The transmission assembly also comprises a fixed pulley assembly arranged on the bracket 1, and the fixed pulley assembly comprises: the first fixed pulley 2261, the second fixed pulley 2262, the third fixed pulley 2263, the fourth fixed pulley 2264, the fifth fixed pulley 2265 and the sixth fixed pulley 2266, the first fixed pulley 2261 is disposed above the first movable pulley 2241, the fourth fixed pulley 2264 is disposed above the fourth movable pulley 2242, the transmission chain 221 is further wound around the first fixed pulley 2261 and the fourth fixed pulley 2264, the second fixed pulley 2262 is disposed above the second movable pulley, the fifth fixed pulley 2265 is disposed above the fifth movable pulley 2243, the first wire rope 222 is further wound around the second fixed pulley 2262 and the fifth fixed pulley 2265, the third fixed pulley 2263 is disposed above the third movable pulley, the sixth fixed pulley 2266 is disposed above the sixth movable pulley 2244, and the second wire rope 223 is further wound around the third fixed pulley 2263 and the sixth fixed pulley 2266. In the present embodiment, the first fixed pulley 2261, the second fixed pulley 2262, the third fixed pulley 2263, the fourth fixed pulley 2264, the fifth fixed pulley 2265, and the sixth fixed pulley 2266 are provided on the second cross member 103 at corresponding positions.
The lifting mechanism 2 bears gravity together through the transmission chain 221 and the steel wire rope, the load borne by the transmission chain 221 is small, and the movable pulley block is arranged, so that half of the force is saved when the transmission chain 221 lifts the lifting arm 225. Such a lifting mechanism 2 has a longer service life, is sturdy and durable and saves energy.
The lifting device further comprises a detection mechanism arranged at the joint of the first steel wire rope 222 and the second steel wire rope 223 and the bracket 1, and the detection mechanism comprises: the first detection piece 41, the second detection piece 42, the elastic piece 43 and the sensing piece 44, one end of the first detection piece 41 is connected with the first steel wire rope 222 and/or the second steel wire rope 223, the other end is provided with the second detection piece 42, the elastic piece 43 is sleeved on the first detection piece 41, one end of the elastic piece 43 is abutted with the second detection piece 42, the other end is abutted with the support 1, and the sensing piece 44 is arranged on the support 1 and located at the other end of the elastic piece 43. After the hanger 3 is connected with the vehicle carrying board 5, the first steel wire rope 222 and the second steel wire rope 223 are straightened downwards by gravity, and at the moment, the second detecting piece 42 is driven to compress the elastic piece 43, and after the second detecting piece 42 reaches the sensing piece 44, the sensing piece 44 sends a signal to indicate that the hanger 3 is connected with the vehicle carrying board 5. Conversely, if the sensing member 44 does not sense the second sensing member 42, it means that the hook 3 at the corresponding position is not connected in place and needs to be readjusted. The connection condition of the hook 3 can be detected through the detection mechanism, and the safety of the lifting device is improved.
In addition, a third detecting member 45 is further disposed below the bracket 1, the third detecting member 45 is disposed on the first detecting member 41, and the compression amount of the elastic member 43 during no-load can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the third detecting member 45, so as to ensure that the second detecting member 42 is located at the same height.
In this embodiment, the first detecting member 41 is preferably a screw, the second detecting member 42 and the third detecting member 45 are preferably nuts, the screw passes through a through hole in the bracket 1, the two nuts are located at two sides of the through hole in the bracket 1, and the elastic member 43 is a spring and is disposed between the first detecting member 41 and the bracket 1.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, this embodiment further provides a lifting stereo garage, which includes the lifting device, and the structure of the lifting device is the same as that of the lifting device in the foregoing embodiment, so that the description is omitted. The lifting stereo garage further comprises a car carrying plate 5 and a limiting mechanism, at least two groups of limiting mechanisms are arranged on the support 1 at intervals along the height direction of the support 1, and the hooks 3 are connected with the car carrying plate 5. The number of the limiting mechanisms determines the number of vehicles which can be parked in the lifting stereo garage, in this embodiment, two groups of limiting mechanisms are arranged in total, and the vehicles are directly parked on the vehicle carrying plate 5 on the parking space at the bottommost layer without limiting mechanisms.
In other embodiments, the number of the limiting mechanisms is consistent with the number of vehicles parked in the lifting stereo garage, namely, the limiting mechanisms can be arranged on the parking space at the bottommost layer.
The limiting mechanism comprises four limiting hooks 61, the four limiting hooks 61 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vehicle carrying plate 5 in pairs, and the two limiting hooks 61 on the same side are respectively positioned at two ends of the vehicle carrying plate 5. And the connection point of the limit hooks 61 and the vehicle carrying plate 5 is positioned outside the connection point of the hooks 3 and the vehicle carrying plate 5. The structure of the limit hook 61 is the same as that of the hook 3, but the position of the hook portion 33 is opposite.
Further, the vehicle carrying plate 5 is used for parking the vehicle, the outer end of the vehicle carrying plate 5 is provided with a slope, so that the vehicle can conveniently drive in or drive out, the vehicle carrying plate 5 is also provided with a positioning plate, and when the rear wheels of the vehicle reach the position of the positioning plate, the vehicle is indicated to be parked at a proper position, and the vehicle can be stored. The two sides of the vehicle carrying plate 5 are provided with pin shafts, each side is provided with four pin shafts, wherein two inner sides are used for being connected with the hooks 3, and two outer sides are used for being connected with the limiting hooks 61.
The sliding blocks are arranged on the two sides of the support 1, so that the guide limiting can be performed when the lifting device lifts the vehicle carrying plate 5, the vehicle carrying plate 5 is lifted along the vertical direction, the stability of the vehicle carrying plate 5 in the lifting process can be ensured, the vehicle carrying plate is also convenient to be connected with the limiting hooks, and the dislocation phenomenon cannot occur.
The following describes the working principle of the lifting stereo garage provided by the embodiment as follows:
when the vehicle is stored, the vehicle is parked on the vehicle carrying plate 5 at the bottommost layer, the hook 3 is automatically hooked and connected with the pin shaft of the vehicle carrying plate 5, then the vehicle carrying plate 5 is lifted to the highest layer through the lifting mechanism 2, the vehicle carrying plate 5 is hooked through the limiting hook 61, the vehicle is stored, and then the hook 3 is unhooked. When the vehicle is stored, the vehicles are parked in the sequence from the top layer to the bottom layer.
When the vehicle is taken out, the vehicles are taken out from the bottom layer to the top layer, the vehicle at the bottommost layer is taken out, then the position of the lifting mechanism 2 is adjusted to connect the hook 3 with the pin shaft of the vehicle carrying plate 5, the limit hook 61 is unhooked, the vehicle at the upper layer is lowered to the bottommost layer, and the vehicle can be taken out.

1. A lifting device, comprising:

2. Lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding surface (331) is a bevel or a cambered surface.
3. Lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hook (3) further comprises two limiting members (34), the two limiting members (34) being arranged on the hook body (31) and being located on both sides of the rotating portion (321), respectively.

Lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lifting mechanism (2) comprises a driving component (21), two groups of transmission components and a counterweight (23) which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bracket (1), the driving component (21) is arranged on the bracket (1), the driving end of the driving component (21) is connected with the power input end of the transmission component, one end of the transmission component is connected with the counterweight (23), and the other end is the lifting end.

The lifting device according to claim 4, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a transmission chain (221), a first steel wire rope (222), a second steel wire rope (223), a movable pulley assembly and a lifting arm (225), a first movable pulley (2241), a second movable pulley and a third movable pulley connected with the counterweight (23) are arranged above the counterweight, a fourth movable pulley (2242), a fifth movable pulley (2243) and a sixth movable pulley (2244) connected with the lifting arm (225) are arranged above the lifting arm (225), the transmission chain (221) is wound on two ends of the first movable pulley (2241) and the fourth movable pulley (2242), two ends of the transmission chain (221) are fixedly connected with the bracket (1), the transmission chain (221) is connected with the driving end of the driving assembly (21), the fifth steel wire rope (2243) is wound on two ends of the second movable pulley (2244) and is fixedly connected with the second movable pulley (2241) and the steel wire rope (223), two hooks (3) are arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the lifting arm (225).

Lifting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the transmission assembly further comprises a fixed pulley assembly arranged on the support (1), the fixed pulley assembly comprising: first fixed pulley (2261), second fixed pulley (2262), third fixed pulley (2263), fourth fixed pulley (2264), fifth fixed pulley (2265) and sixth fixed pulley (2266), first fixed pulley (2261) set up in the top of first fixed pulley (2241), fourth fixed pulley (2264) set up in the top of fourth movable pulley (2242), drive chain (221) still around setting up in first fixed pulley (2261) with on fourth fixed pulley (2264), second fixed pulley (2262) set up in second movable pulley top, fifth fixed pulley (2265) set up in fifth movable pulley (2243) top, first wire rope (222) still around setting up in second fixed pulley (2262) with on fifth fixed pulley (2265), third fixed pulley (2263) set up in third fixed pulley (2261) with on sixth fixed pulley (2266) still set up in third fixed pulley (2266) on third fixed pulley (2266).

The lifting device according to claim 6, further comprising a detection mechanism provided at the connection of the first wire rope (222) and the second wire rope (223) with the bracket (1), the detection mechanism comprising: first detection piece (41), second detection piece (42), elastic component (43) and response piece (44), the one end of first detection piece (41) with first wire rope (222) and/or second wire rope (223) are connected, and the other end is provided with second detection piece (42), elastic component (43) cover is established on first detection piece (41), just the one end of elastic component (43) with second detection piece (42) butt, the other end with support (1) butt, response piece (44) set up in on support (1), and be located the other end department of elastic component (43).
