The nylon has the characteristics of high strength, high wear resistance, high chemical resistance, good deformation resistance, ageing resistance and the like; the wool is used as natural protein fiber, has soft hand feeling, soft luster, firm texture, excellent warmth retention property and hygroscopicity, and the manufactured clothing has unique elegant style and good wearing comfort, and is popular with consumers. At present, the dye can be used for wool dyeing and chinlon dyeing, and the maotame red acid dye with excellent color fastness and good compatibility is few and cannot print and dye the market demand.

Specifically, in the invention, the auxiliary agent is one or a combination of more than two of a filler, a dispersing agent and a cosolvent. The specific type of the dispersant is not particularly limited, and may be a dispersant commonly used in the art. Preferably, the dispersant may be one or a combination of two or more of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and lignin sulfonate. The dye dispersant preferably comprises one or a combination of more than two of the following: naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate (e.g., dispersant MF, dispersant CNF, dispersant NNO) or sodium lignin sulfonate (e.g., lignin 85A, lignin 83A) or a combination of two or more thereof. The filler comprises one or more of maltodextrin and anhydrous sodium sulfate.
The reddish-brown acid dye has good lifting power and compatibility and excellent washing fastness, rubbing fastness, perspiration fastness and light fastness when being used for dyeing wool, chinlon and blended fabrics thereof.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the reddish-brown acid dye, which comprises the following steps:
uniformly mixing the dye components and the auxiliary agent in a mixer to obtain the acid dye composition; or adding an auxiliary agent and water into the acid dye, pulping and dissolving, and then spray-drying to obtain the composition.
The invention also provides the use of the reddish-brown acid dye according to the invention for dyeing and/or printing textiles.
According to the application of the invention, the fabric is wool, chinlon or a blended fabric thereof.
The invention also provides a fabric which is prepared by dyeing and/or printing by using the reddish-brown acid dye.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
Examples 1 to 13
According to the raw material proportion shown in Table 1, the dye component A, the dye component B, the dye component C, the dye component D and the auxiliary agent are milled by a mill and then enter a mixer to be mixed uniformly, so that the reddish-brown acid dye is obtained.

Dyeing example 1:
1 g of the reddish-brown acid dye prepared in examples 1-13 is accurately weighed and dissolved, stirred uniformly, the volume is fixed to 500 mL by a volumetric flask, 25 mL of dye liquor is sucked into a dyeing cup, 2.5 mL of 100g/L anhydrous sodium sulfate and 2.5 mL 30% glacial acetic acid are added, then 70mL of water is added, 5 g of wool is put in, and the dyeing depth (o.w.f) is controlled to be 1.0%, and the bath ratio is controlled to be 1:20. Heating to 100 ℃ at a heating rate of 1 ℃/min, preserving heat for 55 min, and then cooling to 50 ℃ at a speed of 9.9 ℃/min to start sampling. Washing and drying the cloth sample to obtain the wool fabric.
And (3) testing various fastness:
the dyed wool fabrics were tested for wash, rub and light fastness according to ISO 105-C10, ISO 105-X12 and AATCC 16.3-2012 (20 h), respectively, and the results are shown in table 2 below.

1 g of the reddish-brown acid dye prepared in examples 1-13 is accurately weighed and dissolved, stirred uniformly, the volume is fixed to 500 mL by a volumetric flask, 25 mL of dye liquor is sucked into a dyeing cup, 2.5 mL of 10g/L of Inlet color Al new and 2.5 mL of buffer solution with pH of 6.5 are added, 70mL of water is then added, 5 g of nylon cloth is put, and the dyeing depth (o.w.f) is controlled to be 1.0%, and the bath ratio is controlled to be 1:20. Heating to 100 ℃ at a heating rate of 1 ℃/min, preserving heat for 55 min, and then cooling to 50 ℃ at a speed of 9.9 ℃/min to start sampling. And washing and drying the cloth sample to obtain the nylon fabric.
And (3) testing various fastness:
the dyed wool fabrics were tested for wash, rub and light fastness according to ISO 105-C10, ISO 105-X12 and AATCC 16.3-2012 (20 h), respectively, and the results are shown in table 4 below.

The perspiration fastness of the dyed nylon fabric was measured according to ISO105-E04, and the results are shown in Table 5 below.

From the data, the reddish-brown acid dye products of examples 1 to 13 provided by the invention have higher washing fastness, rubbing fastness, light fastness and perspiration fastness, stable performance and good market prospect when being dyed on wool fabrics and nylon fabrics.
