Abstract
The invention discloses a tightening and skin-brightening composition containing super-living pearl polypeptide mother liquor, which comprises the following active components in detail: 0.01 to 0.5 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.1 to 3.0 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8. Through the compounding of multiple raw materials, the composition has obvious effects of tightening and brightening skin, can effectively promote the expression of collagen and elastin, improve the brightening effect and inhibit the secretion of melanin, thereby enhancing the activity of skin cells, maintaining skin moist, improving skin elasticity, mildly protecting skin without stimulation and providing multiple protection for skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a composition of a super-living pearl polypeptide mother solution and a preparation method of the composition.
Background
Skin is a multifunctional organ, with the skin age, the epidermis layer gradually thins, the true-epidermis junction (DEJ) becomes flattened, the dermis layer gradually thins, and the collagen and elastin content decreases significantly. Currently accepted solutions to strengthen the skin barrier are mainly: (1) enhanced moisturization. Human skin has a natural moisturizing system consisting of 3 substances, water-Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) -lipids. The skin is aged with increased loss of water, which results in shrinkage of cells, aging, atrophy of tissues, and changes in histological structure and morphology, which results in gradual appearance of fine wrinkles. (2) anti-radical. Refers to the damaging effect of active oxygen free radicals generated by anti-ion and low-energy radiation on skin lipid, protein and biological membrane. At present, the actions of resisting and eliminating free radicals and preventing the damage of the free radicals are often realized through antioxidants. (3) anti-glycation. The saccharification reaction of the skin means that excessive sugar is released in blood all the day due to too slow metabolism of the skin, and the excessive sugar can be attached to collagen, so that the collagen is broken or disturbed, and wrinkles and roughness can appear on the skin. For this purpose, an active ingredient capable of reducing skin glycation can be added to the product. (4) anti-crosslinking. Crosslinking of collagen or elastic fibers in the dermis is one of the important causes of aging manifestations such as skin shrinkage and reduced elasticity.
CN110507551a discloses a method for preparing permeation-promoting anti-wrinkle essence preparation containing acetyl hexapeptide-8, the anti-wrinkle essence preparation prepared by the invention can further promote skin permeation of acetyl hexapeptide-8. However, acetohexapeptide-8 acts slowly and for a short period of time.
CN110302088A discloses a cosmetic composition comprising a modified conopeptide, which is an arginine/lysine polypeptide. The modified conopeptide has the characteristics of easy absorption by skin, high utilization rate, quick response and long duration. However, arginine/lysine polypeptides are somewhat difficult to penetrate the skin due to their relatively high molecular weight. The different skin absorption capacities of different individuals cause inconsistent wrinkle removal effects among different users. In addition, because arginine/lysine polypeptides contain 3-pair disulfide bonds, stability is challenged in formulations containing strong reducibility and strong oxidability, thereby affecting the expiration date and wrinkle-removing effect of the product.
In addition, in order to achieve a certain skin care effect in a short time, many penetration-promoting chemical components are added in the existing skin care products to try to make the components serving as filling support reach the damaged parts of the skin in a short time, however, the addition of the components often causes skin irritation, allergy and inflammation. Therefore, it is necessary to research a composition which has the functions of resisting and removing wrinkles in all aspects, comprehensively nourishing skin, solving the problem of skin aging from the source and simplifying and easily obtaining raw materials.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome at least one defect of the prior art and provides a tightening skin-brightening composition containing super-active pearl polypeptide mother liquor and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a skin lightening composition comprising mother liquor of super-living pearl polypeptide, wherein the active ingredients comprise mother extract of pearl, complex plant polysaccharide, arginine/lysine polypeptide, acetyl hexapeptide-8.
In some examples, the complex plant polysaccharide is selected from at least one of rice extract, reed extract, corn silk extract, mallow extract, aloe vera leaf extract.
In some examples, the active ingredients are in parts by mass: 0.01 to 0.5 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.1 to 3.0 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8.
In some examples, the active ingredients are in parts by mass: 0.01 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 4.5 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.25 part of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.5 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a skin care product comprising a matrix adjuvant and an active ingredient, wherein the active ingredient is a composition according to the first aspect.
In some examples, the matrix adjunct is a humectant, a thickener, a pH adjuster, a preservative, a chelating agent, and water.
In some examples, the tightening skin-brightening skin care product comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.01 to 0.5 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.1 to 3.0 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 7 to 14 parts of humectant, 0.1 to 0.3 part of thickener, 0.1 to 0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.2 to 2.0 parts of preservative, 0.01 to 0.1 part of chelating agent and the balance of water.
In some examples, the humectant is selected from at least one of butylene glycol, glycerin polyether-26, betaine, PPG-10 methyl glucose ether.
In some examples, the preservative consists of: 0.1 to 1.0 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of 1, 2-hexanediol.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a skin care product for skin lightening as described in the second aspect, comprising the steps of:
1) Heating and mixing water, a thickening agent, a humectant and p-hydroxyacetophenone at 80-85 ℃, dispersing uniformly, cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding a pH regulator, and mixing uniformly to obtain matrix auxiliary materials;
2) Sequentially adding 1, 2-hexanediol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, arginine/lysine polypeptide, compound plant polysaccharide, humectant and chelating agent into the matrix auxiliary material in the step 1), heating and stirring uniformly at 40-45 ℃, filtering and aging.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1) The mother-of-pearl extract adopted by the invention effectively promotes the expression of collagen and elastin and inhibits the secretion of melanin, thereby enhancing the activity of skin cells, maintaining the health of skin and mucous membrane, improving the brightness of skin, improving the elasticity of skin and providing multiple protection for skin;
2) The invention uses the compound plant polysaccharide, has the effects of calming and moisturizing various stimulations, so that the skin barrier is firm, the whitening effect is improved, and the skin is mild and moist, and can be used for sensitive skin;
3) The preservative system adopted by the invention is mild and has no irritation to skin.
Detailed Description
The following disclosure provides many different embodiments, or examples, for implementing different aspects of the invention.
In each component of the invention, the mother-of-pearl extract is natural marine biological small molecular polypeptide with ultrahigh activity extracted from the pearl sac cavity of the marine mother-of-pearl, and contains more than 40 amino acid types, including 8 amino acids necessary for human body: lysine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, methionine, threonine, isoleucine, leucine, valine, taurine, trace elements and proteins. The Concha Margaritifera extract has effects of reducing oxygen free radical, increasing reduced glutathione level, promoting metabolism of fat, sugar and protein, enhancing skin cell activity, maintaining skin and mucous membrane health, improving skin brightness, improving skin elasticity, and providing multiple protection for skin.
The compound plant polysaccharide is a compound formed by rice, reed, corn, mallow and aloe, has the effects of moisturizing, strengthening skin barrier, brightening skin color and helping skin maintain healthy and moist. The compound plant polysaccharide contains polysaccharide components such as flavonoid and mucilaginous, and has tranquilizing and moisturizing effects on various stimuli, so as to make skin barrier firm and improve whitening effect.
Arginine/lysine polypeptide, namely conotoxin or conopeptide, is a natural small molecular protein capable of relaxing muscles, can enable relaxed skin to be smoother and softer, enable smile to be more credible under the condition of not paralyzing the muscles, can rapidly activate epidermal cells, promote regeneration of extracellular matrixes and collagen, and can supplement nutrition for the skin, so that anti-saccharification and instant anti-wrinkle effects are achieved.
Acetyl hexapeptide-8 (hexapeptide) is a biomimetic peptide that mimics the N-terminus of SNAP-25 protein and consists of six amino acids. Clinical experiments prove that the hexapeptide is an anti-wrinkle polypeptide active raw material scientifically and reasonably designed based on a biochemical mechanism of human skin, and has the most outstanding characteristics of weakening dynamic lines, inhibiting nerve conduction, preventing generation of fine lines and helping skin to keep a compact state. And acetyl hexapeptide-8 can promote the growth of collagen, and partially block the nerve transmission muscle contraction information, so that facial muscles are relaxed, and dynamic lines, static lines and fine lines are smoothed, the activity of elastin is effectively increased, and the skin is rich in gloss and elasticity.
The matrix auxiliary materials of the compact skin-brightening skin care product prepared in the embodiment of the invention comprise the following components:
the humectant is a mixture of butanediol, glycerol polyether-26, betaine and PPG-10 methyl glucose ether;
the thickening agent is acrylic acid (ester)/C 10～30 Mixtures of alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymers and xanthan gum;
the pH regulator is arginine;
the preservative is a mixture of 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the chelating agent is disodium EDTA, and is used for regulating the viscosity of the product.
The preparation method of the tightening skin-brightening skin care product provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
1) Adding 81.37% of water, 9.5% of humectant, 0.21% of thickener and 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone into an emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃ with stirring (20-35 r/min), homogenizing for 2-3 minutes (30-50 hz) until the mixture is uniformly dispersed and has no particles, and preserving heat for 30 minutes;
2) Cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding 0.15% pH regulator dissolved in 2% water in advance, and stirring for 10-15 minutes (20-35 r/min) uniformly;
3) Cooling to 40-45 ℃, sequentially adding 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.25% of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.5% of acetyl hexapeptide-8,4.5% of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.5% of humectant and 0.01% of mother-of-pearl extract, and stirring for 10-15 minutes (20-35 r/min) uniformly;
4) Cooling to 35-40 ℃, adding 0.01% EDTA disodium, and stirring for 10-15 minutes (20-35 r/min) uniformly;
5) Aging for 5 days, and performing quality evaluation to obtain the final product.
Example 1
A compact skin-brightening skin care product containing super-active pearl polypeptide mother liquor comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
10.0% of humectant, 0.21% of thickener, 0.01% of mother-of-pearl extract, 4.5% of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.25% of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.5% of acetyl hexapeptide-8,0.15% of arginine, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.01% of chelating agent and the balance of water (83.37%).
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is that the mother-of-pearl extract is not added, and the specific mass composition is as follows:
10.0% of humectant, 0.21% of thickener, 4.5% of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.25% of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.5% of acetyl hexapeptide-8,0.15% of arginine, 0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.01% of chelating agent and the balance of water (83.38%).
Comparative example 2
The difference from example 1 is that no complex plant polysaccharide is added, and the specific mass composition is as follows:
10.0% humectant, 0.21% thickener, 0.01% nacre extract, 0.25% arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.5% acetyl hexapeptide-8,0.15% arginine, 0.5% p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5% 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.01% chelating agent, balance water (87.87%).
The following experimental tests were performed for the above examples, the test methods are as follows, and the results are shown in table 1:
1. skin moisturizing effect test: 10 (25-40 years old) testers, in the same humidity and temperature of the ring mirror, test the moisture of the skin of the testers before painting the product of the invention, take the average value of ten people and display the value of 31.9. The products of the two embodiments are respectively coated on facial skin (half face test is adopted), after the products are uniformly coated, a skin moisture probe of a German CK MPA580 skin tester is used for testing, and the average value is obtained.
2. Skin gloss test: 10 (25-40 years old) testers, in the same humidity and temperature of the ring mirror, the glossiness of the skin of the testers is tested before the product of the invention is coated, the average value of ten people is taken, and the display value is 3.8. The products of the two embodiments are respectively coated on facial skin (half face test is adopted), after the products are uniformly coated, the skin glossiness probe of the German CK MPA580 skin tester is used for testing, and the average value is obtained.
3. Melanin inhibition rate test: according to T/SHRH036-2021 cosmetic melanin inhibition test-test method for zebra fish embryo, 24-tail 8h zebra fish embryo was exposed to 5g/L sample solution at the beginning of the test, a blank control group and a positive control group (30 mg/L phenylthiourea) were simultaneously set, and fish embryo was subjected to microscopic photographing after 48h of exposure to measure melanin signal intensity and statistical analysis.
4. Zebra fish type I collagen gene colla1b expression promotion rate test: collagen in zebra fish skin has about 77% amino acid alignment identity with collagen in human skin by observing and quantifying changes in collagen in zebra fish skin.
5. Zebra fish elastin gene (Eln 1) expression promotion rate test: the elasticity of human body and zebra fish skin mainly depends on Elastin, which is synthesized by Elastin gene Elastin. The elastin changes in structure and gradually decreases along with the aging, and the regeneration of the elastin is promoted, so that the elasticity of the body can be improved, and the skin is compact. The elastin changes of the zebra fish skin were observed and quantified.

Skin wrinkles are produced due to a decrease in skin collagen and elastin. Therefore, by selecting an appropriate method to promote the expression of cellular collagen genes and elastin genes, slowing down collagen and elastin degradation is one of the important methods for slowing down skin wrinkles and enhancing the production of skin activity. As can be seen from table 1, the mother-of-pearl extract and the complex plant polysaccharide adopted in the invention can effectively promote the expression of collagen and elastin and inhibit the secretion of melanin, thereby enhancing the activity of skin cells, maintaining the health of skin and mucous membrane, improving the brightness of skin, improving the elasticity of skin, providing multiple protection for skin and having synergistic protection effect.
The above description of the present invention is further illustrated in detail and should not be taken as limiting the practice of the present invention. It is within the scope of the present invention for those skilled in the art to make simple deductions or substitutions without departing from the concept of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A skin-brightening composition containing mother liquor of super-living pearl polypeptide is characterized in that the active ingredients comprise mother extract of pearl, compound plant polysaccharide, arginine/lysine polypeptide and acetyl hexapeptide-8.
2. The skin lightening composition of claim 1 wherein the complex plant polysaccharide is selected from at least one of rice extract, reed extract, corn silk extract, mallow extract, aloe vera leaf extract.
3. The tightening and skin-brightening composition according to claim 1, wherein the active ingredients are in parts by weight: 0.01 to 0.5 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.1 to 3.0 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8.
4. A tightening and skin lightening composition according to claim 3, wherein the active ingredients are in parts by weight: 0.01 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 4.5 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.25 part of arginine/lysine polypeptide and 0.5 part of acetyl hexapeptide-8.
5. A skin care product for tightening and brightening skin, comprising a matrix auxiliary material and an active ingredient, wherein the active ingredient is the composition of claims 1-4.
6. The skin care product for tightening and brightening skin according to claim 5, wherein the matrix auxiliary materials are humectant, thickener, pH regulator, preservative, chelating agent and water.
7. The tightening skin-brightening skin care product according to claim 5, wherein the tightening skin-brightening skin care product comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.01 to 0.5 part of mother-of-pearl extract, 1.0 to 5.0 parts of compound plant polysaccharide, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of arginine/lysine polypeptide, 0.1 to 3.0 parts of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 7 to 14 parts of humectant, 0.1 to 0.3 part of thickener, 0.1 to 0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.2 to 2.0 parts of preservative, 0.01 to 0.1 part of chelating agent and the balance of water.
8. The skin lightening cosmetic product of claim 5 wherein the humectant is selected from at least one of butylene glycol, glycerin polyether-26, betaine, PPG-10 methyl glucose ether.
9. The skin lightening product of claim 7 wherein the preservative composition is: 0.1 to 1.0 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and the balance of 1, 2-hexanediol.
10. The method for preparing the skin care product for tightening and brightening skin according to claim 5, comprising the following steps:
1) Heating and mixing water, a thickening agent, a humectant and p-hydroxyacetophenone at 80-85 ℃, dispersing uniformly, cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding a pH regulator, and mixing uniformly to obtain matrix auxiliary materials;
2) Sequentially adding 1, 2-hexanediol, acetyl hexapeptide-8, arginine/lysine polypeptide, compound plant polysaccharide, humectant and chelating agent into the matrix auxiliary material in the step 1), heating and stirring uniformly at 40-45 ℃, filtering and aging.
