When the clamping strips 24 and the springs 25 are installed in the hollow long blocks 13, the hollow long blocks 13 are split into the strip-shaped bottom plates 33 and the inverted U-shaped battens 34, then the strip-shaped bottom plates 33 are fixedly connected with the corresponding solid short blocks 14 through one of the side baffle plates 35, the clamping strips 24 are slidably connected with the tops of the strip-shaped bottom plates 33 after the strip-shaped bottom plates 33 are connected with the solid short blocks 14, after the clamping strips 24 are installed, each spring 25 is fixedly connected with one of the side baffle plates 35 far away from the solid short blocks 14, after the installation of each spring 25, two ends of each spring 25 are respectively abutted against the clamping strips 24 and the corresponding side baffle plates 35, finally the inverted U-shaped battens 34 are clamped on the strip-shaped bottom plates 33, and the inverted U-shaped battens 34 are fixedly connected with the strip-shaped bottom plates 33.
In order to reveal the specific structure of the cambered surface template 8, the following features are provided:
each cambered surface template 8 all includes bending riser 37, arc bottom plate 38 and two connection risers 39, arc bottom plate 38 is the horizontal shaping in one side of bending riser 37, and arc bottom plate 38 is located the lower extreme of bending riser 37, two connection risers 39 are the symmetry state shaping in one side of bending riser 37 and being equipped with arc bottom plate 38, every connection riser 39 all perpendicular to arc bottom plate 38, and the lower extreme of every connection riser 39 all links to each other with the top of arc bottom plate 38, the top of every arc section 6 all forms a plurality of groups and locates the connecting piece of cambered surface template 8 one-to-one on this arc section 6, every connecting piece of group all includes a plurality of screw thread axle 40 and cap 41, every screw thread axle 40 all is vertical, offer the perforation 42 that a plurality of screw thread axle 40 upwards passed in every connecting piece of group on the arc bottom plate 38, every cap 41 all is located on the screw thread axle 40 that corresponds soon, with arc section 6 offsets through cap 41 with corresponding arc bottom plate 38.
The inward bending surface of the bending vertical plate 37 arranged on the first arc-shaped strip 3 faces the second arc-shaped strip 4, the outward bending surface of the bending vertical plate 37 arranged on the second arc-shaped strip 4 faces the first arc-shaped strip 3, the shape of the arc-shaped bottom plate 38 arranged on the first arc-shaped strip 3 is consistent with that of the first arc-shaped strip 3, and the shape of the arc-shaped bottom plate 38 arranged on the second arc-shaped strip 4 is consistent with that of the second arc-shaped strip 4;
When each cambered surface template 8 is installed, the cambered bottom plate 38 on each cambered surface template 8 is horizontally placed on the corresponding cambered section 6, in the process, each threaded shaft 40 on the cambered section 6 passes through the corresponding cambered bottom plate 38 through a through hole 42 on the cambered bottom plate 38, after that, a screw cap 41 is screwed on each threaded shaft 40, and as the screw cap 41 rotates, the screw cap 41 can downwards displace, and finally the corresponding cambered bottom plate 38 and the cambered section 6 are propped against each other through the screw cap 41;
after all cambered surface templates 8 on the first cambered strip 3 are installed, the bent vertical plates 37 of all cambered surface templates 8 on the first cambered strip 3 face one side of the second cambered strip 4 to form a curved surface part in the first mounting surface 9, and after all cambered surface templates 8 on the second cambered strip 4 are safely installed, the bent vertical plates 37 of all cambered surface templates 8 on the second cambered strip 4 face one side of the first cambered strip 3 to assemble the curved surface part in the second mounting surface 10.
In order to reveal how the two arc risers 2 are secured to the first mounting face 9 and the second mounting face 10, respectively, the following features are provided:
a plurality of first vertical clamping grooves 43 which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the first arc-shaped strip 3 are formed on one side, facing the second arc-shaped strip 4, of each vertical plate 17 arranged on the second arc-shaped strip 3, a plurality of second vertical clamping grooves 44 which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the second arc-shaped strip 4 are formed on one side, facing the first arc-shaped strip 3, of each vertical plate 17 arranged on the second arc-shaped strip 4, a plurality of first vertical strips 45 which are downwards inserted into the first vertical clamping grooves 43 one by one are formed on one side of one arc-shaped vertical plate 2, and a plurality of second vertical strips 46 which are downwards inserted into the second vertical clamping grooves 44 one by one are formed on one side of the other arc-shaped vertical plate 2.
After all the plane templates 7 and the cambered surface templates 8 on the first cambered strip 3 and the second cambered strip 4 are installed, the two cambered risers 2 are respectively installed on the first installation surface 9 and the second installation surface 10, in the process, one cambered riser 2 is downwards inserted into the first vertical clamping grooves 43 through the first straight strips 45, the other cambered riser 2 is downwards inserted into the second vertical clamping grooves 44 through the second straight strips 46, and after the two cambered risers 2 are downwards inserted and fixed, the bottom of each cambered riser 2 is in contact with the ground.
In order to reveal how the two vertical baffles 11 are mounted at both ends of the two arc-shaped risers 2, the following features are provided:
two sides of each vertical baffle 11 are respectively provided with a vertical second T-shaped insert 47, and the two second T-shaped inserts 47 in each vertical baffle 11 are respectively inserted into the strip-shaped sockets in the two plane templates 7 close to the ends of the first arc-shaped strip 3 and the second arc-shaped strip 4.
As shown in fig. 10, after the installation of the two arc risers 2, two vertical baffles 11 are respectively installed at two ends of the first arc strip 3 and the second arc strip 4, in this process, each vertical baffle 11 is inserted into the strip-shaped socket in the two plane templates 7 close to the ends of the first arc strip 3 and the second arc strip 4 through the two second T-shaped inserts 47 thereon, and after the vertical baffles 11 are completely inserted, the bottom of each vertical baffle 11 is in contact with the ground.
Working principle:
the device is used for manufacturing the arc balcony guardrail, and before manufacturing, the balcony prefabrication mould is assembled firstly, and the specific assembly process is as follows:
firstly, fixing an arc-shaped base 1 on the ground, in the process, correcting the positions of a first arc-shaped strip 3 and a second arc-shaped strip 4 so that the first arc-shaped strip 3 and the second arc-shaped strip 4 are distributed at intervals along the horizontal direction, the two end parts of the first arc-shaped strip 3 and the second arc-shaped strip 4 are flush, and then fixing the first arc-shaped strip 3 and the second arc-shaped strip 4 on the ground;
secondly, installing a plane template 7 and an arc template 8 on the first arc strip 3 and the second arc strip 4, wherein the steps of installing the plane template 7 and the arc template 8 on the first arc strip 3 and the second arc strip 4 are consistent, so that only the first arc strip 3 is taken as an example, a plurality of arc templates 8 are continuously fixed on the arc strip 6 along the length direction of an arc section 6 on the first arc strip 3, then one plane template 7 on one straight line section 5 of the first arc strip 3 is installed, in the process, one plane template 7 is firstly fixed on the straight line section 5, the plane template 7 is close to the arc template 8 which is in a fixed state, then the subsequent plane templates 7 are installed on the straight line section 5 one by one, the installation step of the plane template 7 on the other straight line section 5 is consistent with the above, and since only one plane template 7 is directly and fixedly connected with the straight line section 5 on the straight line section 5, the subsequent plane template 7 is greatly reduced by a quick-dismantling mode, the whole plane template 7 is not fixedly connected with the straight line section 5 by the straight line section 5, and the whole plane template 7 is also fixedly connected with the straight line section 5 in a quick-dismantling mode, and the whole plane template 7 is directly fixed on the straight line section 5, and the plane template 7 is in a stable state at the same time after the straight line section is installed, and the plane template 7 is fixedly connected with the straight line section 5 through the straight line section 5, and the plane template 7 is in a stable state;
Thirdly, installing two arc-shaped vertical plates 2 on a first installation surface 9 and a second installation surface 10 respectively, attaching the two arc-shaped plates to the first installation surface 9 and the second installation surface 10 respectively, installing two vertical baffles 11 at two ends of the two arc-shaped vertical plates 2 respectively after the two arc-shaped vertical plates 2 are installed, enabling bottoms of the arc-shaped vertical plates 2 and the vertical baffles 11 to collide with the ground when the arc-shaped vertical plates 2 and the vertical baffles 11 are installed, finally forming a mud cavity 12 between the two arc-shaped vertical plates 2 and the two vertical baffles 11, closing the bottom of the mud cavity 12 by the ground, pouring stirred cement into the mud cavity 12 directly from an opening at the top of the mud cavity 12 when the guardrail is manufactured, forming an arc-shaped cement guardrail in the mud cavity 12 after the cement is solidified, and inserting one arc-shaped glass into the mud cavity 12 downwards after the cement is poured into the mud cavity 12, and finally forming a glass guardrail as shown in a graph 18 and a combination after the cement is solidified;
after the cement guardrail is formed, the plane template 7 and the cambered surface template 8 are detached one by one, then the two cambered vertical plates 2 are detached, finally the cambered base 1 is detached again, and a certain amount of release agent is smeared on the inner sides of the two cambered vertical plates 2 before cement pouring so as to facilitate the removal of the cambered vertical plates 2 from the formed cement guardrail;
The appearance of the cement guardrail can be changed by changing the height of the plane template 7 of the device, the common arc guardrail is shown in fig. 18, when the cement guardrail is manufactured, the heights of all the plane templates 7 and the arc templates 8 are kept consistent, the irregular arc guardrail is shown in fig. 19, when the cement guardrail is manufactured, the heights of the plane templates 7 on the straight line segments 5 on the same side of the first arc-shaped strip 3 and the second arc-shaped strip 4 are inconsistent, and when the cement guardrail is actually manufactured, the tops of all the plane templates 7 on the straight line segments 5 are beveled, so that after the cement guardrail is installed, the tops of all the plane templates 7 on the straight line segments 5 are continuous and ascending straight surfaces, and then after cement is poured into a cement cavity 12, the solidified cement can be formed into an irregular arc shape.
