The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the terminal of any of the foregoing embodiments, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the terminal, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the terminal. Claims (10)

1. A house information promotion method, comprising:
acquiring house popularization information sent by a target house popularization terminal; the target house popularization terminal is determined and obtained according to house information corresponding to the developer terminal and user group portraits corresponding to the house popularization terminals;
calculating the popularization participation degree of the target house popularization terminal according to the response condition of each user terminal to the house popularization information of the target house popularization terminal;
and determining house popularization results according to response conditions and popularization participation degree of house popularization information of each target house popularization terminal and sending the house popularization results to the developer terminal.
2. The house information promotion method according to claim 1, wherein the determination process of the target house promotion terminal is:
determining a house label corresponding to house information according to the house information corresponding to the developer terminal;
searching house popularization terminals with similarity between labels of user group portraits and house labels corresponding to the house information being larger than a preset value according to a pre-established knowledge graph to obtain a plurality of first terminals;
according to the historical response condition of the historical popularization information of each first terminal and the similarity, calculating the estimated popularization value of each first terminal;
and determining the target house popularization terminal according to the estimated popularization value of each first terminal.
3. The house information promotion method according to claim 2, wherein the knowledge graph establishment process includes:
aiming at each house popularization terminal, acquiring historical popularization information of the house popularization terminal on each social platform;
aiming at each house popularization terminal, determining an portrait tag of the house popularization terminal according to the historical popularization information of the house popularization terminal on each social platform;
and obtaining all house labels, and calculating the similarity between each house label and the portrait labels of the user group portraits of each house popularization terminal according to a semantic analysis algorithm to obtain the knowledge graph.

The house information promoting method of claim 2, wherein the first terminal comprises a self-media terminal and a broker terminal; according to the historical response condition and the similarity of the historical popularization information of each first terminal, calculating the estimated popularization value of each first terminal comprises the following steps:
aiming at each self-media terminal, calculating the popularization influence of the self-media terminal according to the historical response condition of the self-media terminal on the historical popularization information of each social platform;
and calculating the estimated popularization value of each self-media terminal according to the popularization influence and the similarity aiming at each self-media terminal.
5. The house information promoting method according to claim 4, wherein said calculating the estimated promotion value of each first terminal based on the historical response condition of the historical promotion information of each first terminal and the similarity comprises:
for each broker terminal, acquiring personal information, business information and habit information of the broker terminal;
and determining the predicted popularization value of each broker terminal according to the personal information, the business information, the habit information, the historical response condition of the historical popularization information of the broker terminal on each social platform and a pre-established neural network.
6. The house information promoting method according to claim 2, wherein the determining the target house promoting terminal according to the estimated promoting value of each first terminal includes:
acquiring popularization requirements of a developer terminal;
determining at least one promotion plan according to promotion requirements of the developer terminals and expected promotion values of the first terminals, wherein each promotion plan corresponds to a combination of the first terminals;
and responding to the determining signal sent by the developer terminal, and marking a first terminal in a popularization plan corresponding to the determining signal as the target house popularization terminal.
7. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, realizes the steps of the house information promoting method according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
8. A house information promotion platform, comprising: at least one developer terminal, a plurality of house popularization terminals, a plurality of user terminals and an electronic device as claimed in claim 7.
9. The house information promotion platform of claim 8, further comprising a designer terminal and a builder terminal;
the designer terminal is used for issuing a house design scheme on the house information popularization platform;
and the building material manufacturer terminal is used for distributing building material selling information of each house design scheme on the house information popularization platform.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the house information promoting method according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6.
