Description
Technical Field
The application relates to an organic acid powder composition for improving the pigsty environment.
Background
The environment has great influence on pig raising, and the pig house and the surrounding environment cannot be ensured, so that a plurality of diseases can be induced; to raise pigs well, a comfortable living environment must be provided for the pigs.
The influence factors of the pig house environment generally have five points: 1. the temperature is that the pig belongs to the warm-blooded animal, and the pig can be happy and healthy under the proper temperature environment. 2. Humidity, which is also very important for pig growth. The humidity is high, the disease resistance of pigs is weakened, the breeding and the growth of pathogenic microorganisms are facilitated, and the pigs are prone to scabies, eczema and respiratory diseases. Moreover, the environment with high humidity can cause the feed to go moldy, which is very unfavorable for the health effect of pigs. 3. The illumination is carried out, a proper illumination environment can effectively improve the feed conversion rate and enhance the growth capacity of pigs. 4. Density, density control is also a key factor for pigs to directly affect their growth. If the breeding is too dense and too small, the breeding is not beneficial to the health of pigs. 5. Biological prevention and control, namely, strictly controlling animals, staff and pig farm staff in the farm, and reducing transmission paths; secondly, the environment prevention and control are improved, and the isolated pathogenic microorganisms are prevented from being far away from the pig house.
The above points are that the general temperature, illumination and density are easier to control and implement. And humidity control and biological prevention and control are difficult to be compatible. Because, the pig house must be disinfected periodically to reduce the likelihood of illness in the pig. The method adopted at present for sterilizing the pigs in the pig house is generally spraying disinfectant, and in order to prevent certain epidemic diseases, the disinfection is regulated to be regularly and regularly carried out for a plurality of times, however, the frequent disinfection can lead to the long-term moist state in the pig house. The pig house disinfection also has a method of scattering quicklime, however, the direct use of quicklime has no antibacterial disinfection effect, and the quicklime needs to be mixed with water for a period of time to react to generate slaked lime water, so that the pig house disinfection has a certain antibacterial effect. Some pig farmers directly broadcast slaked lime on the ground in the pigsty, so that skin, feet and the like of the pig are easily burnt, and if the pig eats food on the ground, the mouth and the digestive tract of the pig are burnt. When the lime powder is sprayed, the lime powder can fly everywhere and is easily inhaled into respiratory tract by pigs, thereby causing cough, sneeze and other symptoms. The correct method is as follows: after pigs in the pigsty go out of the pigsty, the ground and the wall surface are washed clean, then lime milk with 20% of the purchased quicklime is prepared by adding water, and the lime milk is painted on the wall surface and the ground of the pigsty, in particular to gaps and corners. This method obviously also causes the problem of very humid pigsty.
In fact, no proper method for reducing the humidity and achieving the isolation disinfection effect well has been available until now.
We have searched some references that are closer to the present application for the treatment of pigsty environments. First: the application discloses a multifunctional dry powder environment modifier, CN201810022231.0, a preparation method and application thereof, and the multifunctional dry powder environment modifier comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-75% of montmorillonite, 20-25% of zeolite powder, 1-2% of vitamin C, 1-3% of silicon dioxide and 2-5% of organic acid. The dry powder environment modifier is used for improving the environment of livestock farms, reducing the environment humidity, adsorbing harmful gases (such as ammonia gas, sulfur-containing gas and the like), and reducing the stress of animals.
We have analyzed that this technique is not yet perfect: 1. most importantly, the application and practical effects of the modifier described in this document only focus on reducing the humidity and odor purification of the livestock farm environment, without regard to the bio-control requirements. 2. The technical purpose and effect of the organic acid used in the literature are that the organic acid can be neutralized with chemical substances such as ammonia, sulfur and the like as acid and alkali, and only the effect of reducing harmful gases is achieved.
Second,: CN201510500190.8 "a dry powder disinfection modifier", the application discloses a dry powder disinfection modifier, comprising an adsorbent, an antibacterial agent and a regulator, wherein the proportion of the adsorbent is 93% -95%, the proportion of the antibacterial agent is 3% -5%, the proportion of the regulator is 1% -4%, and the proportions are all based on weight. The adsorbent is selected from any three or more of montmorillonite, attapulgite, diatomite, gypsum, alunite, activated clay, kaolin, talcum powder and activated carbon, the antibacterial agent comprises natural plant essential oil, and the regulator comprises perfume and borneol. The dry powder disinfection modifier is used for adjusting and improving the pig house environment, the piglet delivery, the disinfection and bacteriostasis of wounds and the disinfection and drying of bacterial diarrhea. It can also be used for regulating and improving the internal environment of cowshed, chicken house, duck house and other breeding houses, sterilizing and inhibiting wound of livestock, and sterilizing and drying bacterial diarrhea.
The technology is considered to be imperfect through analysis: 1. not every plant essential oil has broad-spectrum antimicrobial ability, and the fact is that various essential oils have only inhibitory effects on different bacteria. Therefore, not every essential oil can be effective, that is, the effectiveness is difficult to be ensured due to the large upper concept of the essential oil in the literature; 2. the essential oil is extremely volatile and unstable, the use mode of the essential oil adsorbed on the particle carrier is rarely used at present, and even if the essential oil is prepared into a solution to be sprayed, the problem of too short effective time still exists, so the mode of using the dry powder together with the essential oil in the literature has very large dosage, high cost and low practicability in order to achieve the effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide an organic acid powder composition for improving the environment of a pig house, which has a very good effect of reducing the humidity of the pig house and also has a very good effect of inhibiting, isolating, preventing and controlling microorganisms; the product and the method are used for improving the pigsty environment, and can achieve the double effects of good humidity control effect and good microorganism prevention and control effect.
The technical scheme of the application is as follows: an organic acid powder composition for improving the environment of a pig house is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of carrier particles, 8-15 parts of organic acid powder and 3-7 parts of spore beneficial bacteria combined powder.
Further, the carrier in the application is one or more than two of zeolite powder, montmorillonite, glucose, stone powder, bran, calcium carbonate and rice hull powder.
The organic acid powder comprises one or more of fruit acid, lactic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid and malic acid.
The spore beneficial bacteria combined powder comprises the following components: one or more than two of bacillus subtilis, saccharomycetes and lactobacillus.
The preparation method of the organic acid powder composition for improving the pigsty environment comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials of all the components according to the proportion, mixing and crushing to 150-300 meshes.
The application method of the product provided by the application comprises the following steps: the spraying amount and the spraying frequency are reduced by adopting manual work or a powder spraying machine according to the minimum amount of 20 grams per square meter and at least 4 times per day, and the spraying amount and the spraying frequency are particularly increased by combining with the actual pig house environment and are generally sprayed into pig houses (pigsty), including pigs.
The beneficial effects of the application are as follows:
firstly, the composition of the application comprises organic acid powder with higher content but proper content and carrier material with good moisture absorption effect, wherein the carrier, the powdery organic acid and the like can be scientifically and quantitatively sprayed in use to well control the humidity of the pigsty environment in a pigsty and quickly reach the requirements of refreshing and moderate.
Secondly, the organic acid powder is directly sprayed into the pig house, so that the pig house has the effect of reducing humidity to a certain extent. And the content ratio of the organic acid powder is higher, so that the pH value of the pigsty environment can be quickly reduced to below 3 or even lower after the organic acid powder is scattered into the pigsty. And the pH value below 3 can well inhibit and isolate a plurality of viruses, and well prevent and control the transmission and occurrence of a plurality of viruses. Especially, the product has very good prevention and control effects on African swine fever virus, and according to the current scientific research, the application shows that: when the pH value of the environment is lower than 4, the non-pestivirus can be immediately inactivated, so that the product has very good effect of effectively inhibiting and isolating the virus transmission occurrence of African swine fever and the like. The organic acid powder of the product can be adhered to the pig body to form a thin layer after being sprayed, the adhering time is about 2-4 hours, which is just like a protective film, not only can effectively block the transmission of non-pestivirus, but also can play the effect of talcum powder.
The acidifier comprises organic acid and the like, and is mainly used in feed at present in pig raising. Almost rarely seen is the use of acid solutions, which are also widely used, to directly improve the pigsty environment, and almost none of the acid powders are directly utilized. In the prior art documents searched by us, the effect of adopting the organic acid powder is that the organic acid can be used for acid-base neutralization with chemical substances such as ammonia, sulfur and the like, so as to achieve the effect of reducing harmful gases. Therefore, the application adopts large amount of organic acid powder to be directly sprayed into the pig house without increasing the humidity, and can well reduce the pH value of the environment, which is an unusual innovative application not existing in the industry at present.
Thirdly, the application adopts the beneficial bacteria spore combination powder, which is one of the application points in the formula of the application. Maintaining a good pig house micro-ecological environment is very important for the health of pig groups. The current method of keeping the dominant beneficial microorganisms in piggery in the prior art is to spray some microbial agents in time after the disinfection is completed and after the disinfectant effect is lost. The supplementary beneficial microorganisms can be rapidly propagated in the pigsty and competitively inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms, so that the whole pigsty forms an excellent microecological environment balance. However, the manual spraying is also good, the automatic spraying by using an instrument is also good, the spraying time is difficult to reach the most timely, and the effect of spraying beneficial bacteria in the pig house is not optimal or not most timely at present, and sometimes too early and sometimes too late because the influence of the disinfectant is eliminated to the point that the beneficial bacteria can be propagated and the period of time is difficult to judge. After the product is sprayed to a pig house, firstly, the humidity in the pig house can be controlled to be reasonable standard, meanwhile, the pH value of the pig house environment is reduced to be below 3, the spread of various viruses can be effectively inhibited, meanwhile, the low pH value can well inactivate and inhibit the growth of non-pestiviruses, most bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, and a good biological prevention and control effect is achieved. When the organic acid in the product is consumed and the pH value of the pigsty environment is restored, spores in the beneficial bacteria powder in the product can stop dormancy and restore activity in time after the pH value of the environment is restored, and cores of the spores grow outwards to form propagules, so that the propagation of beneficial bacteria is realized in the first time, the first time of the beneficial bacteria becomes dominant bacteria, and the propagation of other harmful bacteria is restrained in the first time with high efficiency. (according to scientific research data, bacillus has good stress resistance in a spore state and good resistance to adverse environments such as high temperature, low temperature, drying, strong acid and alkali, chemical drugs and the like, and can survive in an environment with a pH value of 2.0-3.0, and can grow and reproduce when the pH value is between 4.0 and 5.0, and the optimal pH value is between 7 and 8).
Fourth, the product of the application has good effect of removing bad smell in addition to the main advantages and advantages of the carrier and the organic acid. Wherein the carrier basically has a certain adsorption effect and can adsorb unpleasant smell; the organic acid can react with substances generating ammonia, sulfides and the like to remove unpleasant gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and the like. Ammonia smell is the most favored gas for mosquitoes and flies, so the invasion of the mosquitoes and flies can be reduced by correspondingly removing the ammonia smell. The low pH value acidification environment and the competitive inhibition effect of probiotics can well improve the ecological environment of a pig farm, inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria and correspondingly reduce the generation sources of odor and peculiar smell. Meanwhile, probiotics can timely remove sweat salt coffee and cell metabolism products of the skin of the pig body, and the skin-refreshing agent has a skin-refreshing effect and is beneficial to cooling in summer and the like.
In a word, the application has the advantages that the application especially adopts the dry powder product of organic acid dry powder matched with carrier and beneficial bacteria spore combined powder to spray the pig house, which not only can well realize the reduction of the humidity of the pig house and can completely control the humidity in a proper range through scientific spraying, but also can quickly reduce the pH value of the environment into a low-acidity environment, inhibit the transmission and occurrence of most viruses including non-pestiviruses, and achieve good microbial prevention and control effects. The use of the product can realize the most timely reproduction of beneficial bacteria at the first time after the inhibition and disinfection effects of organic acid are reduced, so that the beneficial bacteria become dominant bacteria in time to inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria. Can more effectively and longer keep the pigsty environment in a good and proper environment all the time.
The following table 1 is a comparative test table of the humidity effect of the product of the present application after spraying in an actual pig house:
the test described in Table 1 above was performed in a pig farm in Guangxi province, where two pigs (pigsty) were selected under substantially the same environmental conditions, and the control bars refer to pigs not using the product of the present application and the dusting bars refer to pigs using the product of the present application. The method of use is that the organic acid powder composition of the product of the application is uniformly sprayed into the pig's fence by a dry powder sprayer according to the spraying amount of 30 g (minimum 20 g) per square meter, and the humidity retention values (the humidity refers to the relative humidity) of the control fence and the powder spraying fence are recorded by a observing hygrometer respectively under 5 conditions of 10 minutes after spraying, 30 minutes after spraying, 60 minutes after spraying and 90 minutes after spraying and under time when the control fence and the powder spraying fence are not sprayed. The pig farm sprayed with the product can be found to rapidly drop to less than 50% in 10 minutes, and basically keep the humidity within 60% in 90 minutes, and keep the humidity below 55% in 60 minutes. According to the prior art, the humidity in the pig house (pig house) is kept at 50% -70% as the best. The low humidity can cause the skin of the pig to dry and crack and dehydrate, and the resistance is reduced. Low humidity increases the dust concentration in the air, leading to increased respiratory disease. The high humidity can cause pathogenic microorganisms to multiply and cause skin diseases such as eczema and the like.
The conclusion is that: the application can well control the humidity of the pig house to be kept in a proper humidity range for a long time by properly spraying the product.
Table 2 below shows the pH values of the organic acid powder compositions of the products of the application diluted with water at various dilution factors:
multiple of water addition | 3 | 5 | 8 | 10 |
pH value of | 1.9 | 2.3 | 2.6 | 2.8 |
From the above different dilution with water at different weight multiples, the conclusion that the pH of the product according to the application can be reached is: the pH value of the product can be below 2.8 when the product is diluted by adding water to 10 times, which shows that the product can control the pH value of the pigsty environment to be below 3 after being scattered in the pigsty, and the acidic environment can inhibit isolation and prevent and control the transmission of most viruses. Current studies indicate that: the virus cannot normally survive in strong acid or strong alkali environment, for example, the virus has good isolation inhibition effect on most viruses when the pH value is in the range of 3.23-5.10. Especially, the acidic environment has good inhibiting and isolating effects on non-pestiviruses: in swine disease 11 th edition it is pointed out that non-pestiviruses (ASFV) are relatively stable in solutions with pH values of 4.0-10.0, but are immediately inactivated in serum-free medium with pH < 4.0 or >11.5 (EFSA, 2010), i.e. when the pH is below 4 in an acidic environment, they are well inhibited against the spread of non-pestiviruses.
