The lacing wire 310 is connected to two opposite sides of the quick connector 200 and forms a first collar 340 with one side of the quick connector 200 away from the quick connector 100 (one side of the base 210 away from the mounting surface 211), that is, the lacing wire 310 forms a first collar 340 with the cover 213; the back plate 320 is parallel to the mounting surface 211 and is penetrated by a first ferrule 340 to connect with the lacing wire 310; two soft gel pads 330 are parallel to the back plate 320 and in contact with the strap 20. Fig. 7 illustrates that the strap 20 is clamped between two soft rubber pads 330, the two soft rubber pads 330 are clamped between the cover plate 213 and the back plate 320, and the lacing wire 310 is connected to opposite sides of the base 210 through the back plate 320. The connection relation of the layers sleeved in sequence is that the back plate 320, the soft rubber pad 330 and the binding band 20 are fixed on one side of the fast-assembling base 200, which is away from the mounting surface 211, through the first ferrule 340, so that the fast-assembling component 10a (the camera accessory 10) is mounted and fixed on the binding band 20.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, it should be explained that, first, in this embodiment, fig. 9 illustrates that two soft rubber pads 330 are respectively attached to a side of the cover plate 213 facing away from the mounting cavity 240 and a side of the back plate 320 facing the quick-mounting seat 200, so that the surfaces of two opposite sides of the strap 20 are in contact with the two soft rubber pads 330 (shown in fig. 6), thereby increasing friction between the strap 20 and the soft rubber pads 330, and further enhancing the stability of the quick-mounting assembly 10a mounted on the strap 20. In other embodiments, the number of the soft rubber pads 330 is not limited, and may be two, or may be one (one soft rubber pad 330 may be disposed on any one of the cover plate 213 and the back plate 320), or may not be disposed (as shown in fig. 10). Secondly, the connection mode between the back plate 320 and the tightening rope 310 is not limited, and may be through connection in the present embodiment, or glue bonding, and the back plate 320 is set to increase the contact area between the strap 20 and the tightening rope 310, so as to further enhance the stability of the fast-assembling component 10a mounted on the strap 20. In other embodiments, the back plate 320 (shown in FIG. 11) may not be provided, and the quick assembly 10a may be mounted and secured to the strap 20.
Referring to fig. 11, in this embodiment, a first hooking portion 260 is further provided on one side of the base 210, and the first hooking portion 260 is used for hooking the tightening rope 310 to form the first ferrule 340. Specifically, the lacing wire 310 in this embodiment is a complete continuous one, and defines a first end 311 and a second end 312 at a beginning and an end of the lacing wire 310, the first end 311 and the second end 312 enter the mounting cavity 240 through the same side of the base 210, and a portion of the lacing wire 310 extending out of the mounting cavity 240 and exposed out of the base 210 is a continuous section to form a hanging end 313, and the hanging end 313 can be hung on the first hanging portion 260, so that the portion of the lacing wire 310 extending out of the base 210 and the cover plate 213 form two first ferrules 340. Preferably, the first hooking portion 260 in the present embodiment is disposed on the dovetail structure 230 and is concavely formed into a groove structure 260a, and the hooking end 313 is reversely hung and limited in the groove structure 260a around the side edge of the base 212, so that the structural design integrating the dovetail structure 230 and the groove structure 260a into a whole makes the structural design of the whole base 210 more compact, and the installation space thereof is maximally utilized.
It should be understood that, first, in other embodiments, the number of lacing wires 310 and forming the first ferrules 340 is not limited, and in other embodiments, one lacing wire 310 may form one or more first ferrules 340, and two first ferrules 340 may be formed by connecting two or more lacing wires 310 together; in other embodiments, the first hooking portion 260 may be disposed at any position on two opposite sides of the base 210, and the first hooking portion 260 may be formed by a groove structure 260a, a hook block structure, a hook structure, or the like, which only needs to satisfy that the first hooking portion 260 can be hooked by the hooking end 313.
In addition, the first ferrule 340 can be passed through by the binding band 20, so that the binding band 20 is sleeved between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210, thereby realizing the connection between the quick-mounting base 200 and the binding band 20. It should be understood that, because the lacing wire 310 has little elasticity, when the lacing wire 310 is fixedly connected to the quick mount 200, the lacing wire 310 cannot be loosened due to the clearance generated between the lacing wire 310 and the binding band 20 by bearing the weight of the quick mount 200, the quick mount 100, and the camera mounted with the quick mount 100, and the lacing wire 310 and the quick mount 200 can be considered as hard connection. It should be understood that the hard connection herein means that, since the lacing wire 310 cannot be elastically deformed, the clamping force between the seat 210 and the lacing wire 310 is fixed as long as the size of the first ferrule 340 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13 in combination, the quick assembly 10a further includes a restoring member 400 disposed in the mounting cavity 240, wherein the restoring member 400 is disposed between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210 and is capable of accumulating and releasing a restoring force, and the restoring force released by the restoring member 400 is capable of driving the tightening rope 310 to retract inside the base 210 into the mounting cavity 240, so as to reduce the exposed length of the tightening rope 310 (i.e., the portion extending out of the base 210), thereby reducing the size of the first ferrule 340. Preferably, the restoring member 400 in the present embodiment is a telescopic spring 400a, and the telescopic spring 400a is disposed in the mounting cavity 240 and always accumulates elastic force. It should be understood that the type of the restoring member 400 is not limited, and in other embodiments, elastic members such as elastic rubber and elastic rings, or magnetic members with like polarities and repulsion may be used, so long as the restoring force can be accumulated and released by the restoring member 400. When the restoring member is a magnetic member with like poles repelling, one magnetic member is disposed at the end of the tightening rope 310 and circumferentially limited to the base 210, and the other magnetic member is fixedly disposed on the base 210, and the two magnetic members are disposed face to face with like poles repelling and spaced apart, and the repelling force between the two magnetic members can drive the tightening rope 310 to retract inside the base 210.
The quick-assembly device 10a further comprises a locking member 500 movably disposed on the base 210, wherein the locking member 500 can prevent the lacing wire 310 from shrinking inside the base 210, so as to fix the exposed length of the lacing wire 310, thereby fixing the size of the first ferrule 340. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the locking member 500 is disposed at a position where the tightening rope 310 enters the installation cavity 240, the locking member 500 includes a knob 510 and a pressing block 520 connected to each other, the knob 510 is exposed to the base 210 for rotation operation, and the pressing block 520 is disposed in the installation cavity 240 and contacts with the tightening rope 310; the knob 510 is screwed with the base 210, and the knob 510 can be operated to rotate and drive the compressing block 520 to move synchronously, so as to clamp the tightening rope 310 between the compressing block 520 and the base 210 (the inner wall of the corresponding position of the mounting cavity 240), thereby preventing the tightening rope 310 from being retracted into the base 210, and fixing the exposed length of the tightening rope 310. It should be appreciated that the process of pressing the lacing wire 310 by the rotation of the locking member 500 in cooperation with the knob 510 and the pressing block 520 is only one specific implementation method for fixing the exposed length of the lacing wire 310, and in other embodiments, the locking member 500 may prevent the movement of the lacing wire 310 through pressing, stretching, snapping, etc., so as to fix the exposed length of the lacing wire 310. In addition, fig. 12 also illustrates that the surface of the pressing block 520 for contacting the lacing wire 310 is serrated, and the friction coefficient of the contact surface of the serrated pressing block 520 and the lacing wire 310 increases the friction force between the lacing wire 310 and the pressing block 520. It should be understood that in other embodiments, the contact surface between the compression block 520 and the lacing wire 310 is not limited, so long as the compression block 520 is capable of moving to compress the lacing wire 310 with rotation of the knob 510.
The invention provides a camera accessory 10 and a photographing device comprising the camera accessory 10, wherein the camera accessory 10 comprises a base 210, a tightening member 300, a resetting member 400 and a locking member 500. The base 210 is used for directly or indirectly mounting a camera; the tightening piece 300 at least comprises non-elastic tightening ropes 310, the tightening ropes 310 are connected to two opposite sides of the base 210 and form a first loop 340 with the base 210, the first loop 340 can be used for sleeving a strap 20 such as a backpack shoulder strap or a waistband between the tightening ropes 310 and the base 210 so as to fix the camera accessory 10 on the strap 20, a user can hang a camera in front of the chest through the strap 20 or hang the camera between the waist through the strap 20, and other operations of freeing the hands of the user when the camera shoots or does not shoot are realized. The camera accessory 10 on the market is easy to loosen and separate during the use of the user because the camera accessory is directly sleeved on the binding band 20 through the binding rope 310. So in order to solve the technical problem that the quick assembly component 10a of the camera accessory 10 is easy to separate from the loose strap such as the strap, the shoulder strap and the shoulder strap through the tightening rope 310, the camera accessory in the scheme is in a loose state after the tightening rope 310 is sleeved on the strap 20, the locking piece is kept in a loose state, the flexible strap 20 is pressed by force to deform the strap 20, the tightening rope is contracted inwards under the action of the resetting piece 400, the exposed length of the tightening rope 310 is further reduced through the resetting piece 400, so that the size of the first ferrule 340 is reduced, and then the locking piece 500 is controlled to fix the exposed length of the tightening rope 310, so that the compact stability of the camera accessory 10 mounted on the strap 20 is increased, and the camera accessory is not easy to loose. This further improves the usability of the camera accessory 10 and the user's sense of use experience.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13 in combination, the quick assembly 10a further includes a movable block 600 disposed in the mounting cavity 240, the movable block 600 is a slider 600a, the slider 600a connects the tightening rope 310 and the extension spring 400a at the same time, the slider 600a moves relative to the base 210 under the action of the elastic force released by the extension spring 400a, and the movement of the slider 600a can drive the tightening rope 310 to move synchronously and further be accommodated in the mounting cavity 240 (retracted in the base 210), so as to reduce the exposed length of the tightening rope 310. Specifically, the slider 600a is provided with two through holes, which are respectively defined as a first through hole 611 and a second through hole 612, the first end 311 of the tightening rope 310 is fixed at one side of the base 210 in the mounting cavity 240, the second end 312 of the tightening rope 310 extends out of the mounting cavity 240 to form a first ferrule 340 around the cover plate 213 of the base 210, then enters the mounting cavity 240, passes through the first through hole 611 through the other side of the base 210 (the side far from the position where the tightening rope 310 enters the mounting cavity 240), and then is folded back to pass through the second through hole 612 (the second end 312 bypasses the slider 600 a) to be further fixedly connected with the base 210. The portion of the lacing wire 310 retracted in the seat body is slidably connected with the slider 600a, so that the slider 600a moving away from the position where the lacing wire 310 enters the mounting cavity 240 can drive the lacing wire 310 to be received in the mounting cavity 240, so as to reduce the exposed length of the lacing wire 310, thereby reducing the size of the first ferrule 340.
The above-described scheme is only one embodiment of the present application, and it should be understood that, first, the force interaction between the extension spring 400a and the lacing wire 310 can be more stably achieved by indirectly connecting the two through the movable block 600. If the extension spring 400a is directly connected with the tightening rope 310, since the extension spring 400a and the tightening rope 310 are soft, and shake around and unstable in a loose state, the elastic force released by the extension spring 400a cannot stably drive the tightening rope 310 to move and shrink in the same direction, but if the extension spring 400a is arranged between the sliding block 600a and the two solids of the base 210, the elastic force released by the extension spring 400a can push the sliding block 600a to stably move in the same direction, and the sliding block 600a drives the tightening rope 310 to stably move and shrink in the same direction. In the case where the stable force is not considered, the quick assembly 10a may be configured without the slider 600a (the movable block 600), that is, the extension spring 400a and the tightening rope 310 may be configured to retract the tightening rope 310 inside the housing 210, and the extension spring 400a may be configured between the tightening rope 310 and the housing 210 (connected to the tightening rope 310 and the housing 210, respectively). In addition, the connection manner between the slider 600a and the tightening rope 310 is not limited, and in other embodiments, the second end 312 of the tightening rope 310 may be directly and fixedly connected to the slider 600a, and the slider 600a drives the tightening rope 310 to move and retract inside the seat 210. In addition, the sliding block 600a moves relative to the base 210 to move the tightening rope 310, which is just one implementation manner that the movable block 600 receives the tightening rope 310 in the mounting cavity 240, and in other embodiments, the movable block 600 rotates relative to the base 210 to also drive the tightening rope 310 to be received in the mounting cavity 240. Specifically, the movable block 600 may be a roller, the reset element 400 is a torsion spring connected between the roller and the base 210, when the locking element 500 releases the tightening rope 310, the elastic force released by the torsion spring can drive the roller to rotate relative to the base 210, and the rotation of the roller simultaneously drives the tightening rope 310 to wind around itself to reduce the exposed length of the tightening rope 310, so that the tightening rope 310 is accommodated in the installation cavity 240.
In this embodiment, the quick assembly 10a further includes a fixing shaft 700, the fixing shaft 700 is transversely arranged (parallel to the mounting surface 211) and limited in the mounting cavity 240 and is fixed relative to the base 210, the sliding block 600a slides along the axial direction of the fixing shaft 700 to move relative to the base 210, the telescopic spring 400a is sleeved on the fixing shaft 700 to be more stably limited in the mounting cavity 240, and the elastic force released by the telescopic spring 400a and acting on the sliding block 600a is always parallel to the axial direction of the fixing shaft 700. It should be appreciated that the fixed shaft 700 serves to further improve the mounting stability of the extension spring 400a, thereby further ensuring that the direction of the elastic force released from the extension spring 400a is in a straight line. In other embodiments, the stationary shaft 700 may not be provided.
According to the foregoing description, the camera accessory 10 and strap 20 are fixedly installed as follows: the binding band 20 is first sleeved in the first ferrule 340 to clamp the binding band 20 between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210, at this time, the elastic force released by the expansion spring 400a drives the slider 600a to move and simultaneously drives the tightening rope 310 to retract into the base 210, so as to reduce the exposed length of the tightening rope 310, reduce the size of the first ferrule 340, increase the clamping force between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210, and at this time, the clamping force between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210 is only provided by the expansion spring 400 a. Then, in order to further increase the clamping force between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210, the user may press the strap 20 to deform by an external force, and at this time, the tightening rope 310 may further retract into the base 210 under the force of the extension spring 400 a. Finally, when the clamping force between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210 is sufficiently large, the user can rotate the locking member 500 to push the pressing block 520 to press the tightening rope 310, so as to fix the exposed length of the tightening rope 310 (the tightening rope 310 cannot be retracted into the base 210 or pulled out of the base 210), fix the size of the first ferrule 340, and thus fix the clamping force between the tightening rope 310 and the base 210, so that the camera accessory 10 can be mounted and fastened on the strap 20 through the above mounting operation. The above-described installation and fastening process may also be repeated repeatedly in order to make the clamping force greater. For this solution, the first collar 340 is variable in size to accommodate straps 20 of different widths and thicknesses, whereby a user can facilitate the replacement of a camera mounted on straps 20 of different wearing articles through the camera accessory 10 of the present application.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 in combination, the external extrusion force of the present application is from the elastic rope 800, the elastic rope 800 is detachably connected to two opposite sides of the base 210 and forms a second ferrule 810 with the cover plate 213, and the tightening member 300 (tightening rope 310, back plate 320, soft rubber pad 330, first ferrule 340) is sleeved and clamped between the elastic rope 800 and the base 210 by the second ferrule 810. The elastic force released by the elastic cord 800 can press the tightening member 300 to increase the clamping force between the tightening cord 310 and the base 210, and the locking member 500 is further retracted in the base 210 when released. The elastic cord 800 of the present embodiment is separated from the camera accessory 10 as a separate accessory, so as to facilitate replacement of a different elastic size specification or a new elastic cord 800. In addition, in order to facilitate the hooking of the elastic rope 800, a second hooking portion 270 is provided at the edge of the base 210 of the camera accessory 10 for detachably hooking the elastic rope 800, and the elastic rope 800 is hooked on the second hooking portion 270 to form the aforementioned second ferrule 810 with the base 210. Fig. 7 illustrates that the second hooking portion 270 and the first hooking portion 260 are disposed at opposite sides of the base 210, and the elastic cord 800 is hooked on the first hooking portion 260 and the second hooking portion 270 and forms the aforementioned second loop 810 with the cover 213, so that the space of the base 210 is reasonably utilized. Specifically, when the camera is mounted and fastened on the fastening band 20 through the camera accessory 10, the fastening band 20 is clamped and mounted in the fastening piece 300, and at this time, the elastic rope 800 is stretched and hung on the first hanging portion 260 and the second hanging portion 270 which are oppositely arranged, the elastic force released by the elastic rope 800 can shorten the length of the elastic rope 800, and the size of the second ferrule 810 is reduced, so that the fastening band 20 is further pressed and deformed; at this time, a gap is formed between the first collar 340 and the strap 20, the tightening rope 310 is loosened, the loosened tightening rope 310 can be further retracted in the base 210 under the action of the extension spring 400a, and then the locking member 500 is rotated to press the tightening rope 310, so as to prevent the tightening rope 310 from moving (retracted or extended out of the base), so as to fix the size of the first collar 340, stabilize the clamping force of the strap 20, and stably fix the camera and the camera accessory 10 on the strap 20. It should be understood that, first, the installation position and form of the second hooking portion 270 are not limited, in other embodiments, the second hooking portion 270 may not be provided, one end of the elastic cord 800 is fixedly connected to the base 210, and the other end of the elastic cord 800 is hooked to the first hooking portion 260, and the elastic cord 800 may be fixedly connected to the base 210 to be used as a part of the camera accessory 10, so that the camera accessory 10 is not easy to be lost during use.
The lacing wire 310 and the elastic wire 800 of the present embodiment are flexible articles, so that the user is soft and comfortable when contacting the camera accessory 10, and the user is not uncomfortable due to the panic, thereby greatly improving the comfort level of the user using the camera accessory 10 of the present embodiment.
