 10, after the liquid in the recyclable kitchen waste is controlled after the recyclable kitchen waste is stationary for a period of time, the motor 9 is started to rotate forward to drive the filter basket 8 to rotate towards the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6, the edge of the filter basket 8 abuts against the limiting plate 11, the motor 9 stops rotating, and the filter basket 8 dumps the waste in the filter basket to enable the waste to flow into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 along the inclined limiting plate 11; after the filter basket 8 is emptied, the motor 9 is reversed to drive the filter basket 8 to return to the initial position, and new garbage is repeatedly accepted to perform liquid control operation.
In a further embodiment, an inductor mechanism is arranged on the inner wall of the filter basket 8 and is electrically connected with the motor 9 and a prompting lamp arranged outside the disinfection filter box 5, when the inductor mechanism senses that the garbage in the filter basket 8 is not full and the filter basket 8 is in the initial position, the prompting lamp displays green, and prompts people to continuously dump the garbage; when the sensor mechanism senses that the garbage in the filter basket 8 is full or the filter basket 8 is in a dumping state, the prompting lamp displays red to prompt people to pause dumping garbage. At the same time, the motor 9 performs an opening and closing operation according to the condition of the sensor mechanism for measuring the filtrate in the filter basket 8.
The recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 is provided with a first stirring crushing assembly and a first drying assembly.

The top of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 is provided with a first hot air inlet, and the lower part of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a first hot air outlet 30 close to the discharge hole. Through letting in hot-blast to recoverable kitchen garbage pre-crushing drying cabinet 6, not only can play the stoving effect to its inside through the abundant stirring kibbling rubbish, also can kill the germ in the solid-state rubbish under the high temperature state simultaneously, realize the effect of rubbish disinfection.
The top of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 is provided with a non-recyclable kitchen waste feeding port 13, and the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 is provided with a second stirring crushing assembly and a second drying assembly.
The second transmission motor 31 is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, a motor shaft of the second transmission motor 31 upwards seals and stretches into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 and is connected with a horizontally arranged cutter head 32, and a plurality of cutting blades 33 are arranged on the upper surface of the cutter head 32; the inner cavity of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 above the cutter head 32 is cylindrical, and a plurality of blades 34 are arranged on the wall of the cylindrical inner cavity; the cutter head 32 is provided with a pre-crushing garbage outflow hole 35, and a lower discharge hole of the non-recyclable kitchen garbage pre-crushing drying box 3 is arranged below the cutter head 32.
The cutting blade 33 on the cutter head 32 and the blade 34 on the cylindrical inner cavity wall jointly act, so that the garbage such as plastic bags, preservative films, disposable plastic tableware, napkins, wet tissues and the like which fall into the non-recyclable kitchen garbage pre-crushing drying box 3 can be crushed very strongly, and crushed small garbage flows to the lower discharge port of the non-recyclable kitchen garbage pre-crushing drying box 3 through the pre-crushing garbage outflow hole 35 on the cutter head 32.
For the second drying component, specifically, a second hot air inlet is formed in the top of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, and a second hot air outlet 36 is formed in the lower portion of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box close to the discharge hole. And meanwhile, hot air is introduced into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, so that the drying effect can be achieved on the waste which is fully stirred and crushed in the drying box, and meanwhile, germs in the solid waste can be eliminated at a high temperature, so that the effect of sterilizing the waste is realized.
Further, the first hot air inlet and the second hot air inlet are connected with an external hot air blower 37; the first hot air outlet 30 and the second hot air outlet 36 are connected with an external garbage waste gas treatment device 38, and meanwhile, garbage blocking mechanisms, such as screens, are correspondingly arranged at the positions of the first hot air outlet 30 and the second hot air outlet 36 to prevent garbage from flowing out of the hot air outlets.
The lower discharge port of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 is connected with the inlet of the first lifting device 12, and the outlet of the first lifting device 12 is connected with the inlet of the waste crushing box 4; the lower discharge port of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 is connected with the inlet of the second lifting device 14, and the outlet of the second lifting device 14 is connected with the inlet of the waste crushing box 4.
Two helical gear grinding rollers 15 which are arranged side by side and rotate oppositely are arranged in the inner cavity right below the inlet of the garbage crushing box 4, and a microwave drying cavity 16 is arranged below the helical gear grinding rollers 15; the lower part of the microwave drying cavity 16 is communicated with the bottom outlet of the garbage crushing box 4, and the bottom outlet of the garbage crushing box 4 is externally connected with a garbage compression device 17.
Further specifically, the two helical gear grinding rolls 15 are in transmission connection with a power driving device 39 arranged on the outer wall of the garbage grinding box 4, each helical gear grinding roll 15 is provided with a plurality of rows of grinding teeth, the plurality of grinding teeth are spirally arranged on the outer circumference of the helical gear grinding roll 15 and are obliquely arranged at an angle of 45 degrees with the circumferential tangential direction of the helical gear grinding roll 15, and the two helical gear grinding rolls 15 can tear and crush the tension falling into the middle of the helical gear grinding roll.
The garbage compression device 17 comprises a compression box body, wherein the inner cavity of the compression box body is divided into a first cavity and a second cavity by a partition plate, the space of the first cavity is smaller than that of the second cavity, a compression cylinder is installed in the first cavity, a telescopic rod of the compression cylinder penetrates through the partition plate in a sealing mode and is connected with a compression vertical plate movably installed in the second cavity, the top end of the second cavity is provided with a cavity inlet connected with the outlet at the bottom of the garbage crushing box 4, one end, far away from the first cavity, of the second cavity is provided with a discharging door 40, and the discharging door 40 is hinged with the compression box body and can be locked through a lock catch. The garbage compression device 17 can compress the kitchen garbage before discharging the kitchen garbage from the discharging door 40 when the kitchen garbage can not be recycled, and can directly discharge the prepared feed which can be directly applied from the discharging door 40 by utilizing the compression vertical plate when the kitchen garbage can be recycled.
The disinfection filter box 5, the recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box 2 and the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 are respectively provided with a disinfectant spraying facility and a cleaning agent spraying facility so as to clean and disinfect the inside of the box body after the garbage is treated.
Aiming at a disinfectant spraying facility, specifically, a disinfectant storage tank 18 is arranged on the right side of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, a liquid outlet of the disinfectant storage tank 18 is connected with a plurality of first spray heads on the front side wall of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 through a first pipeline, a spray nozzle of each first spray head extends into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, and a first spray pump 19 is arranged on each first pipeline; the liquid outlet of the disinfectant storage tank 18 is connected with a plurality of second spray heads on the front side surface of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing and drying box 6 through a second pipeline, the spray nozzles of the second spray heads extend into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing and drying box 6, and a second spray pump 20 is arranged on the second pipeline; the liquid outlet of the sterilizing liquid storage tank 18 is connected with a plurality of third spray heads on the front side surface of the sterilizing filter tank 5 through a third pipeline, the spray nozzles of the third spray heads extend into the sterilizing filter tank 5, and a third spray pump 21 is arranged on the third pipeline.
Aiming at a cleaning agent spraying facility, in particular, a cleaning agent storage box 22 is arranged on the left side of a disinfection filter box 5, a first spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed on the upper part of the inner cavity of the cleaning agent storage box 22, a liquid inlet of the first spraying transverse pipe is connected with a fourth pipeline extending into the cleaning agent storage box 22, one end of the fourth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box 22, and a fourth spraying pump 23 is arranged on the fourth pipeline; a second spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6, a liquid inlet of the second spraying transverse pipe is connected with a fifth pipeline extending into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6, one end of the fifth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box 22, and a fifth spraying pump 24 is arranged on the fifth pipeline; a third spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, a liquid inlet of the third spraying transverse pipe is connected with a sixth pipeline extending into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3, one end of the sixth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box 22, and a sixth spraying pump 25 is arranged on the sixth pipeline; the bottom of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 is provided with a first cleaning agent waste liquid outlet 26, and the bottom of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 is provided with a second cleaning agent waste liquid outlet 27.
The invention realizes solid-liquid separation, hot air drying, sterilization and disinfection and multiple crushing treatment of the recyclable kitchen waste, and finally prepares directly applicable feed after microwave drying for discharge; meanwhile, the invention realizes the hot air drying, sterilization and disinfection and multiple crushing treatment of the polluted non-recoverable kitchen waste, and finally compresses the polluted non-recoverable kitchen waste into blocky waste to be discharged after microwave drying, thereby being convenient for the subsequent garbage truck to transport.
The sterilizing filter box 5, the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 6 and the spraying transverse pipe at the upper part of the inner cavity of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box 3 can spray cleaning agent downwards to clean the box body; the sterilizing filter tank 5, the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying tank 6 and the spray heads on the front side wall of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying tank 3 can spray sterilizing water into corresponding tanks to sterilize the tanks, so that bacteria breeding in each tank is effectively reduced.
The invention not only improves the kitchen environment, but also reduces the pressure of the centralized treatment of kitchen waste in the waste yard, and simultaneously can timely sterilize and disinfect the device, thereby being suitable for large-scale popularization and use.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other. The kitchen waste treatment device capable of being disinfected is characterized by comprising an outer housing, wherein a recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box, a non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box and a waste crushing box are arranged in the outer housing; the recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box consists of a disinfection filter box and recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes which are arranged and connected on the right side of the disinfection filter box, the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes are arranged on the right side of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes, and the garbage crushing boxes are integrally arranged on the rear sides of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes and the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying boxes;
the top of the disinfection filter box is provided with a recyclable kitchen waste inlet; a filter basket with an opening at the upper part is arranged below the recyclable kitchen waste feeding hole, a support rod is vertically fixed at the front side and the rear side of the filter basket respectively, the other end of the support rod is rotationally connected with the corresponding inner wall of the disinfection filter box, the end part of the support rod extends out of the disinfection filter box and is connected with an output shaft of a motor, and the filter basket is driven by the motor fixed on the outer wall of the disinfection filter box to realize rotation; the bottom of the disinfection filter box is provided with a water-oil mixed liquid outlet; a channel communicated with the disinfection filter box is arranged above the left side of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, the bottom surface of the channel is lower than the height of the filter basket, and the bottom of the channel is connected with a limiting plate obliquely arranged leftwards and upwards; the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a first stirring crushing assembly and a first drying assembly, a lower discharge port of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is connected with an inlet of a first lifting device, and an outlet of the first lifting device is connected with an inlet of a waste crushing box;
the top of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a non-recyclable kitchen waste feeding port, and the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is also provided with a second stirring crushing assembly and a second drying assembly; the lower discharge port of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is connected with the inlet of the second lifting device, and the outlet of the second lifting device is connected with the inlet of the waste crushing box;
two helical gear grinding rollers which are arranged side by side and rotate oppositely are arranged in the inner cavity right below the inlet of the garbage crushing box, and a microwave drying cavity is arranged below the helical gear grinding rollers; the lower part of the microwave drying cavity is communicated with the bottom outlet of the garbage crushing box, and the bottom outlet of the garbage crushing box is externally connected with a garbage compression device;
the disinfection filter box, the recyclable kitchen waste pretreatment box and the unrecoverable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box are all provided with a disinfectant spraying facility and a cleaning agent spraying facility.

The device for treating kitchen waste capable of being disinfected according to claim 1, wherein a disinfectant storage tank is arranged on the right side of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, a liquid outlet of the disinfectant storage tank is connected with a plurality of first spray heads on the front side wall of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box through a first pipeline, a nozzle of each first spray head extends into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, and a first spray pump is arranged on each first pipeline; the liquid outlet of the disinfectant storage box is connected with a plurality of second spray heads on the front side surface of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box through a second pipeline, the spray nozzles of the second spray heads extend into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, and a second spray pump is arranged on the second pipeline; the liquid outlet of antiseptic solution bin passes through a plurality of third shower nozzles on the third pipeline connection disinfection rose box leading flank, and the nozzle of third shower nozzle stretches into the disinfection rose box in, and installs the third on the third pipeline and spray the pump.

The kitchen garbage treatment device capable of being disinfected according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a cleaning agent storage box is arranged on the left side of the disinfection filter box, a first spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed on the upper portion of an inner cavity of the cleaning agent storage box, a liquid inlet of the first spraying transverse pipe is connected with a fourth pipeline extending into the cleaning agent storage box, one end of the fourth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box, and a fourth spraying pump is arranged on the fourth pipeline; a second spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, a liquid inlet of the second spraying transverse pipe is connected with a fifth pipeline extending into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, one end of the fifth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box, and a fifth spraying pump is arranged on the fifth pipeline; a third spraying transverse pipe with a plurality of spraying ports axially arranged is fixed at the upper part of the inner cavity of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, a liquid inlet of the third spraying transverse pipe is connected with a sixth pipeline extending into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, one end of the sixth pipeline positioned outside is connected with a liquid outlet of the cleaning agent storage box, and a sixth spraying pump is arranged on the sixth pipeline; the bottom of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a first cleaning agent waste liquid outlet, and the bottom of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a second cleaning agent waste liquid outlet.

The sterilizable kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein a first transmission motor is arranged in the middle of the top end of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, a motor shaft of the first transmission motor extends downwards into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box and is connected with a vertical stirring main shaft, and a plurality of crushing blades are fixed on the outer wall of the vertical stirring main shaft; the top of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a first hot air inlet, and the lower part of the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a first hot air outlet close to the discharge hole.

The device for treating kitchen waste capable of being disinfected as claimed in claim 4, wherein a second transmission motor is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, a motor shaft of the second transmission motor extends into the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box in an upward sealing manner and is connected with a horizontally arranged cutter disc, and a plurality of cutting blades are arranged on the upper surface of the cutter disc; the inner cavity of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box above the cutter head is cylindrical, and a plurality of cutting edges are arranged on the wall of the cylindrical inner cavity; the cutter head is provided with a pre-crushing garbage outflow hole, and a lower discharge hole of the non-recyclable kitchen garbage pre-crushing drying box is arranged below the cutter head; the top of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a second hot air inlet, and the lower part of the non-recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box is provided with a second hot air outlet close to the discharge hole.

The sterilizable kitchen waste disposal device of claim 5, wherein the first hot air inlet is connected to an external hot air blower; the first hot air outlet and the second hot air outlet are connected with an external garbage waste gas treatment device, and garbage blocking mechanisms are correspondingly arranged at the first hot air outlet and the second hot air outlet.

The sterilizable kitchen waste treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the motor rotates positively to drive the filter basket to rotate towards the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box, the edge of the filter basket is abutted against the limiting plate, the motor stops rotating, and the waste in the filter basket flows into the recyclable kitchen waste pre-crushing drying box along the inclined limiting plate; after the filter basket is emptied, the motor reversely rotates to drive the filter basket to return to the initial position.
8. The sterilizable kitchen waste disposal device of claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the filter basket is provided with an inductor mechanism, and the waste height inductor is electrically connected with the motor and a warning light mounted outside the sterilization filter box.
