In order to facilitate the plugging or opening of the drain hole 101, the drain hole 101 is disposed on one side of the water tank 1 near the edge, it is understood that, in normal use, a user faces the left side or the right side of the water tank 1, and a slide plate 605 is disposed above the drain hole 101 on the filter plate 601, the slide plate 605 can slide inside the filter plate 601, when the drain hole 101 needs to be plugged or closed in use, by pushing the slide plate 605 into the filter plate 601, the avoiding opening of the filter plate 601 above the drain hole 101 is opened, the drain hole 101 can be plugged or opened, then the slide plate 605 is pulled out, and the avoiding opening is closed, so that the slide plate 605 can be pushed to slide conveniently, and a handle is disposed on the slide plate 605, so that the slide plate 605 can be pushed conveniently to slide through the handle.
