Description

Oral low-temperature flusher for reducing oral mucositis during chemotherapy
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of oral cavity flushing, and particularly relates to an oral cavity low-temperature flusher for reducing oral mucositis during chemotherapy.
Background
Oral mucositis is one of the most common complications in the treatment process of anti-tumor drug, radiotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of cancer patients, and is mainly manifested by uncomfortable symptoms such as inflammatory changes, dryness, sensitivity, pain, ulcer and the like of the oral mucosa at different degrees. The oral mucositis caused by anti-tumor treatment can be prevented by applying conventional oral care, but the workload of nurses is increased due to complex procedures and long-term adherence, and the patient management flow is complicated, the compliance is not high, and the prevention effect is often poor. In addition, patients can take ice cubes or ice water before, during and after rapid infusion of chemotherapy drugs with short half-lives in large doses to prevent oral mucositis, but the curative effect is not very exact, and the self-body of the patients is poor.
The patent of US10478267B2 relates to an oral irrigator having separate high pressure water and low pressure rinse systems for delivering two different liquids to a pick or other accessory. The water system and the rinse system are combined in one handle. The pick is connected to the handle. The water system has a block valve on the handle and the rinse system has a hand pump on the handle. The manual pump is located beside the valve button closing the blocking valve. When the manual pump is pressed, the manual pump can press a valve button of the blocking valve to cut off the source of the high-pressure water to the water nozzle. The pressure in the pick is reduced so that the hand pump can introduce mouthwash into the pick. When the hand pump is released, the blocking valve opens and high pressure water returns to the pick.
Most existing oral irrigators are located for home use, for example, the application of the invention published under the number US20190358006A1, do not have medical functions, and have low medical feasibility. However, the medical oral irrigator is still immature, and the existing oral irrigator for auxiliary medical treatment often has the defects of complex operation, poor patient experience and the like.
