Further, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention may be an internal combustion engine vehicle having an engine as a power source, a hybrid vehicle having an engine and an electric motor as power sources, an electric vehicle having an electric motor as a power source, or the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the overall structure of a seat armrest according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of an armrest cover plate according to an embodiment of the present invention, for showing the positional relationship between a multi-layered laminate and the armrest cover plate; fig. 3 is a view showing the positional relationship of the multi-layered sheet fully extended from the hollow structure of the handrail cover plate in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the armrest includes: the handrail comprises a handrail body 1, a handrail cover plate 2 and a multilayer laminate 3, wherein the handrail cover plate 2 and the multilayer laminate 3 are arranged on the top of the handrail body 1; wherein the multi-layer laminates 3 are movably connected; the handrail cover plate 2 is of a hollow structure and is used for accommodating the multi-layer laminate 3 in a folded state; the armrest cover plate 2 has an open end at one end, and the multilayer laminate 3 extends at least partially outside the hollow structure after being moved.
The armrest according to the embodiment of the present invention may be understood as an armrest in the center of a front-rear seat in a vehicle, and the armrest cover 2 is a cover for covering the armrest body 1 at the top of the armrest, wherein, in order to accommodate the multi-layer board 3 in a folded state, the armrest cover 2 has a certain thickness, and the thickness of the armrest cover 2 is greater than the entire thickness of the multi-layer board 3, so that the multi-layer board 3 may move in parallel in the armrest cover 2.
In an alternative embodiment, the armrest body comprises a storage compartment; an accommodation space is formed between the storage box and the armrest cover plate 2, and a passenger can place stored articles in the accommodation space. In order to facilitate the user to store the articles, in a further alternative embodiment, one side of the armrest cover plate 2 is fixedly connected with the armrest body 1, while the other side is in a non-fixedly connected state, during the use of the passenger, the non-fixedly connected side can be turned over to open the armrest cover plate 2, and the articles to be stored are placed in the accommodating space of the storage box.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a slide rail 22 is provided at an inner side of the armrest cover plate 2, and a slider 31 is provided at a bottom side of the lowermost layer of the multi-layer laminate 3; the sliding piece 31 is in sliding connection with the sliding rail 22; the multi-layer board 3 is driven by an external force in a first direction to slide along the slide rail 22 by the sliding member 31, so that the multi-layer board 3 at least partially extends out of the hollow structure after sliding. It should be noted that other connection methods may be used, so that the multi-layer board 3 may freely move in the armrest cover board 2, which is not limited in the present invention. The external force in the first direction may be understood as an external force of the armrest cover plate 2 along the direction of the open end 21, that is, the multi-layer laminate 3 may move toward the outside of the open end and away from the inside of the armrest cover plate 2 under the driving of the external force in the first direction.
In order to facilitate the passenger taking out the multi-layer laminate 3, in an alternative embodiment, a handle may be disposed at an end of the multi-layer laminate 3 near the open end 21, and an external force in a first direction is applied to the multi-layer laminate 3 by pulling the handle, that is, when the user needs to use the multi-layer laminate 3, the user only needs to pull the handle to pull the multi-layer laminate 3 out of the armrest cover plate 2.
Under the condition that the multilayer laminate 3 is not needed to be used, in order to avoid jolting or inertia in the running process of a vehicle to enable the multilayer laminate 3 to naturally slide, a cover plate baffle and a second locking structure can be arranged at the opening end 21 of the armrest cover plate 2, the opening and closing of the cover plate baffle are controlled through the second locking structure, namely, the opening end is closed through the second locking structure and the cover plate baffle, and the multilayer laminate 3 is always in the hollow structure of the armrest cover plate 2 when the second locking structure is in a locking state.
In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, a swivel connection is provided on the multilayer laminate 3; the rotary connecting piece is fixedly connected with the sliding piece 31; when the multi-layer laminate 3 is fully extended to the outside of the hollow structure, the multi-layer laminate 3 is rotated in the horizontal direction by the rotational connector by the external force drive in the second direction. As shown in fig. 3 (the rotary connector is not shown in the drawing), the external force in the second direction refers to an external force along a certain horizontal plane, and in an alternative embodiment, refers to an external force perpendicular to the first direction in the horizontal direction, such as the arrow direction in fig. 3 (which may also be the opposite direction of the arrow in the drawing). After the multi-layered sheet 3 is completely pulled out to the outside of the armrest cover plate 2, the direction of the multi-layered sheet 3 can be changed by applying an external force in the second direction, so that the passenger can better unfold the multi-layered sheet 3 and use it. Generally, the width of the vehicle seat armrest is narrow enough to meet the requirement of passengers on the width of a tabletop, so that the width of the multi-layer laminate 3 stored in the armrest cover plate 2 is limited when the multi-layer laminate 3 is in a folded state, if the multi-layer laminate 3 is pulled out and then directly turned over and unfolded, the adjacent laminates can only be provided with supporting force by means of the connecting structure between the multi-layer laminates 3, and the situation that the supporting stability is poor can exist.
In a further alternative embodiment of the invention, a swivel connection is provided at the bottom or side of the lowermost layer of the multilayer laminate 3, which connects the multilayer laminate 3 to the slider 31 in one piece. To facilitate passenger control of the rotation angle of the multi-layer laminate 3, in an alternative embodiment, a first latch structure may be provided on the swivel connection; when the first locking structure is in an open state, the multi-layer laminate 3 can rotate in the horizontal direction; when the first locking structure is in the locked state, the multi-layer board 3 is in the locked state and cannot rotate. Namely, after the passenger rotates the multi-layer laminate 3, the first locking structure is utilized to lock the angle, so that the multi-layer laminate 3 is prevented from rotating in angle in the using process.
For the connection between the multi-layer laminates 3, in an alternative embodiment, a hinge structure is provided between each adjacent two layers of the multi-layer laminate 3; every two adjacent layers of laminates are turned over by a hinge structure, so that the multiple layers of laminates are unfolded to form a plane. It will be appreciated that when the number of plies of the multi-layer ply 3 is greater, the plies may be turned over one after the other in a top-to-bottom order until all of the plies are spread to form a single plane. The plane of the multi-layered sheet 3 after being unfolded may be configured, for example, to form a plurality of planes having a gradient or to form an inclined plane having a certain angle, according to different requirements of passengers, which is not limited in the present invention.
The seat armrest provided by the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 3 has the advantages that the hollow structure is arranged in the armrest cover plate to accommodate the multi-layer laminate in the folded state, so that the storage space of the multi-layer laminate can be saved as much as possible, and meanwhile, the internal space of the storage box is not occupied.
Fig. 4 shows a method for using a seat armrest according to an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes the following steps:
step S401: applying an external force in a first direction to the multi-layer laminate 3 so that the multi-layer laminate 3 is fully extended to the outside of the hollow structure of the armrest cover plate 2;
step S402: applying an external force in a second direction to the multilayer laminate 3 to horizontally rotate the multilayer laminate 3 to a vertical angle;
step S403: the multi-layer laminate 3 is turned over by a hinge structure between every two adjacent layers of the laminate so that the multi-layer laminate 3 is unfolded to form a plane.
Wherein the first direction and the second direction are different directions, and in an alternative embodiment, the first direction and the second direction are two directions perpendicular to each other by 90 degrees. Specifically, in step S401, the multi-layer board 3 and the armrest cover board 2 are slidably connected, that is, the sliding rail 22 is disposed on one side of the inside of the armrest cover board 2, the sliding piece 31 is disposed on one side of the bottom of the lowest layer of the multi-layer board 3, and the multi-layer board 3 can extend out of the hollow structure of the armrest cover board 2 along the direction of the sliding rail, that is, the first direction is the direction along the sliding rail toward the opening end of the armrest cover board through the sliding connection of the sliding piece 31 and the sliding rail 22.
In an alternative embodiment, a buckle structure may be disposed at one end of the sliding rail, and as the multi-layer board 3 is pulled out under the action of the external force in the first direction, the multi-layer board 3 moves continuously relative to the sliding rail 22, and after the moving distance exceeds a specific distance, the multi-layer board 3 may be automatically locked by the buckle structure, so as to avoid the multi-layer board 3 from being separated from the sliding rail 22 under the action of the continuous external force, so as to cause damage to the automobile parts.
In order to realize the rotation function of the multi-layer laminate 3, a rotation connector needs to be provided between the slider 31 and the multi-layer laminate 3, i.e., in use, the operation state of the rotation connector needs to be limited by the first locking structure. Thus, in an alternative embodiment, step S402 may further include, as shown in fig. 5:
step S501: adjusting the first locking structure to an open state, and applying an external force in a second direction to the multilayer laminate 3 to horizontally rotate the multilayer laminate 3 to a vertical angle;
step S502: the first latch structure is adjusted to a locked state to lock the multi-layered laminate 3 at a vertical angle.
Through the process, the overturning operation of the step 3 can be executed on the basis of locking the rotation angle, so that the overturning and unfolding of the multi-layer laminate 3 can be realized at the angle with the unfolding space, unnecessary hardware damage is reduced, meanwhile, the stability of the formed plane can be ensured, and the use experience of passengers is improved.
The use method of the seat armrest provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 4 to 5 is that the hollow structure is arranged in the armrest cover plate to accommodate the multi-layer laminate in the folded state, so that the storage space of the multi-layer laminate can be saved as much as possible, and meanwhile, the internal space of the storage box is not occupied.
The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
