the device comprises a current acquisition device arranged on a primary incoming line side phase line of a transformer, a temperature detection device arranged on the transformer, a power supply module and a control device (14);
the temperature detection device is a thermal resistor (2), the thermal resistor (2) comprises a protective shell (7) fixedly arranged at the top end of the thermal resistor (2), and a protective cover (12) is detachably arranged outside the protective shell (7);
a photosensitive detection sensor (17) is fixedly arranged in the protective shell (7), and the photosensitive detection sensor (17) is electrically connected with the control device (14); the power module and the control device (14) are fixedly arranged in the protective shell (7);
the temperature measuring probe and the current collecting device of the thermal resistor (2) are electrically connected with the power module and the control device (14);
the control device (14) comprises a battery voltage monitoring module, a data processing module, a control module and a communication module, wherein:
the battery voltage monitoring module is used for monitoring the voltage of the power supply module;
the data processing module is used for receiving and processing the data acquired by the current acquisition device, the photosensitive detection sensor (17), the temperature measuring probe of the thermal resistor and the battery voltage monitoring module,
the control module is used for controlling the communication module to send alarm information to the background server which is electrically connected with the communication module when the data processing module receives the processed data and exceeds the set threshold value corresponding to each data;
the thermal resistor (2) comprises a temperature measuring sleeve (3) buried in the transformer, and the temperature measuring sleeve (3) is sequentially and fixedly connected with a mounting part (4), a tightening part (5), an extension sleeve (6) and a protective shell (7); a communicating channel (36) is formed in the temperature measuring sleeve (3), the mounting part (4), the tightening part (5) and the extension sleeve (6); a temperature measuring probe is arranged in a channel (36) in the temperature measuring sleeve (3), and the temperature measuring probe is electrically connected with the control device (14);
a position detection device is arranged in the mounting part (4) and comprises a first connecting plate (26) and a second connecting plate (28) which are fixedly arranged at two ends of the inner wall of the channel (36); a sliding block (23) is arranged between the first connecting plate (26) and the second connecting plate (28), a first sliding groove (24) is arranged between the sliding block (23) and the first connecting plate (26), and a plurality of springs (25) are fixedly arranged between the first sliding groove (24) and the first connecting plate (26); the sliding block (23) is in sliding connection with the first sliding groove (24);
a plurality of convex plates (31) are fixedly arranged on the end face, close to the second connecting plate (28), of the sliding block (23), and grooves (32) which are matched with the convex plates (31) one by one are formed in the second connecting plate (28);
the upper part of the sliding block (23) is fixedly provided with a second sliding groove (30), the radial direction of the top of the second sliding groove (30) is fixedly connected with one end of the pressure receiving plate (13), and the mounting part (4) is provided with a second opening (11) matched with the pressure receiving plate (13);
the inside of the sliding block (23) is rotationally provided with a detection rod (19), and the radial direction of the bottom of the detection rod (19) is fixedly connected with one end of a detection plate (20); the mounting part (4) is provided with a first opening (10) matched with the detection plate (20);
the detection rod (19) is rotationally connected with the second chute (30); a limiting piece (33) is fixedly arranged on the detection rod (19), and the limiting piece (33) is positioned above the sliding block (23) and is in sliding connection with the sliding block (23); a side contact switch (34) matched with the limiting piece (33) is fixedly arranged on the second chute (30);
a top contact switch (16) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the protective shell (7) above the detection rod (19);
the side contact switch (34) and the top contact switch (16) are electrically connected with the control device (14).

the first sliding groove (24) is a U-shaped sliding groove, and the sliding block (23) is arranged in the U-shaped sliding groove;
the two sides of the sliding block (23) are fixedly provided with side plates (29) on the second connecting plate (28), and the sliding block (23) is in sliding connection with the two side plates (29).
