Aggregate proportioning device for mortar processing, including agitator tank (9), fixed curb plate (15), prop up mount B (12) and mount A (1), its characterized in that, mount A (1) and mount B (12) are installed respectively through the screw in one side both ends of fixed curb plate (15), install agitator tank (9) through the bolt between mount A (1) and mount B (12), feed pump (7) are installed through the mount pad equidistance in top one side of agitator tank (9), time-recorder (8) are installed through the screw to one end of agitator tank (9), first servo motor (4) and second servo motor (10) are all installed respectively through motor fixing base (11) in one side of mount A (1) and mount B (12), the top is provided with puddler (17) in agitator tank (9), the lower extreme is provided with down stirring leaf (18), one side and being located between mount A (1) and mount B (12) through bolt installation power supply box (16), one end through UPS (19) sets up in the draw-in groove.

step four: the power supplies of the first servo motor (4) and the second servo motor (10) are connected to drive the lower stirring blade (18) and the upper stirring rod (17) to rotate rapidly, the time of stirring is convenient to be counted by the timer (8), and when the time reaches a set value, an alarm is automatically sent to remind a user, so that raw materials are convenient to mix uniformly, and mortar solution is produced.
