regulating stabilizer: a mixture of PEG400 oleic acid diester and modified silicone oil in a mass ratio of 1:1;
water;
(2) Preparing an anti-splashing agent;
the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing an anti-splashing agent from SANT, lauryl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and cyclohexanol; wherein the mass ratio of SANT to lauryl alcohol is 3.5:1, and the mass ratio of lauryl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and cyclohexanol is 1:1:1.4;
(3) Adding 1wt% of anti-splashing agent, 83wt% of smoothing agent, 3wt% of antistatic agent, 4wt% of bundling agent, 3wt% of emulsifying agent, 2wt% of penetrating agent, 2wt% of regulating stabilizer and 2wt% of water into a reaction kettle in sequence according to a proportion, uniformly stirring, reacting for 0.8h at 33 ℃, then sending into a precipitation kettle for cooling, standing for 30min, and filtering to obtain the anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent.
The finally prepared special anti-splashing polyester DTY oiling agent presents a colorless transparent state, the pH value (1% aqueous solution, 20 ℃) is 7, and the kinematic viscosity (40 ℃) is 13mm 2 And/s, the surface tension is 24mN/m, the water content in crude oil is 1%, and the effective component is 99%.
The special oil agent for preventing splashing is adopted to carry out polyester DTY spinning, the oil rate and the splashing condition of the oil agent are detected, the oil rate is found to be 4wt%, and the oil agent is splashed onto a machine table and the ground within 48 hours; wherein, the spinning speed is 1200m/min, the stretching temperature is 190 ℃ and the shaping temperature is 180 ℃ when the terylene DTY spinning is carried out.

Claims (10)

1. The special anti-splashing polyester DTY oiling agent comprises an anti-splashing agent and is characterized by comprising SANT, lauryl alcohol, stearyl alcohol and cyclohexanol, wherein the mass ratio of SANT to lauryl alcohol is 2.5-4.5:1, and the mass ratio of lauryl alcohol to stearyl alcohol to cyclohexanol is 1:1:1-1.5; the content of the anti-splashing agent is not less than 1wt%.
2. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the content of the anti-splashing agent in the oiling agent is not higher than 2wt%.
3. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the oiling agent further comprises 75-90 wt% of a smoothing agent, and the smoothing agent is more than one of 3# white oil, 5# white oil and 10# white oil.
4. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the oiling agent also comprises 1-5wt% of antistatic agent, and the antistatic agent is fatty alcohol phosphate polyoxyethylene ether potassium salt and/or quaternary ammonium salt.
5. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the oiling agent further comprises 3-8wt% of a bundling agent, and the bundling agent is more than one of fatty acid triethanolamine salt, alkyl alcohol amide and oleic acid triethanolamine salt.
6. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the oiling agent further comprises 2-6wt% of an emulsifying agent, and the emulsifying agent is more than one of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester and fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether.
7. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, wherein the oiling agent further comprises 1-4wt% of penetrating agent, and the penetrating agent is dimethyl silicone oil.
8. The anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising 1-3wt% of regulating stabilizer, wherein the regulating stabilizer is PEG400 oleic acid diester and/or modified silicone oil.
9. The splash-proof polyester DTY special oiling agent according to claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising 1-2wt% of water.

The method for preparing the anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized in that the components are sequentially added into a reaction kettle according to a proportion, uniformly stirred, reacted for 0.5 to 1 hour at 30 to 40 ℃, then sent into a precipitation kettle for cooling, and filtered after standing for 30 minutes, thus obtaining the anti-splashing polyester DTY special oiling agent.
