Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a blower apparatus, which includes a blower body 10 and a trigger member 50, wherein the blower body 10 includes a support member 11 movably mounted on the blower body 10. The trigger piece 50 is arranged on the blowing body 10 and can control the switching of the blowing electric appliance between a supporting state and a holding state, and when the blowing electric appliance is in the supporting state, the supporting piece 11 extends out relative to the blowing body for supporting the blowing electric appliance; when the blowing appliance is in a holding state, the supporting member 11 is retracted relative to the blowing body.
So, when the user need use the electrical apparatus of blowing, can switch the electrical apparatus of blowing into the state of holding, so that support piece 11 retract body 10 of blowing, avoid support piece 11 to influence the user and hold the electrical apparatus of blowing, and when the user need not to use the electrical apparatus of blowing, can switch the electrical apparatus of blowing into the supporting state, in order to support the electrical apparatus of blowing through stretching out support piece 11 of body 10 of blowing, so that the electrical apparatus of blowing can place on the desktop through support piece 11, not only can improve the aesthetic degree of desktop, also more convenient when the user need take the electrical apparatus of blowing.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 5, the blower body 10 includes a housing 12, a trigger 50 is extendably or retractably disposed in the trigger hole 14, and when the trigger 50 is extended, the blower is in the holding state, and when the trigger 50 is retracted, the blower is in the supporting state, so that a user can control the state of the trigger 50 to control the state of the blower.
In some embodiments, the trigger hole 14 is movably disposed at the bottom of the housing 12 along the first direction X, when the blower body 10 is supported on the mounting base, the trigger 50 abuts against the mounting base and is retracted into the trigger hole 14 under the action of the mounting base, and when the blower body 10 is separated from the mounting base, the trigger 50 extends out of the trigger hole 14. In actual use, when the user places the hair dryer body 10 on the installation basis, it is explained that the user does not need to use the hair dryer function of the hair dryer body 10, the hair dryer electric appliance is switched to the supporting state, and the supporting piece 11 stretches out, so that the user places the hair dryer electric appliance on the installation basis.
When the blower body 10 is separated from the installation base, it is indicated that the user needs to use the electric blower function of the blower body 10, the triggering member 50 extends out of the triggering hole 14, the blower is switched to the holding state, and the supporting member 11 is retracted, so that the user can hold the blower conveniently.
When the blower body 10 leaves the installation base, the trigger piece 50 can extend under the action of gravity, and the trigger piece 50 may not move smoothly due to the action of gravity, so that the support piece 11 does not extend or retract smoothly, and therefore, the blower body 10 further includes an elastic piece 16 deformable along the first direction X, one end of the elastic piece 16 abuts against the housing 12, and the other end abuts against the trigger piece 50.
When the blower body 10 is supported on the mounting base, the trigger member 50 abuts against the mounting base, and compresses the elastic member 16 under the action of the mounting base while retracting the trigger hole 14. When the blower body 10 is separated from the installation base, the elastic member 16 is restored to be deformed to push the trigger member 50 to move, and the bottom of the trigger member 50 is protruded out of the trigger hole 14.
In this way, the elastic piece 16 drives the trigger piece 50 to extend and retract into the trigger hole 14, so that the extending reliability of the trigger piece 50 is ensured, and when an operator picks up the blowing electric appliance, the elastic piece 16 can quickly push the trigger piece 50 to extend, so that the blowing electric appliance is quickly switched into a holding state, and the comfort of the operator holding the blowing electric appliance is ensured. Alternatively, the elastic member 16 is a spring, and in other embodiments, the elastic member 16 may be a part having an elastic function such as rubber.
In some embodiments of the present application, the circumferential side of the housing 12 is further provided with a supporting hole 17, the supporting members 11 are movably mounted on the housing 12 and are in transmission connection with the triggering member 50, when the triggering member 50 extends, the triggering member 50 drives the supporting member 11 to retract into the supporting hole 17, and when the triggering member 50 retracts, the triggering member 50 drives the supporting member 11 to extend out of the supporting hole 17. In this way, by accommodating the supporting member 11 into the supporting hole 17, the outer surface of the blower body 10 can be made smoother, thereby making the user feel more comfortable when holding the blower body 10.
Further, in order to enhance the supporting effect of the blower body 10 on the installation basis, the circumferential side of the housing 12 is provided with a plurality of supporting holes 17, and the supporting members 11 include a plurality of supporting members which are disposed at intervals around the circumference of the blower body 10. When a user supports the blowing body 10 on the installation basis, the plurality of supporting members 11 respectively extend from the supporting holes 17 to jointly support the blowing body 10 on the installation basis through the plurality of supporting members 17, and when the user lifts the blowing body 10 from the installation basis, the plurality of supporting members 11 respectively retract into the plurality of supporting holes 17, so that the outer surface of the blowing body 10 is smoother and more convenient to hold.
In particular, in some embodiments, the housing 12 is internally provided with a piston cavity 15, the trigger hole 14 and the support hole 17 are both communicated with the piston cavity 15, the trigger 50 is movably arranged in the piston cavity 15 along the first direction X, and during the moving process, a part of the trigger 50 extends or retracts from the trigger hole 14. Each support 11 is rotatably mounted on the housing 12 about a support axis, and a side of each support 11 facing away from the corresponding support hole 17 abuts against the trigger 50.
In the embodiment of fig. 7 and 8, the first direction X is an up-down direction, the direction of the support axis is perpendicular to the paper surface, and the direction of the axis of the support hole 17 is a left-right direction.
When the user places the blower body 10 on the installation base, the bottom of the trigger piece 50 is abutted against the installation base, the trigger piece 50 moves upwards and retracts into the trigger hole 14 under the action of the installation base, the trigger piece 50 also abuts against the supporting piece 11 to rotate around the supporting axis in the process of retracting the bottom of the trigger piece 50 into the trigger hole 14, and the supporting piece 11 can extend out of the supporting hole 17 in the process of overturning.
When the user lifts the blower body 10 from the installation base, the bottom of the trigger piece 50 is separated from the installation base, the trigger piece 50 moves downward under the action of gravity so that the bottom of the trigger piece 50 protrudes from the trigger hole 14, and the support piece 11 is turned over under the action of gravity because the trigger piece 50 is not abutted against the support piece 11, so that the support piece 11 is retracted into the support hole 17, and finally the sensor 30 is closed.
In order to ensure that the supporting members 11 can smoothly extend and retract into the supporting holes 17, on the basis that the elastic member 16 is arranged in the piston cavity 15, each supporting member 11 is provided with a third magnetic attraction member 18, the triggering member 50 is provided with a plurality of fourth magnetic attraction members 52 corresponding to the plurality of third magnetic attraction members 18 one by one, and each third magnetic attraction member 18 can attract the corresponding fourth magnetic attraction member 52 mutually.
Specifically, taking the embodiment of fig. 7 and 8 as an example, when the operator places the blower body 10 on the installation base, the trigger member 50 is abutted against the installation base, moves upward under the action of the installation base, and compresses the elastic member 16 while driving the support member 11 to turn over during the movement, so that the support member 11 protrudes out of the support hole 17. At this time, the left side of the fourth magnetic attraction piece 52 is clamped in the supporting piece 11, the right side and the top of the third magnetic attraction piece 18 are mutually perpendicular, the right side of the fourth magnetic attraction piece 52 and the top of the third magnetic attraction piece 18 have opposite magnetic poles, so that the fourth magnetic attraction piece 52 and the third magnetic attraction piece 18 can attract each other at this time, but the trigger piece 50 cannot move due to the contact of the installation foundation with the trigger piece 50, so that the supporting piece 11 cannot rotate, so that the fourth magnetic attraction piece 52 can attract each other with the third magnetic attraction piece 18 but cannot approach each other at this time,
when the operator lifts the blower body 10 from the installation base, the elastic member 16 pushes the trigger member 50 to move downward, and the trigger member 50 moves downward, and at the same time, the support member 11 can rotate towards the trigger member 50 by the attraction of the third magnetic attraction member 18 and the fourth magnetic attraction member 52, so as to drive the support member 11 to retract into the support hole 17. Finally, the bottom of the trigger piece 50 extends out of the trigger hole 14 and abuts against the bottom of the shell 12 to stop moving, at this time, the bottom of the fourth magnetic piece 52 and the top of the third magnetic piece 18 are mutually adsorbed, so that the support piece 11 is kept still all the time under the condition that the trigger piece 50 is not subjected to external force, that is, the support piece 11 is kept in the support hole 17 all the time, and the blowing electric appliance is kept in a holding state all the time.
In this way, the elastic member 16 cooperates with the third magnetic attraction member 18 and the fourth magnetic attraction member 52, so that the process of extending and retracting the supporting member 11 driven by the triggering member 50 is smoother, and the accuracy and reliability of switching the supporting state and the holding state of the air blowing electric appliance are ensured. Simultaneously, through the absorption of the third magnetic attraction piece 18 and the fourth magnetic attraction piece 52, the supporting piece 11 is always in a state of retracting the supporting hole 17, and the air blowing electric appliance is always in a holding state, so that the user experience sense is prevented from being reduced due to the fact that the supporting piece 11 stretches out by itself.
In some embodiments of the present application, when the blower is mounted on the mounting base through the supporting member 11, the blower can be used as a desktop component to perform blowing, so as to achieve different use effects. For example, the air blowing device can blow cold air on a desktop to be used as a cooling fan, and when the air blowing device blows hot air, the air blowing device can be used as heating equipment or used as a hand dryer.
And in order to improve the convenience that the electrical apparatus of blowing used as the hand dryer, the electrical apparatus of blowing still includes sensor 30, when the body 10 of blowing supports and is used as the hand dryer on the installation basis, because user's both hands all are in wet state, touch body 10 of blowing and wet body 10 easily, even can touch body 10 of blowing, also lead to very easily blowing and support unstably on the installation basis, cause body 10 of blowing to empty. To this end, the sensor 30 is mounted on the blowing body 10 and can recognize a user's characteristics to control the activation and deactivation of the blowing body 10 such that the blowing body 10 is activated or deactivated by recognizing the approach and departure of the user through the sensor 30 when the blowing body 10 is used as a hand dryer. Alternatively, the sensor 30 may be an infrared sensor 30 for identifying a temperature characteristic of the user, or the sensor 30 may be a distance sensor 30 for identifying a distance characteristic of the user.
Whether the user approaches the blower body 10 or not can be judged by the sensor 30 through the temperature characteristic or the distance characteristic, and when the user approaches the blower body 10 and is detected by the sensor 30, the sensor 30 can start the blower body 10 to dry the hand of the user, and when the user approaches the blower body 10 and is detected by the sensor 30, the sensor 30 can close the blower body 10 to save power. Thus, in the process of drying the hands by using the air blowing by the user, the user does not need to touch the air blowing body 10, and the air blowing body 10 cannot be wetted or the air blowing body 10 is inclined.
Further, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, when the blower body 10 is lifted by a user from the installation base to be used as the electric hair dryer, the sensor 30 may continuously detect the characteristics of the user, so that the blower body 10 is always in an open state, which is not beneficial for the user to operate the blower body 10.
For this, the trigger 50 is mounted on the blowing body 10, and the sensor 30 is in a closed state when the blowing electric appliance is in a supporting state, and the sensor 30 is in an open state when the blowing electric appliance is in a holding state. Thus, when the hair dryer appliance is in the holding state, the hair dryer body 10 is taken up by a user to be used as the hair dryer, the sensor 30 can be switched to the off state through the trigger piece 50, so that the sensor 30 is prevented from influencing the normal work of the hair dryer body 10 as the hair dryer. When the blower is in the supporting state, the blower body 10 is placed on the installation base by the user, the sensor 30 can be switched to the on state by the trigger piece 50, so that the sensor 30 can normally detect the characteristics of the user, and the normal operation of the blower body 10 as a hand dryer is ensured.
In actual use, trigger 50 may be electrically connected to sensor 30 to control the switching of sensor 30 between the on state and the off state by way of a program and a circuit, for example trigger 50 may be a switch button electrically connected to sensor 30, when the switch button is pressed, the circuit in which sensor 30 is located is on, sensor 30 is on, and when the switch button is ejected, the circuit in which sensor 30 is located is off, sensor 30 is off.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the trigger 50 may be in driving connection with the sensor 30 to switch the sensor 30 to the closed state by receiving the sensor 30 into the blower body 10, and to switch the sensor 30 to the open state by extending the sensor 30 out of the blower body 10.
Specifically, the blower body 10 includes a housing 12, a receiving hole 13 is formed in an outer surface of the housing 12, and the sensor 30 is movably mounted on the housing 12 and includes an induction portion 31, where the induction portion 31 is used to detect approach or separation of a user and transmit a signal to the blower body 10 to control the blower body 10 to be started or closed. When the blowing electric appliance is in a supporting state, the sensing part 31 of the sensor 30 extends out of the accommodating hole 13; when the blower is in a holding state, the sensing part 31 of the sensor 30 is retracted into the receiving hole 13.
Thus, when the sensing portion 31 extends out of the accommodating hole 13, the sensing portion 31 can acquire a signal of approaching or separating from a user, that is, the sensor 30 is in an on state. When the sensing portion 31 is retracted into the receiving hole 13, the sensing portion 31 cannot detect the approaching or separating signal of the user, i.e. the sensor 30 is in the closed state.
In particular, in some embodiments, the trigger piece 50 is movably mounted on the housing 12 and is movably connected with the sensor 30, and the sensing portion 31 of the sensor 30 can be driven to extend or retract into the accommodating hole 13 during the movement of the trigger piece 50. As can be seen from the above, the user can control the state of the trigger 50 to control the state of the air blower, and the trigger 50 drives the sensor 30 to move, so that the air blower can control the opening and closing of the sensor 30 while switching the state, and the sensor 30 can be automatically opened after the air blower is switched to the supporting state, so as to use the air blower as a hand dryer.
In particular, in some embodiments, the movement of the sensor 30 is similar to the movement of the supporting member 11, the piston cavity 15 is formed in the housing 12, the trigger member 50 is movably disposed in the piston cavity 15 along the first direction X, the receiving holes 13 are all communicated with the piston cavity 15, the sensor 30 includes a transmission portion 32, the transmission portion 32 is rotatably mounted on the housing 12 around a rotation axis Y, one side of the transmission portion 32 facing the receiving hole 13 is provided with an induction portion 31, and the opposite side abuts against the trigger member 50.
In the embodiment of fig. 9 and 10, the first direction X is the up-down direction, the direction of the rotation axis Y is perpendicular to the paper surface, and the direction of the axis of the storage hole 13 is the left-right direction.
In this way, in the moving process of the trigger piece 50, not only all the supporting pieces 11 rotate together around the respective supporting axes, but also the transmission part 32 of the sensor 30 is driven to rotate around the rotation axis Y, so that when the user supports the blower body 10 on the installation basis, the sensing parts 32 of the plurality of supporting pieces 11 and the sensor 30 extend out, and when the user lifts the blower body 10 from the installation basis, the sensing parts 32 of the plurality of supporting pieces 11 and the sensor 30 extend out. The specific movement process of the trigger 50 and the sensing portion 32 of the sensor 30 can refer to the movement process of the trigger 50 and the supporting member 11, and will not be described herein.
In this way, through the mutual cooperation of the trigger piece 50 and the transmission part 32, when an operator places the blowing body 10 on the installation basis, the sensor 30 is automatically turned on, the blowing electric appliance is switched to the supporting mode and can be used as a hand dryer on a table top, and when the operator leaves the blowing body 10 on the installation basis, the sensor 30 is automatically turned off, the blowing electric appliance is switched to the holding mode, and the blowing electric appliance is used as an electric hair dryer. And the operator only needs to pick up and put down the body 10 of blowing, alright automatic switch-over blowing the state of electrical apparatus, need not to carry out extra operation to blowing the electrical apparatus, promoted the convenience that the operator used the electrical apparatus of blowing by a wide margin.
Further, in order to ensure that the sensing portion 32 of the sensor 30 can smoothly extend and retract into the accommodating hole 13, on the basis that the elastic member 16 is disposed in the piston cavity 15, the sensor 30 further includes a first magnetic attraction member 33 mounted on the driving portion 32, the trigger member 50 includes a second magnetic attraction member 51, and the first magnetic attraction member 33 faces the second magnetic attraction member 51 and can attract the second magnetic attraction member 51 mutually, so that the driving portion 32 is driven to turn towards the trigger member 50 through the attraction between the first magnetic attraction member 33 and the second magnetic attraction member 51, so as to ensure the smoothness of the movement of the driving portion 32. The working processes of the first magnetic attraction member 33 and the second magnetic attraction member 51 may refer to the working processes of the third magnetic attraction member 18 and the fourth magnetic attraction member 52, and are not described herein.
The second magnetic attraction member 51 and the fourth magnetic attraction members 52 may be a plurality of smaller magnets provided on the trigger member 50, or may be a single-piece magnet provided on the trigger member 50, which is not limited herein.
When the sensing portion 31 is stored in the storage hole 13, the sensing portion 31 may still acquire a signal from the hole of the storage hole 13, so that the sensing portion 31 is triggered by mistake when the hair dryer body 10 is used as a hair dryer, so that the hair dryer body 10 is started by mistake, and bad use experience is caused for a user.
To this end, in some embodiments, the sensor 30 further includes a shielding portion 34, the shielding portion 34 is connected to the transmission portion 32 and has an L-shape, and the sensing portion 31 is disposed between the transmission portion 32 and the shielding portion 34. When the sensing part 31 stretches out of the storage hole 13, the shielding part 34 is away from the storage hole 13, and when the sensing part 31 is retracted into the storage hole 13, the shielding part 34 closes the storage hole 13 so as to close the orifice of the storage hole 13 through the shielding part 34, and false triggering of the sensing part 31 is avoided.
Specifically, since the shielding portion 34 and the transmission portion 32 are L-shaped, when the transmission portion 32 rotates to be located at the receiving hole 13, the shielding portion 34 rotates to be located outside the receiving hole 13, so that the sensing portion 31 protrudes out of the receiving hole 13. When the transmission part 32 rotates into the piston cavity 15, the sensing part 31 enters the storage cavity together with the transmission part 32, and the shielding part 34 rotates to be positioned in the storage hole 13, so that the storage hole 13 is closed, and false triggering of the sensing part 31 is avoided.
In particular, in some embodiments, the blowing apparatus further includes a power cord 60 connected to the blowing body 10, and a support portion 61 is disposed at an end of the power cord 60 near the blowing body 10, where the support portion 61 and the plurality of support members 11 together support the blowing apparatus on the installation base. In actual use, since the power cord 60 itself has a certain weight, when the blower body 10 is supported on the installation basis by the plurality of supporting members 11, the weight of the power members may cause unbalance of the supporting members 11, and for this purpose, the supporting portions 61 are convexly provided on the power portions to support the weight of the power cord 60 by the supporting portions 61, thereby maintaining the balance of the entire blower.
The following describes the operation mode of the blowing electric appliance in the present application with reference to fig. 1 and 4:
when a user places the blowing body 10 on the installation foundation, the bottom of the trigger piece 50 is abutted against the installation foundation, the trigger piece 50 moves upwards and retracts into the trigger hole 14 under the action of the installation foundation, the blowing electric appliance is switched to a supporting state, in the process that the bottom of the trigger piece 50 retracts into the trigger hole 14, the trigger piece 50 is abutted against the transmission part 32 and each support piece 11 to drive the transmission part 32 and each support piece 11 to rotate around the rotation axis Y and the support axis, the induction part 31 and each support piece 11 extend out of the storage hole 13 and the support hole 17 respectively, the blowing body 10 is supported through the support pieces 11, the characteristics of the user are detected through the induction part 31, and the starting and the closing of the blowing body 10 are controlled, so that the blowing electric appliance can be used as a hand dryer.
When the operator lifts the blower body 10 from the installation base, the elastic member 16 pushes the trigger member 50 to move downward, the blower is switched to the holding state, and the blower can be used as the electric blower at this time by the attraction of the first magnetic attraction member 33 and the second magnetic attraction member 51 and the attraction of the third magnetic attraction member 18 and the fourth magnetic attraction member 52 while the trigger member 50 moves downward, so that the transmission part 32 and each support member 11 can rotate towards the trigger member 50, and further the induction part 31 is driven to retract into the storage hole 13, and each support member 11 is driven to retract into the support hole 17.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
