The automatic lower deviation correcting device of the intelligent conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the inclination angle adjusting mechanism comprises a connecting seat (16), a rodless cylinder (17) fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the top of the connecting seat (16), a rack (18) fixedly connected to the sliding block end of the rodless cylinder (17), two shaft mounting blocks (19) symmetrically welded on the outer wall of the top of the connecting seat (16), an adjusting shaft (20) rotatably arranged on the two shaft mounting blocks (19), a gear (21) fixedly sleeved on the middle part of the adjusting shaft (20) and two swinging rods (22) symmetrically welded on the middle outer wall of the bottom of the supporting frame (1).

The automatic lower deviation correcting device of an intelligent conveyor belt according to claim 1, wherein the height adjusting mechanism comprises a bearing base (23), a lifting frame (24) welded on the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting seat (16), a sliding groove (25) formed in the top of the bearing base (23), a bidirectional screw (26) rotatably installed in the sliding groove (25), two T-shaped sliding rods (27) symmetrically screwed on two opposite threaded ends of the bidirectional screw (26), two symmetrically distributed scissor-type hinged frames (28), a mounting plate (29) welded on the side wall of the bearing base (23) and a servo motor (30) fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the top of the mounting plate (29).

The automatic lower deviation correcting device for the intelligent conveyor belt according to claim 8, wherein two guide channels (31) are symmetrically formed in the lifting frame (24), two guide posts (32) are slidably connected in the two guide channels (31), and an output shaft of the servo motor (30) is fixedly connected with one end of the bidirectional screw rod (26) coaxially through a coupler.

The automatic lower deviation correcting device for intelligent conveyor belt according to claim 8, wherein the outer walls of the two T-shaped slide bars (27) are slidably connected with the inner wall of the slide groove (25), and the two scissor-type hinge brackets (28) are hinged between the two T-shaped slide bars (27) and the two guide posts (32).
