In the related technology, after the abnormal report of the bill is carried out, the abnormal links in the bill are manually inquired by a bill manager, and the abnormal inquiry is carried out by a responsible person in the link with the problem, so that the whole responsibility tracking process has more human intervention, the manual processing task amount is overlarge, and the responsibility tracking efficiency is influenced due to the lack of a system abnormal bill responsibility tracking method.
In view of one or more of the problems described above, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure provide an abnormal waybill processing method that is applicable to a scenario in which responsibility tracking of an abnormal waybill occurs. Fig. 1 shows a system architecture diagram of the method operating environment, including an abnormal waybill processing end 110 and a plurality of site terminals 120, where the abnormal waybill processing end 110 and the plurality of site terminals 120 may perform an interactive operation, and the abnormal waybill processing end 110 may be used to execute the abnormal waybill processing method, which may be terminal electronic equipment of a logistics abnormal management and control department. The plurality of site terminals 120 may be terminal electronics of a plurality of logistics sites and may be configured to provide abnormal verification data of the waybill for the abnormal waybill handling terminal 110 to track responsibility.
It should be understood that the number of devices in fig. 1 is merely exemplary, and any number of station terminals 120 may be provided as desired for implementation.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow of the abnormal waybill handling method in the present exemplary embodiment, including the following steps S210 to S240:
step S210, carrying out exception analysis on the circulation information of the exception freight list based on a preset configuration rule so as to determine an exception circulation link of the exception freight list;
step S220, generating the abnormal data of the freight bill according to the abnormal circulation link of the abnormal freight bill and the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link;
step S230, the abnormal data of the waybill is sent to the site terminal corresponding to the responsibility object, and the abnormal verification data corresponding to the abnormal data of the waybill is obtained from the site terminal corresponding to the responsibility object;
step S240, determining a target responsibility object from responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal circulation links based on the abnormal verification data.
In the abnormal freight bill processing process, on one hand, based on a preset configuration rule, an abnormal circulation link and a corresponding responsibility object can be identified, automatic dispatch of freight bill abnormal data is realized, manual processing pressure can be relieved, and responsibility tracking efficiency of the abnormal freight bill is improved. On the other hand, by acquiring the abnormal verification data, the target responsibility object is further defined, and the accuracy of the responsibility tracking result is improved.
Each step in fig. 2 is specifically described below.
Step S210, carrying out exception analysis on the circulation information of the exception ticket based on a preset configuration rule so as to determine an exception circulation link of the exception ticket.
The circulation information of the abnormal bill refers to the route information of the article, for example, the article arrives at a certain station at a certain moment. The abnormal circulation link refers to a stage of a problem that may occur in the transportation of the article during circulation, such as the problem that the article is lost during transportation, the article is not delivered on time, the article is damaged during transportation, and the like. The anomaly analysis is mainly used for locating the abnormal circulation links in the abnormal freight list.
The preset configuration rules are rules set for abnormal problems that may occur in the cargo during the transportation process, and may include, for example, one or more of the following types: a manifest article loss class rule, a circulation link overtime class rule and a manifest article breakage class rule.
The manifest article loss class rule, the circulation link overtime class rule and the manifest article breakage class rule can be respectively used for judging the abnormality of the manifest article in the types of loss, overtime and breakage so as to position the corresponding abnormal circulation link of the abnormal manifest.
In an alternative embodiment, based on a preset configuration rule, the abnormal analysis is performed on the circulation information of the abnormal freight list, so as to determine an abnormal circulation link of the abnormal freight list, which can be implemented by the following ways: based on a freight bill object loss class rule, carrying out loss class exception analysis on the circulation information of the abnormal freight bill, and determining a loss class exception circulation link; based on a circulation link overtime class rule, carrying out overtime class exception analysis on circulation information of an exception freight bill, and determining an overtime class exception circulation link; based on the damage rule of the freight bill object, carrying out damage type abnormal analysis on the circulation information of the abnormal freight bill, and determining a damage type abnormal circulation link; and taking the lost abnormal transfer link, the overtime abnormal transfer link and the damaged abnormal transfer link as the abnormal transfer links of the abnormal waybill.
When determining the lost class abnormal circulation link, if detecting that after a certain circulation link, the freight bill does not update circulation information any more, judging that the freight bill is likely to have lost class abnormality, and taking the previous circulation link and/or the next circulation link when the freight bill stops updating at the moment as the lost class abnormal circulation link; when the overtime abnormal circulation link is determined, if the update time of a certain circulation link of the waybill is detected to exceed the preset time limit, judging that the overtime abnormal circulation link possibly occurs in the waybill, and taking the circulation link as the overtime abnormal circulation link. If the transported article or the article package is damaged in a certain circulation link, when the damage feedback of a user is found or received in the subsequent circulation process, the damage remark is carried out on the freight bill, the freight bill corresponding to the article is damaged, and the freight bill is screened out as an abnormal freight bill. When the damaged abnormal circulation links are determined, the circulation links positioned before the damaged moment can be used as the possibly-occurring damaged abnormal circulation links by detecting the damaged remark information.
The process not only can determine the abnormal circulation link, but also can further determine the abnormal type possibly occurring in the abnormal circulation link so as to facilitate the abnormal investigation and confirmation, and further has pertinence when acquiring the abnormal data of the waybill and analyzing the abnormal data of the waybill, so that the accuracy of the responsibility tracking result is improved.
It should be noted that, in the above process, preset configuration rules are divided into three categories: loss class, timeout class, breakage class. In the actual application process, other types, such as mismatching of the actual circulation path of the article and the destination of the bill circulation, and the like, can be added according to the actual demand.
In an alternative embodiment, the flexible online configuration function may be encapsulated by a rule engine to flexibly configure preset configuration rules.
The preset configuration rules are flexibly configured on line, so that convenience and adjustability of rule setting are enhanced.
In an alternative embodiment, when the abnormal circulation link of the abnormal waybill cannot be determined based on the preset configuration rule, the abnormal circulation link specified by the waybill manager for the abnormal waybill may be acquired.
Because the abnormal condition of the waybill is various, when the preset configuration rule cannot completely cover various abnormal conditions, the problem that the abnormal circulation link cannot be determined based on the preset configuration rule may occur, and for the condition, a data acquisition interface may be reserved to acquire the abnormal circulation link designated by the waybill manager according to the abnormal waybill.
The process is compatible with various conditions of abnormal handbill, so as to avoid the condition that the preset configuration rule is imperfect.
Step S220, generating the abnormal data of the freight bill according to the abnormal circulation link of the abnormal freight bill and the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link.
Each waybill transfer link can correspond to a responsibility object for bearing the object transportation task of the corresponding transfer link. After the abnormal circulation link is determined, the related information of the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link can be automatically extracted, and the abnormal circulation link and the related information of the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link are assembled into the waybill abnormal data. In addition, the waybill abnormality data may also include data related to the waybill abnormality, such as the time when the abnormality occurs, the type of configuration rule to which the abnormality belongs, and the like.
In an alternative embodiment, before generating the abnormal data of the freight bill according to the abnormal circulation link and the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link of the abnormal freight bill, the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link may be determined from the transferring site object of the abnormal freight bill.
The responsibility objects can be all site objects of logistics transfer, and responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal transfer links can be extracted from transfer site objects of the abnormal waybills so as to obtain responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal transfer links. The transfer site object of the abnormal freight bill contains all site information passed by the abnormal freight bill in the circulation process, and the automatic extraction of the information of the responsibility object can be realized.
It should be noted that, because the actual article transportation process has uncontrollability, an abnormal freight bill may have multiple abnormal transportation, so the abnormal transportation link and the corresponding responsibility object may be one or multiple. In the process, the responsibility objects of a plurality of abnormal handbill can be preliminarily confirmed based on the preset configuration rules, and when the determined responsibility objects are a plurality of responsibility objects, a plurality of subtask flows can be started subsequently to distribute the determined abnormal data of the handbill.
Step S230, the waybill abnormal data is sent to the site terminal corresponding to the responsibility object, and the abnormal verification data corresponding to the waybill abnormal data is obtained from the site terminal corresponding to the responsibility object.
Corresponding site terminals can be configured for each logistics site in advance, so that the responsibility objects determined from the transfer site objects of the abnormal waybills also have the corresponding site terminals, and interaction between the abnormal waybill processing end and the responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal circulation links is realized.
It should be noted that, when the determined responsibility objects are multiple, multiple subtask flows may be started, and the corresponding waybill abnormal data is sent to the corresponding responsibility objects.
The abnormality verification data is proof data for verifying the authenticity of the occurrence of an abnormality, such as article circulation record information when an article circulation goes to a station corresponding to a responsible object, and data information such as a monitoring video or a snap shot image of the station for the article. After receiving the abnormal data of the waybill, each terminal station can call corresponding abnormal verification data according to the abnormal data of the waybill. In addition, the abnormal verification data can be sent to the abnormal waybill processing end after being subjected to regional rechecking so as to ensure the true reliability of the data.
Step S240, determining a target responsibility object from responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal circulation links based on the abnormal verification data.
The target responsibility object refers to a diversion site object confirmed based on the abnormality verification data, which causes a waybill abnormality.
When the target responsibility object is determined, different modes can be adopted to determine the target responsibility object from the responsibility objects corresponding to the abnormal circulation links according to the abnormal types of the abnormal circulation links.
For example, when an abnormal circulation link is determined to be an abnormal circulation link according to a loss class rule, whether a responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link is a target responsibility object can be determined by analyzing related information of the last occurrence of the goods of the related abnormal freight list in the abnormal verification data and flow information of the goods; when an abnormal circulation link is determined to be an abnormal circulation link according to a timeout rule, judging whether the time information of the goods of the related abnormal freight list in the abnormal verification data reaching the corresponding responsibility object site exceeds a preset time limit, and if the time information exceeds the preset time limit, considering the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link as a target responsibility object; when an abnormal circulation link is determined to be an abnormal circulation link according to a damage rule, image recognition processing can be carried out according to video or picture data in abnormal verification data, whether the articles of the abnormal freight bill are subjected to violent sorting or whether the articles are packaged to be damaged or not is judged, and if so, the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link is considered to be a target responsibility object.
The process carries out responsibility tracking and responsibility identification on the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link based on the received abnormal verification data, and determines whether the responsibility object belongs to the target responsibility object. When the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link does not belong to the target responsibility object, the responsibility object can be filtered in the responsibility tracking process and is not used as a site object for further confirmation.
In an alternative embodiment, the target responsibility object may also be determined from the candidate target responsibility objects in response to a selection operation of the candidate target responsibility object.
The selection operation of the candidate target responsibility object can be, for example, an operation of adding the candidate target responsibility object in a graphical user interface of the abnormal waybill processing end by a waybill manager. The waybill manager may empirically add candidate target responsibility objects that may cause the waybill to be abnormal based on the abnormal waybill to dynamically adjust the determined target responsibility objects.
The process provides a dynamically adjusted configuration interface for determining the target responsibility object so as to perfect a responsibility tracking mechanism of the abnormal freight bill and enhance flexibility.
In an optional implementation manner, when the candidate target responsibility object is not included in the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link, a verification instruction may also be sent to the site terminal corresponding to the candidate target responsibility object; acquiring abnormal verification data corresponding to the waybill abnormal data from a site terminal corresponding to the candidate target responsibility object; the target responsibility object is determined from the candidate target responsibility objects based on the anomaly verification data transmitted by the candidate target responsibility objects.
The responsibility tracking of the candidate target responsibility object is realized by interacting with the site corresponding to the candidate target responsibility object, so that the accuracy of the responsibility tracking result is enhanced. When the station terminal corresponding to the candidate target responsibility object receives the verification instruction, the corresponding abnormal verification data is sent to the abnormal waybill processing end, so that the abnormal waybill processing end judges whether the target responsibility object exists in the candidate target responsibility object according to the received abnormal verification data.
In an alternative embodiment, responsibility confirmation information may be further sent to the site terminal corresponding to the target responsibility object, and feedback information of the responsibility confirmation information may be obtained from the site terminal corresponding to the target responsibility object.
By confirming the responsibility of the determined target responsibility objects, each responsibility object can clearly determine the final responsibility confirmation condition of the abnormal freight bill so as to construct a clear and clear responsibility tracking mechanism.
In an alternative embodiment, the determined target responsibility object may also be generated into a statistics report, and output to a third party system to implement data statistics and analysis of the responsibility tracking result of the abnormal freight bill.
The processing of an abnormal waybill may be divided into three phases including rule configuration 310, flow configuration 320, and data management 330, such as the one provided by FIG. 3. The rule configuration 310 includes three types of preset configuration rules mentioned above: loss class rules 311, timeout class rules 312, and breakage class rules 313. Generating waybill anomaly data based on the configured rules; the process configuration 320 may complete responsibility tracking by starting multiple sub-processes, distribute the obtained manifest exception data to the corresponding responsible objects 321, obtain the exception verification data of the responsible objects from the responsible objects 321, and obtain the responsibility tracking result through the responsibility tracking stage 322 to determine the target responsible objects. In the data management 330, the obtained responsibility tracking result is generated into a statistics report 331 and output to the third party system 332, so as to realize the statistical analysis of the responsibility tracking result.
FIG. 4 shows a flow chart of an abnormal bill of lading tracking process, specifically comprising the steps of:
step S410, starting;
step S420, acquiring a responsibility object of an abnormal freight bill;
step S430, acquiring abnormal verification data of the responsible object;
step S440, carrying out responsibility tracking based on the abnormality verification data;
step S450, confirming a responsibility tracking result;
step S460, end.
The responsibility object of the abnormal freight note can be the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link determined based on the preset configuration rule, can be the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link appointed by the freight note manager aiming at the abnormal freight note, and can also be the candidate target responsibility object not included in the responsibility object corresponding to the abnormal circulation link determined by the freight note manager. The abnormality verification data of the responsible object may be acquired from the site terminal to which the responsible object corresponds. The responsibility tracking result may be the final determined target responsibility object. Step S450 is to perform responsibility confirmation on the determined target responsibility object, so that the target responsibility object can clarify the final responsibility confirmation condition of the abnormal manifest.
