The turntable 402 provides a smooth rotating platform that enables the display product to be displayed in 360 degrees of rotation over the display window H20.
The ejector 405 is mainly used to drive the turntable 402 to switch between the first height position and the second height position. The display product can be lifted from the display cavity P20 of the transparent display case 20 by the control of the ejection device 405, so that the display product can be better displayed for consumers to watch. The rotation driving device 404 is mainly used for driving the rotation table 402 to rotate around a vertical axis. By operation of the rotary drive 404, the rotary stage 402 can be rotated about the axis in a smooth, continuous manner so that the consumer can view the display product in all directions.
The following briefly describes the use process of the intelligent showcase:
the power supply of the display cabinet is turned on, and normal operation of all relevant equipment is ensured. Typically, a lighting device is provided within the transparent display case 20 to ensure that the lighting device is turned on.
The consumer, viewer or salesman selects the product to be viewed or displayed based on the needs and interests. The product of interest may be determined by identification on the display case, product display, or with the aid of a salesman.
If the product is already in the display case, the consumer or viewer may view the product through the transparent display case 20 of the display case. By adjusting the lighting device of the display cabinet, the details and the characteristics of the product can be highlighted, so that the product is more clearly visible.
If a consumer or viewer is interested in a certain product and wishes to observe or experience more closely, they may make a take-out request to the sales person. The salesman will place the product on the rotary table 402 of the rotary display stand 40 as required, and then drive the pallet 301 to rise by the lifting drive 302 to lift the product from the display window H20. At this time, the rotary table 402 is located above the display window H20, so that the consumer or the viewer can observe or experience at a short distance.
When the product is placed on the rotary table 402, the rotary table 402360 ° can be rotated by the rotation driving device 404, so that the consumer or the viewer can view the product from various angles. When the storefront is closed or otherwise, the lifting drive device 302 can be controlled to lower the pallet 301 into the device cavity P10, so that the product can be hidden and stored into the device cavity P10.
According to the intelligent display device provided by the embodiment of the invention, in use, a worker only needs to place the corresponding display product on the rotary table 402 from the supporting plate 301 according to the requirement, and lift the rotary table 402 from the display window H20 by utilizing the ejection device 405, so that the display product can be closely and unobstructed presented in front of an observer or a consumer, and the rotary table 402 is driven by the rotary driving device 404 to rotate for 360 degrees, so that various angles and details of the product can be independently observed, the observer and the consumer can more comprehensively and independently know and observe the display product, and the experience is remarkably improved. In addition, in the non-show time quantum, can descend to the device intracavity P10 through lifting drive device 302 drive layer board 301, show product also gets into to the device chamber P10 from transparent show chamber P20 thereupon, so, can realize showing the accomodating of product fast, can reduce robbery risk to a certain extent, improves the security and the reliability of product show.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3-4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the smart display device further includes a pivoting cover 50 and a pivoting drive, the pivoting cover 50 being pivotally disposed between the display cavity P20 and the device cavity P10 and pivotable between an open position and a closed position. The pivoting cover 50 is typically made of a sturdy, lightweight material, such as plastic.
A pivot drive is coupled to the pivot cover 50 for driving the pivot cover 50 from the open position to the closed position after the lifting pallet assembly 30 and the rotary display stand 40 are lowered into the assembly cavity P10.
When the pivotal cover 50 is in the open position, the pivotal cover 50 is in a vertical state and abuts against an inner side wall of the display case, so that the display cavity P20 is communicated with the device cavity P10; when the pivotal cover 50 is in the closed position, the pivotal cover 50 is in a horizontal position and is positioned between the display cavity P20 and the device cavity P10 to conceal the lifting pallet device 30 and the rotary display stand 40 within the device cavity P10.
During operation, when the lifting pallet means 30 and the rotary display stand 40 are lowered into the device cavity P10, the pivot driving means controls the pivot cover plate 50 to be changed from the vertical state to the horizontal state, thereby safely hiding the lifting pallet means 30 and the rotary display stand 40 in the device cavity P10. Thus, when the pivotal cover 50 is in the closed position, the lifting pallet assembly 30 and the rotary display stand 40 are not visible within the display case, protecting the product from theft and robbery hazards, providing greater security.
When the product needs to be displayed, the pivot driving device controls the pivot cover plate 50 to be changed from the closed position to the open position, so that the pivot cover plate 50 is abutted against the inner side wall of the display cabinet. In this case, the display chamber P20 communicates with the device chamber P10, and the elevating driving means 302 may drive the pallet 301 and the rotary display stand 40 to ascend into the display chamber P20 so as to display the product.
In this embodiment, a flexible display is provided by the combination of the pivotal cover 50 and the pivotal drive. The pivoting cover 50 can conceal the lifting pallet means 30 and the rotating display stand 40 when the product is not displayed, providing greater security and protection. And when it is desired to display the product, the pivoting cover 50 can be easily opened to allow the product to be visible and interact with the viewer. The design not only increases the functionality and flexibility of the showcase, but also provides higher safety and prevents robbing and robbing.
Illustratively, a rotary shaft is provided on one side of the pivoting cover 50, both ends of the rotary shaft are pivotally connected to both side walls of the base cabinet 10, and a driven gear is provided on the rotary shaft. Correspondingly, the pivot driving device comprises a driving motor and a gear set, the driving motor drives the gear set, and the gear set is meshed with the driven gear on the rotating shaft, so that the driving of the pivot cover plate 50 is realized, and the structure is simple and the driving is reliable.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, the rotary table 402 includes a sliding base 401, a product accommodating table, and a pivot shaft 403, a sliding hole is formed in the pallet 301, the sliding base 401 is slidably disposed in the sliding hole in the up-down direction, and a circular groove H401 is formed on the top surface of the sliding base 401. The sliding base 401 may be configured to have a circular or square cross section, and the cross section of the sliding hole on the pallet 301 is adapted to the sliding base 401, so as to ensure that the sliding base 401 can stably and reliably slide up and down in the sliding hole along the up-down direction, thereby realizing lifting movement.
The product accommodating table is embedded in the circular groove H401 and can pivot around the axis of the circular groove H401. The product accommodating table is used for carrying and displaying products. The rotary display device can rotate according to the requirement, so that the display product can be displayed within a 360-degree range.
A pivot shaft 403 is mounted on the bottom of the pallet 301 by a bearing member, and the upper end of the pivot shaft 403 is connected to the bottom of the product accommodating table, and the lower end of the pivot shaft 403 is connected to the rotation driving device 404. The pivot shaft 403 is a key component of the rotary table 402 and is mounted to the bottom of the pallet 301 by bearing members. The pivot shaft 403 is made of a durable material having a certain load-bearing capacity and durability. The upper end of the pivot shaft 403 is connected to the bottom of the product accommodating table so that the product accommodating table can perform a pivot movement about the axis of the circular groove H401. The lower end of the pivot shaft 403 is connected to a rotation driving device 404 so as to realize the rotation function of the rotary table 402 by the driving device.
In use, when the rotary drive 404 is activated, it will provide sufficient power and control to cause the pivot shaft 403 to rotate the product receiving station about the axis in a smooth manner. The consumer or viewer can observe the product through the rotary table 402, and can obtain more comprehensive viewing angles and display effects by adjusting the rotation speed and direction.
The present embodiment realizes vertical lifting of the pallet 301 and rotary display of the product by the combination of the slide base 401, the product accommodating table, and the pivot shaft 403. This design provides a more flexible and versatile display that allows the consumer to more fully view and experience the display product.

Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in one embodiment of the present invention, the lifting pallet device 30 further includes a bottom plate 303, a plurality of guide rods 304 and a guide sleeve 305, the bottom plate 303 is fixed in the device cavity P10, the plurality of guide rods 304 are distributed on the bottom plate 303, and the guide sleeve 305 is fixed at the bottom of the pallet 301 and is in sliding sleeve connection with the guide rods 304 one by one.
A lifting drive 302 is mounted on the base plate 303 and is connected to the pallet 301, preferably by means of a linear electric cylinder. When the lifting driving device 302 works, the supporting plate 301 can be driven to move up and down, and under the sliding fit of the guide rod 304 and the guide sleeve 305, the supporting plate 301 can be ensured to move up and down stably and reliably.
Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the smart display device further includes an electronic tag 41 and a radio frequency card reader 42, wherein the electronic tag 41 is adapted to be mounted on the display product, and the radio frequency card reader 42 is disposed in the rotating table 402, so as to read product information in the electronic tag 41 when the display product is placed on the rotating table 402.
The electronic tag 41 is a small device having information storage and transmission functions, and is suitable for being mounted on a display product. Electronic tag 41 is typically comprised of a microchip and antenna that can store and transmit information related to the displayed product. Such information may be a description of the name, model number, raw materials, grade, etc. of the product. The mounting location of the electronic tag 41 is typically at the bottom or side of the product to ensure easy identification and reading.
The radio frequency reader 42 is a card reading device for reading product information in the electronic tag 41. In this embodiment, the radio frequency reader 42 is mounted within the turntable 402 so as to be able to read information in the electronic tag 41 when the display product is placed on the turntable 402. The radio frequency reader 42 communicates with the electronic tag 41 by radio frequency technology and transmits the read information to a system or display.
In use, when the display product is placed on the turntable 402, the RF reader 42 scans the surrounding electronic tag 41 and reads the product information therein. Such information may be presented to the consumer or viewer via a connected system or display screen. By reading the electronic tag 41, the consumer can obtain more detailed product information, such as product characteristics, specifications, materials, etc., to more fully understand and evaluate the product.
Through the combination of the electronic tag 41 and the radio frequency card reader 42, the intelligent display device of the embodiment provides more product information, so that an observer or a consumer can acquire accurate product information conveniently, and experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment of the present invention, the electronic tag 41 includes a processor 413, and a radio frequency tag module 411 and a UWB positioning module 412 connected to the processor 413, where the radio frequency tag module 411 is configured to send the product information, and the UWB positioning module 412 is configured to obtain the indoor location information of the product.
The intelligent display device further comprises a monitor 90, wherein the monitor 90 is in wireless connection with the electronic tag 41, and is used for receiving the indoor position information of the product and outputting an alarm prompt when the indoor position information of the product exceeds a preset range.
The electronic tag 41 is a device provided with a processor 413, which is connected to the radio frequency tag module 411 and the UWB positioning module 412. The radio frequency tag module 411 is used for transmitting product information, including the name, model number, material, etc. of the product. The UWB positioning module 412 is used to obtain the location information of the product in the room. Electronic tag 41 is typically mounted on a display product to enable wireless communication with the intelligent display device.
The monitor 90 may be connected to the electronic tag 41 wirelessly, for example, by a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, or the like. The monitor 90 receives the product indoor location information transmitted by the electronic tag 41 and monitors according to a preset range. When the position information received by the monitor 90 exceeds the preset range, it outputs an alarm prompt to remind the staff or sales personnel of possible abnormal situations. It is to be understood that the monitor 90 may be a mobile terminal carried by a worker or a monitoring device installed in a store or the like.
In use, the UWB positioning module 412 obtains accurate positioning information of the product indoors using Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology. The UWB technology can provide accurate distance and position measurement, so that the intelligent display device can acquire the position information of a product in real time. The monitor 90 monitors the position information transmitted by the electronic tag 41 according to a preset range. If the indoor location of the product is outside of the predetermined range, the monitor 90 may trigger an alarm prompt, which may be sounded, light or alarm, etc. to notify the staff or sales personnel. Therefore, possible theft, movement or other abnormal conditions can be found in time, and the safety and monitoring effect of the product are enhanced.
The intelligent display device of this embodiment realizes the functions of acquiring indoor position and safety monitoring through the combination of the electronic tag 41, the monitor 90 and the UWB positioning module 412. The electronic tag 41 sends product information to the radio frequency card reader 42 through the radio frequency tag module 411, the UWB positioning module 412 obtains indoor position information of the product, and the monitor 90 receives and monitors the indoor position information, so that an alarm can be given in time once an abnormal situation occurs. The design provides more comprehensive product management and safety guarantee, and increases the intelligence and practicality of the display cabinet.
Referring to fig. 1-6, in some embodiments of the present invention, the intelligent display device further comprises an interactive projector 60 and a controller 70, wherein the interactive projector 60 is disposed on one side of the top surface of the transparent display case 20.
The top surface of the transparent display case 20 is provided with an electrochromic glass 201, and the electrochromic glass 201 is connected with the controller 70 and can be switched between transparent color and white color. Electrochromic glazing 201 has the ability to switch between transparent and white and is connected to controller 70. Typically, the electrochromic glazing 201 is transparent to facilitate viewing of the product therein by an observer or consumer through the glazing. When the product information is required to be displayed in a projection mode, the electrochromic glass 201 can be switched to a white state by the instruction of the controller 70, so that a better projection display effect is provided.
The interactive projector 60 is configured to form a projection area on the electrochromic glass 201, where the projection area is located at one side of the display window H20, so that on the premise that the electrochromic glass 201 is switched to white, the product information read by the radio frequency card reader 42 is projected and displayed in the projection area, and is used for the user to perform interactive operation.
The interactive projector 60 is a projection device capable of displaying projected contents on a specific area, and a user can interact with the projection interface by finger clicking, sliding, or the like. In this embodiment, the interactive projector 60 forms a projection area on the electrochromic glass 201, and product information read by the radio frequency card reader 42 can be projected and displayed in the projection area by the interactive projector 60 for viewing and interactive operation by a user.
The controller 70 is the core control unit of the intelligent display device, which is connected to the electrochromic glazing 201 and the interactive projector 60. The controller 70 is responsible for controlling the state switching of the electrochromic glazing 201 to switch it to the white state so that the content of the projector can be clearly displayed on the projection area. Meanwhile, the controller 70 receives the product information read by the radio frequency card reader 42 and transmits it to the interactive projector 60 to achieve the interactive operation of the projection display and the user.
In use, when a user wishes to learn or interoperate with a displayed product, the product information may be obtained by the radio frequency reader 42. After receiving the read information, the controller 70 sends it to the interactive projector 60, and switches the electrochromic glazing 201 to the white state by controlling the switching of the glazing. At this time, the interactive projector 60 displays the product information projected on the projection area for viewing and interactive operation by the user. The user can interact with the projected content through touch, gesture or other interaction modes to acquire more product details, characteristics and related information.
In this embodiment, a richer interactive experience and information display functionality is provided by the combination of the interactive projector 60 and electrochromic glazing 201. The user can interact with the product information through operating the projection area, and personalized product experience is obtained. The state switching of the electrochromic glass 201 can realize clear display of projection contents, and provides better viewing effect for users. This design promotes the appeal and practicality of the display case, enabling consumers to learn and experience the display product more deeply.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 6 to 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, an infrared sensor 401b is provided on the rotary table 402, the infrared sensor 401b is connected to the controller 70 for detecting whether a person approaches the rotary table 402, and the controller 70 is configured to control the interactive projection to project the product information when the infrared sensor 401b detects that a person approaches the rotary table 402.
Illustratively, a boss 401a is provided on the sliding base 401, and the infrared sensor 401b is mounted on the boss 401a and faces the outside of the transparent display case 20, so that a human body signal can be better detected.
The infrared sensor 401b is a sensing device mounted on the rotary table 402 for detecting whether a person approaches the rotary table 402. The infrared light sensor can emit infrared light and receive reflection of the infrared light, and whether a person approaches is judged by detecting the distance between the object and the sensor. The infrared sensor 401b is connected to the controller 70, and transmits the detected signal to the controller 70 for processing. The controller 70 receives the human body proximity signal transmitted from the infrared sensor 401b and performs a control operation according to the triggering condition of the signal. When infrared sensor 401b detects that a person is approaching rotary table 402, controller 70 may signal to activate interactive projector 60 to automatically project product information, providing more information and an attractive display.
The functions of human proximity detection and interactive projection are realized by the combination of the infrared sensor 401b, the controller 70, and the interactive projector 60. When someone approaches, the device can automatically project product information, and more visual and interactive display experience is provided. The design enhances the attraction and interactivity of the showcase, so that consumers can acquire product information more conveniently and enjoy personalized product display experience.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, in one embodiment of the present invention, a camera 401c is disposed on the rotating table 402, and the camera 401c is connected to the controller 70, so as to collect an image of a user. The camera 401c may transmit the photographed head portrait image to the controller 70 for processing. The camera 401c generally has high resolution and good image quality to ensure the definition and accuracy of the head portrait.
The controller 70 is further configured to send the head portrait to the interactive projector 60, where the interactive projector 60 is further configured to project a predetermined wearing image and the head portrait to the projection area, so that the user replaces the head portrait in the wearing image through interactive operation, and the wearing image is an image of a model object wearing the display product. The controller 70 may receive the head portrait image transmitted by the camera 401c, and perform processing and control operations. The controller 70 has image processing capability and is capable of transmitting the avatar image to the interactive projector 60 and controlling the projector to project a predetermined donning image and a user avatar to the projection area.
In use, camera 401c may capture an avatar image of the user as the user approaches rotational display 40. After receiving the head portrait image, the controller 70 transmits it to the interactive projector 60, and controls the projector to project a predetermined wearing image onto the projection area. By projection by the interactive projector 60, the user can see a predetermined wearing image (i.e., an image of the model object wearing the product) and his head portrait within the projection area. The user may use gestures, touches, or other interactions to move, position, and size his head portrait to match the predetermined donning image. In this way, the user can experience the wearing effect of the display product in a virtual manner, and a more visual and personalized product display experience is obtained.
In this embodiment, the functions of capturing, projecting and interoperating the head portraits of the user are achieved through the combination of the camera 401c, the controller 70 and the interactive projector 60. The user can interact with the preset wearing image through the head portrait of the user, so that the personalized virtual try-on effect is realized. The design increases the interestingness and interactivity of the display cabinet, so that consumers can better experience the wearing effect of the product.
Preferably, the top surface of the transparent display case 20 is further provided with a user control panel 80 connected to the controller 70, and the user control panel 80 has a first control key for controlling the rotation of the rotation table 402 and a second control key for controlling the photographing of the camera 401 c.
The user control panel 80 is located on the top surface of the transparent display case 20 and is connected to the controller 70 to enable interactive operation with the intelligent display device. The user manipulation panel 80 typically includes a number of control keys or buttons for controlling various functions and operations. Specifically, a first control key on the user manipulation panel 80 is used to control the rotation of the rotation stage 402. By pressing the first control button, the user may activate the rotation function of the rotary table 402 to cause the display product to be displayed rotationally on the rotary table 402 at a set speed and direction. Such control keys allow the user to autonomously adjust the position and angle at which the product is displayed in order to better view and appreciate the product. The second control key on the user manipulation panel 80 is used to control the photographing function of the camera 401 c. By pressing the second control key, the user can trigger the camera 401c to take an image of the head portrait. In this way, the user can take the head portrait at a proper time according to own needs, so as to be used for personalized product display and interaction operation later.
By the user manipulating the control keys on the panel 80, the user can autonomously control the rotation of the rotation stage 402 and the photographing function of the camera 401 c. This provides the user with more manipulation rights and custom options. The user can adjust the speed, direction and stop position of the rotary table 402 according to personal preference and demand, so that the product display is more flexible and diversified. Meanwhile, the user can also autonomously select the time for shooting the head portrait so as to better adapt to the requirements of product display and interactive operation, and the participation and interactivity of the user are increased.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a dimmable lighting (not shown) is also provided within transparent display case 20, and is coupled to controller 70. When the infrared sensor 401b detects that a person approaches the turntable 402, the controller 70 controls the dimmable lighting unit to automatically adjust the brightness.
The dimmable lighting arrangement is used to provide an appropriate lighting effect. The device can adjust the brightness level, the color temperature and the like of the lamplight to meet different display requirements. Dimmable lighting arrangements are typically composed of a plurality of lighting units, such as LED lamps or other types of lighting elements. The controller 70 may receive the signal of the infrared sensor 401b to determine whether a person approaches the rotation table 402. When the infrared sensor 401b detects that a person is approaching, the controller 70 issues an instruction to control the brightness of the dimmable lighting unit. Depending on the specific design, the controller 70 may adjust the brightness level according to a preset setting, or may adjust in real time according to the ambient brightness.
When a person approaches the rotary table 402, the infrared sensor 401b detects the presence of a human body and transmits a signal to the controller 70. After receiving the signal, the controller 70 determines that a person is approaching the turntable 402 and adjusts the brightness of the dimmable lighting unit as needed. Through automatically adjusting the brightness, the display product can provide proper illumination effect, so that the display product is more vivid and clear under the irradiation of light rays. In this way, the consumer may enjoy a suitable lighting environment while viewing or experiencing the display product, better observing the details and characteristics of the product.
By combining the dimmable lighting unit with the controller 70, the function of automatically adjusting the illumination brightness according to the approach of the human body is realized. The design improves the user experience and the display effect of the display cabinet, so that a consumer can view and experience the display product in a proper illumination environment.

a pivoting cover plate pivotally disposed between the display cavity and the device cavity and pivotable between an open position and a closed position;
a pivot drive connected to the pivot cover for driving the pivot cover to switch from the open position to the closed position after the lifting pallet means and rotary display stand are lowered into the device cavity;
when the pivoting cover plate is positioned at the opening position, the pivoting cover plate is in a vertical state and is abutted against an inner side wall of the display cabinet so as to enable the display cavity to be communicated with the device cavity; when the pivoting cover plate is in the closed position, the pivoting cover plate is in a horizontal state and is positioned between the display cavity and the device cavity so as to hide the lifting pallet device and the rotary display stand in the device cavity.
3. The intelligent display device of claim 1, wherein the rotary table comprises:

The intelligent display device of claim 6, wherein an infrared sensor is provided on the rotary table, the infrared sensor being connected to the controller for detecting whether a person is approaching the rotary table, the controller for controlling the interactive projection to project the product information when the infrared sensor detects that a person is approaching the rotary table.
8. The intelligent display device according to claim 6, wherein a camera is arranged on the rotary table and connected with the controller for collecting head portraits of users;
the controller is further configured to send the head portrait to the interactive projector, where the interactive projector is further configured to project a predetermined wearing image and the head portrait to the projection area, so that the user replaces the head portrait in the wearing image through interactive operation, and the wearing image is an image of a model object wearing the display product.
