s2, the drawer 4 is pulled out of the drawer frame 3 through rolling of the rollers 6 on two sides along the sliding rail 5, in the process, the rollers 6 directionally rotate along the first racks 107 through the toothed rings 106, the fluted disc 105 in the circular groove 104 on the inner side of the drawer 4 synchronously rotates along with the rollers 6, so that the fluted disc 105 alternately engages the tooth surface 1010 to push the sliding seat 109 to slide, the drawer plate 101 moves towards the front face of the drawer 4 along the sliding seat 109 through the shaft 1011, and in the process, the gear 1012 at the end part of the shaft 1011 is pulled and rotated by the second racks 1013 fixed, so that the drawer plate 101 synchronously overturns when moving forwards in the drawer 4;
s3, when the drawer 4 is pushed into the drawer frame 3, the idler wheel 6 is reversed along the first rack 107 through the toothed ring 106, so that the drawer plate 101 moves backwards along the drawer 4 through the shaft rod 1011 and is synchronously turned over and stored in the drawer 4, and the switch group 2 is stored in a closed area between the drawer plate 101 and the drawer 4;
s4, because the switching-on and switching-off handle 102 needs to be operated to be powered off before the drawer 4 is pulled out, at the moment, the clamping groove 1032 is vertical, the metal rod 1031 on the switch group 2 which moves along with the drawer plate 101 deflects synchronously, so that the clamping groove 1032 is separated from the clamping head 1033, the metal rod 1031 between the switch group 2 and the drawer 4 is disconnected when the drawer 4 is pulled out, the turnover function of the drawer plate 101 is ensured, and after the drawer 4 is pushed in, the drawer plate 101 rotates to enable the clamping groove 1032 to be embedded with the clamping head 1033, the two-section metal rods 1031 are combined, so that the external switching-on and switching-off handle 102 can operate the switch group 2, such as the switching-on and switching-off handle 102 is in an electrified state, the clamping groove 1032 deviates from the vertical, the two-section metal rod 1031 cannot deflect to separate, so that the drawer plate 101 cannot be turned over, and the drawer 4 cannot be pulled out;
s5, when the switch group 2 is not required to be overhauled and the standby drawer 4 and the switch group 2 are only required to be replaced, an operator can push the shifting fork 10142 to move along the front face of the drawer 4, and utilize the shifting fork 10142 to shift the fluted disc 105 to slide along the six-edge groove 10144 on the wheel shaft 7, so that the fluted disc 105 slides out of the round groove 104, and at the moment, the fluted disc 105 is separated from the engagement with the tooth surface 1010 at the bottom of the sliding seat 109, so that the linkage of the drawer plate 101 and the roller 6 is disconnected, and the drawer plate 101 cannot be moved and turned over by the external pulling of the drawer 4.
