具有苯乙烯(共)聚合物和天然纤维的纤维增强复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纤维增强复合材料,其包含由至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物组成的热塑性聚合物基体和至少一种天然纤维组分。该复合材料例如可以通过在施加压力和热的情况下压制层组件来实现生产。该材料结合了结构钢性、良好的加工性和富有美学性,使其适用于包括高性能领域的各种用途。与已有的材料相比,所述纤维增强复合材料的特点是具有高表面光泽度。
背景技术
纤维增强复合材料已被人们熟知多年,由嵌入聚合物基体的大量增强纤维组成。纤维增强复合材料可应用于各种各样的领域,例如,他们应用于汽车和航天领域。除此之外,所述材料应防止基体的碎裂或其他破裂,并且减少由建筑构件的零散碎片引起的事故风险。很多纤维增强复合材料在材料失效前在应力下能吸收相对较高的力。本发明的纤维增强复合材料与常规材料相比特点在于高强度和刚性、低密度、以及例如良好的耐老化和耐腐蚀性的其他优良特性。
所述复合材料的强度和刚度可根据应力的方向和性能调整。纤维在这里对纤维复合材料的强度和刚度特别重要。此外,纤维的排列决定了纤维复合材料的机械性能。基体特别用于将大部分的力引导至单个纤维,且将纤维的空间排列保持在所需的方向。由于可以改变纤维和基体材料的类型,因此纤维和基体材料可以有很多种组合。
为了满足对纤维复合材料的强度和刚度的最高需求,采用连续纤维增强复合材料。在这种情况下,纤维长度仅由最终结构组成所限制,特别是以编织或无卷曲织物的形式引入的纤维,具有高纤维体积含量。这在建筑构件或半成品产品中的纤维***和基体之间产生高度的特定界面。与在注塑过程中短纤维的浸渍相比,连续纤维或编织或无卷曲织物与聚合物基体的良好浸渍在技术上往往具有挑战性。
尽管纤维增强复合材料有机械需求,但也必须满足美学和经济需求。由于纤维增强材料有可能应用于各个领域,因此需要能生产出具有高质量表面的材料,而不需要进一步的复杂工序。对于很多应用来说,良好的光学性能很重要,例如使用纤维增强复合材料可实现具有光滑表面(低表面波纹、无孔或凹痕等)、装饰性和高透明度的元件或构件。至今,很多纤维增强复合材料还不能实现这些光学性能。也需要经济和环境友好地生产纤维增强复合材料。并且循环利用也同样重要。
因此,需要提供具有广泛用途的轻质纤维增强复合材料。需要有良好的光学性能,且能从纤维增强复合材料产生出具有光泽、结构化的或光滑表面的各种元件。
纤维增强复合材料应当容易加工、对常规溶剂有很大惰性、具有良好的抗应力开裂性能,并且具有光泽、纹理或光滑表面。
现有技术已经描述了包含热塑性塑料和纤维的各种各样的复合材料。
WO 2016/170104涉及一种复合材料,包含30%-95%重量百分比的热塑性材料、5%-70%重量百分比的增强纤维和0%-40%重量百分比的其他添加剂。所述热塑性材料应当具有良好的加工性;MVR(220/10)报告为10-70cm3/10min。
WO 2008/058971描述了具有良好机械性能的模塑化合物,其中使用了具有不同性能的两种增强纤维。各增强纤维与不同的增粘剂组合物使用,产生不同的纤维-基体粘附力。增强纤维需要以复杂网络状的形式引入基体中。不利的是,该方法需要复杂且劳动密集型生产工艺。
WO 2008/119678公开了玻璃纤维增强组合物,通过利用含马来酸酐的苯乙烯共聚物改善了机械性能。然而教导的是短纤维的使用。
US2011/0020572描述了具有混合设计的有机薄片组成,其具有高流动性的聚碳酸酯组分和合适的添加剂,例如超支化聚酯、乙烯/(甲基)丙烯酸酯共聚物或低分子量聚亚烷基二醇酯。
WO 2008/110539教导了单层复合物,其中玻璃纤维嵌入模塑化合物中。
WO 2014/163227公开了一种生产复合板的方法。CA-A2862396描述了生产复合材料的方法,该复合材料由芯结构和结合到该芯结构的表面板所组成。
Van de Velde等人(2001年)在“Thermoplastic pultrusion of natural fiberreinforced composites,Composite Structures”,第54卷(2-3),第355-360页中描述亚麻纤维作为(热塑性)材料的增强体的。此处描述的材料选择的生产方法为拉挤成型工艺。
WO 2016/170131描述了一种纤维复合材料的用途,该纤维复合材料由不同层组成,具有夹层结构且包含泡沫组分作为其中一层。WO 2012/104436描述了一种基于天然纤维增强塑料的复合材料,包含至少一层由天然纤维组成的水刺无纺布作为增强材料。
WO 2016/170148公开了一种由无定形改性聚合物组成的纤维复合材料的生产方法。这些有机薄片由热塑性模塑化合物和增强纤维组成。所述模塑化合物具有化学反应功能;增强纤维的表面进行硅烷化处理。
WO 2016/170103涉及一种具有透明性增强的纤维复合材料W,其中,共聚合物通过官能团与嵌入纤维的表面结合。
WO 2016/170145描述了一种具有层级结构的纤维复合材料及其用途和通过向热塑性基体引入薄片生产方法。
WO 2016/026920描述了基于聚乳酸的纤维复合材料,其可包含各种天然纤维。
WO 2019/063620涉及纤维增强复合材料,其包含至少一种连续纤维增强材料和至少一种基本上无定形的基体聚合物组合物。WO 2019/063621涉及该纤维增强复合物的制备方法。
WO 2019/063625描述了具有改善的纤维-基体粘附力的纤维增强复合材料,其由至少50%质量百分比的连续增强材料和基本上无定形的基体。WO 2019/063626涉及该复合材料在生产成型制品的热成型工艺中作为起始材料的用途。
发明内容
针对现有技术,其中一个目的是提供一种复合材料,其易于生产,对大量溶剂基本上表现为化学惰性,具有良好的抗应力开裂和(弯曲)强度性能,并且满足良好的光学和美学需求,如表面光泽度和/或表面结构。生产工艺应当具备很少的技术投入和操作步骤。所述复合材料应当轻质(低密度)和优选易于循环利用。
惊奇地发现,该目的可通过所描述的纤维增强复合材料来实现,该纤维增强复合材料包含至少一种天然纤维作为增强材料(B)和由至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)组成的热塑性聚合物基体。与具有不同的热塑性聚合物基体的复合材料相比,该纤维增强复合材料具有良好的(表面)性能。
至少一种天然纤维(例如亚麻)作为增强材料(B)和由至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)组成的热塑性聚合物基体的特定组合可在温和条件下实现复合材料的生产,该复合材料尤其不需要进一步加工步骤(如涂覆步骤)就具有光泽表面。
本发明特别涉及一种纤维增强复合材料(K),其包含热塑性聚合物基体和至少一种天然纤维组分,所述复合材料(K)包含(或由以下组成):
至少45%(v/v),特别是45-70%(v/v)的至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)作为聚合物基体,通常为苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物;
30-55%(v/v),特别是32-50%(v/v)的至少一种天然纤维片材(B)作为天然纤维组分;
可选地,0-10%(v/v),特别是0-9%(v/v),通常0.1-9%(v/v)的不同于组分(A)的至少一种其他聚合物组分(C);和
可选地,0-10%(v/v),特别是0.05-5%(v/v)的至少一种添加剂(D),
其中,组分(A)-(D)的体积分数之和为所述复合材料(K)的体积的100%。
在所述复合材料(K)中,所述天然纤维片材(B)通常由选自:亚麻纤维、棉纤维、红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维、竹纤维、椰子纤维的天然纤维组成;和/或选自:亚麻纤维、棉纤维、红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维、竹纤维、椰子纤维的预处理天然纤维组成。亚麻纤维特别合适。上述天然纤维片材不仅在加工性上不同,且在密度上也不同;例如在20℃下的密度(ISO1183),亚麻纤维为1.3-1.45g/cm3,椰子纤维为1.1-1.2g/cm3
在所述复合材料(K)中,所述苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)优选包含至少一种苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和/或至少一种α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。组分(A)还可包含例如改性S-AN共聚物,如马来酸酐改性SAN。同样已经发现:不同AN含量的两种不同SAN共聚物和S-AN-MSA共聚物组分的组合作为复合材料(K)的组分(A)特别有用。
在所述复合材料(K)中,所述天然纤维片材(B)可以为亚麻纤维片材,例如编织物。在所述复合材料(K)中,例如具有100-600tex,尤其150-450tex线质量密度的纤维织物可以用作所述天然纤维片材(B)。这种天然纤维片材(B)的纤维定量通常为100-600g/m2,优选150-450g/m2
在所述复合材料(K)中使用至少一种添加剂(D),可以为例如释放剂(releaseagent)或润滑剂。基于复合材料的总体积,所述添加剂的使用量通常为0.05-5%(v/v)。
所述复合材料(K)通常包含(或由以下组成):
45-60%(v/v)的至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚物(A);
32-50%(v/v)的至少一种天然纤维片材(B);
0-9%(v/v)的至少一种不同于(A)的其他聚合物组分(C);和
0.05-5%(v/v)的至少一种添加剂(D)。
在一实施方案中,所述复合材料(K)包含(或由以下组成):
45-55%(v/v)的至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A);
40-50%(v/v)的至少一种天然纤维片材(B);
0-5%(v/v)的至少一种不同于(A)的其他聚合物组分(C);和
0.05-5%(v/v)的至少一种添加剂(D)。
本发明的所述复合材料(K)特别具有高光泽度。在根据ISO 2813(2015)标准的光泽度测定中,优选地,其在20℃时光泽度至少为40,以及在60℃时光泽度至少为70。
在本发明的所述复合材料(K)中,所述聚合物基体优选具有高透明度。苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)通常具有高透明度,使得天然纤维片材(B)的天然纤维能在所述复合材料(K)的表面(轻易)可见。这可产生自然且视觉上吸引人的印象。涂覆通常可以省去。
本发明还提供一种生产如上所述的纤维增强复合材料(K)的方法,所述方法包括以下方法步骤a)-d):
a)形成至少一层热塑性层的层组件,所述热塑性层包含苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A),可选地包含其他聚合物组分(C)和/或添加剂组分(D);
b)形成至少一层天然纤维片材(B)的层组件;
c)在加热工具中,在160-240℃,优选180-220℃的温度下和15-25bar,优选18-22bar的压力下,压制聚合物基体和天然纤维片材的堆叠层;和
d)在15-25bar,优选18-22bar的压力下,冷却纤维增强复合材料(K)至低于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)的玻璃转化温度(Tg)的温度。
生产纤维增强复合材料(K)的方法优选包括以下方法步骤a)-d):
a)形成至少一层,特别是2层具有平均厚度0.05-0.75mm,特别是平均厚度0.1-0.5mm的热塑性层的层组件,所述热塑性层包含苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A),可选地包含其他聚合物组分(C)和/或添加剂组分(D);
b)形成至少一层,特别是2层具有平均厚度0.05-0.75mm,特别是平均厚度0.1-0.5mm的天然纤维片材(B)的层组件;
c)在加热工具中,在180-230℃的温度下和15-25bar的压力下,压制天然纤维织物(B)介于包含(A)的热塑性层之间的堆叠层;和
d)在15-25bar的压力下,冷却纤维增强复合材料(K)至低于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)的玻璃转化温度(Tg)的温度。
所述层组件可以具有例如2-20层,通常3-12层;其可以包括例如:
A-B-A-B-A
A-B-A-B-A-B-A
A-A-B-A-A-B-A-A
A-A-B-A-A-B-A-A-B-A-A。
各层的厚度也可以变化(与各层的具体情况有关)。
在生产纤维增强复合材料(K)的方法中,所获得的复合材料(K)的平均厚度优选<4mm,优选<3.5mm,更优选<3.0mm。
本发明还涉及所述复合材料(K)或根据说明书所述的方法生产的复合材料(K)的用途,作为用于建筑构件和/或美学应用的结构元件。
以下用途特别相关:
(i)用热成型工艺生产成型制品的起始材料;
(ii)膜材料或涂层;
(iii)包装材料;或
(iv)纺织片材或织物。
在本发明的生产纤维增强复合材料(K)的优选方法中,所获得的复合材料(K)具有总体平均厚度<3.0mm或<2.0mm。所述复合材料(K)的最小厚度通常为0.1mm,通常0.1mm。该材料可以在未涂覆的情况下使用,但也可以进行进一步处理。
具体实施方式
以下描述优选组分。
组分(A)(热塑性聚合物基体)
所述复合材料(K)包含至少45%(v/v),通常45-70%(v/v)的苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)作为组分(A),基于热塑性模塑化合物的总体积。本发明的热塑性模塑化合物包含一种或多种苯乙烯(共)聚合物作为组分A。除了苯乙烯外,任何合适的共聚单体都可存在于共聚物中。优选为一种或多种苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和/或一种或多种α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。
通常使用一种以上的SAN共聚物和MAH改性的苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物的混合物。然而,在文献中描述的本领域技术人员所知的所有苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物、α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物及其混合物原则上都可以作为组分A。同样地,优选所述苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和/或α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物彼此的混合物为组分A。
所述热塑性组分A在20℃下的密度(ISO1183)通常为1.01-1.15(g/cm3)。
组分(B)(天然纤维组分)
在本发明内容中所用的天然纤维片材(B)包含至少一种天然纤维和/或衍生于天然材料的纤维。根据本发明,基于总体积,组分B在所述复合材料(K)的比例为30%-55%(v/v),优选32-50%(v/v)。也可以使用至少一种天然纤维的组合。
纤维是连续形成离散的细长部件(elongated pieces)的材料,很像一段段线,可以用来制造片状材料。天然纤维可来自各种(天然)原始材料,例如选自:红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、亚麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、棉纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维和椰子纤维。
所述纤维增强复合材料K优选包含亚麻纤维片材作为组分B。
根据本发明的优选实施方案,组分B的线质量密度为100-600tex,优选150-450tex,且纤维定量为100-600g/m2,优选150-450g/m2
组分B在20℃下的密度(ISO1183)通常为1.1-1.6(g/cm3),尤其在亚麻纤维的情况下,密度为1.3-1.45(g/cm3)。
组分(C)
组分C可以为不同于组分A的其他聚合物组分。基于总体积,组分C在复合材料的比例为0%-10%(v/v),尤其0.05-5%。特别感兴趣的是例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、PLA等作为组分C。
其他聚合物组分C在20℃下的密度(ISO1183)通常为0.9-1.3(g/cm3)。
组分(D)(添加剂)
组分D为一种或多种添加剂,基于总体积,在所述纤维增强复合材料中的比例为0%-10%(v/v)。此外,所述热塑性组合物可包含一定范围内的添加剂,使本发明组合物的性能不会受损。
组分D包含一种或多种添加剂,优选选自:释放剂、润滑剂、颜料、脱模剂、蜡、染料、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂、抗光稳定剂、热和紫外线稳定剂、粉状填料、增强剂、抗静电剂、增粘剂(润湿剂)或其混合物。
特别优先考虑释放剂或润滑剂,基于总体积的含量为0.05%-5%(v/v)。所述添加剂组分D在20℃下的密度(ISO1183)通常为0.9-2.0(g/cm3)(与类型有关)。
生产方法
所述纤维增强复合材料(K)的生产步骤大致包括:形成层组件(从组分(A)和(B)),在热和压力的情况下在工具中进行压制,以及冷却所述材料。
作为本方法的第一步骤,所述组件层由至少一层热塑性层和至少一层天然纤维片材(B)组成,其中热塑性层包含苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A),可选地包含其他聚合物组分(C)和/或添加剂组分(D)。所述组分优选以层层堆叠的方式排列(例如天然纤维织物(B)介于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)之间:(A)-((B)-(A))n)。
然后,通过苯乙烯(共)聚合物的熔融过程和组分A和B各层的结合实现压制。该过程在160-240℃温度下和15-25bar压力下的加热工具中进行。所述温度优选为180-220℃,所述压力优选为8-22bar。最后,所述纤维增强复合材料在加压工具中在压力下冷却至低于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)的玻璃转化温度(Tg)的温度。
用途
其结构、机械和美学上的优越性能使得该纤维增强复合材料(K)具有广泛的用途。其适合作为用热成型工艺生产成型制品的起始材料,作为膜材料或涂层,作为包装材料或作为纺织片材或织物。特别优选的用途是作为用于建筑构件和/或美学应用的轻质结构元件。该材料可易于再利用或循环利用。

生产各纤维增强复合材料(K)
为生产所述纤维增强复合材料(K),在静态热压机(Vogt P400S)中提供包含热塑性聚合物基体(作为一层膜)和天然纤维组分(纤维织物)的各层组件。所述加压工具加热到所需的温度。所述复合材料的各层在压力下经压制一段时间T1(例如几秒)。最后,所述工具冷却一段时间T2(例如几分钟),并移除所述材料。
在实施例中,如上所述,亚麻纤维织物(ampliTex 5040,300g/m2,300tex)作为天然纤维织物(B),SAN共聚物膜(150μm)作为本申请实施例(如上)的热塑性组分(A),或PP热塑性膜(135μm)作为对比例的热塑性组分(A)。
所述层在210℃的温度下和20bar的压力下压制5s的时间T1。所述工具然后在20bar的压力下冷却25min的时间T2至60℃。然后移除所述复合材料,并对其机械、光学及其表面方面进行研究。
在本发明的复合材料中,所述SAN层(每种情况)具有平均厚度0.150mm。
在对比复合材料中,所述PP层(每种情况)具有平均厚度0.135mm。在本发明的复合材料中,所述亚麻纤维织物(每种情况)具有平均厚度0.207mm。在对比复合材料中,所述亚麻纤维织物同样具有平均厚度0.207mm。

试验生产后所测得的总厚度略大于相应复合材料的计算厚度。本发明的复合材料包含约45%质量百分比的聚合物基体和约55%质量百分比的亚麻织物。所述基于PP的复合材料包含约37%质量百分比的聚合物基体和约63%质量百分比的亚麻织物。
获得的所述纤维增强复合材料(K)根据ISO 2813(2015)标准进行机械研究,并通过光泽度测量进行表征。
所述材料可以通过冲击强度、缺口冲击强度等进行机械表征。在不同温度和湿度下的储存稳定性也可进行对比研究。

结果表明,本发明的以苯乙烯共聚物为热塑性聚合物基体(A)的纤维增强复合材料(K)可在简单的生产工艺中使用,以获得具有低密度、良好机械性能和光泽度(如60°光泽度或20°光泽度)显著提高的复合材料。
这种材料在生态上也是有利的,例如,它可以很容易地供给循环回收工艺。
由此生产的成型制品富有美感、机械弹性且易于存储。
以相应的方式用其他天然纤维织物也可轻易生产类似的复合材料,特别是基于棉纤维、红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维、竹纤维和椰子纤维和/或来自预处理的天然纤维的纤维。

Claims (15)

1.一种纤维增强复合材料(K),包含热塑性聚合物基体和至少一种天然纤维组分,所述复合材料(K)包含:
至少45%(v/v),特别是45-70%(v/v)的至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)作为聚合物基体;
30-55%(v/v),特别是32-50%(v/v)的至少一种天然纤维片材(B)作为天然纤维组分;
可选地,0-10%(v/v),特别是0-9%(v/v)的至少一种不同于组分(A)的其他聚合物组分(C);和
可选地,0-10%(v/v),特别是0.05-5%(v/v)的至少一种添加剂(D),
组分(A)-(D)的体积百分分数之和为所述复合材料(K)的体积的100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述天然纤维片材(B)由选自:亚麻纤维、棉纤维、红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维、竹纤维、椰子纤维的天然纤维形成;和/或由选自:亚麻纤维、棉纤维、红麻纤维、黄麻纤维、***纤维、纤维素纤维、剑麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、角蛋白纤维、竹纤维、椰子纤维的预处理天然纤维形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2的至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)包含至少一种苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和/或至少一种α-甲基苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述天然纤维片材(B)为亚麻纤维片材。
5.根据权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述天然纤维片材(B)为具有100-600tex,优选150-450tex线质量密度的纤维织物。
6.根据权利要求1至5中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述天然纤维片材(B)的纤维定量为100-600g/m2,优选150-450g/m2
7.根据权利要求1至6中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述至少一种添加剂(D)为释放剂或润滑剂,基于所述复合材料的总体积,所述添加剂的使用量为0.05-5%(v/v)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,包含:
45-60%(v/v)的至少一种苯乙烯(共)聚物(A);
32-50%(v/v)的至少一种天然纤维片材(B);
0-9%(v/v)的至少一种不同于(A)的其他聚合物组分(C);和
0.05-5%(v/v)的至少一种添加剂(D)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,在根据ISO 2813(2015)标准的光泽度测定中,所述复合材料在20℃的光泽度至少为40,在60℃的光泽度至少为70。
10.根据权利要求1至9中至少一项所述的复合材料(K),其特征在于,所述苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)具有高透明度,使得天然纤维片材(B)的天然纤维在所述复合材料(K)的表面可见。
11.一种生产权利要求1至10中至少一项所述复合材料(K)的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下方法步骤a)-d):
a)形成至少一层热塑性层的层组件,所述热塑性层包含苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A),可选地包含其他聚合物组分(C)和/或添加剂组分(D);
b)形成至少一层天然纤维片材(B)的层组件;
c)在加热工具中,在160-240℃,优选180-220℃的温度下和15-25bar,优选18-22bar的压力下,压制聚合物基体和天然纤维片材的堆叠层;和
d)在15-25bar,优选18-22bar的压力下,冷却纤维增强复合材料(K)至低于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)的玻璃转化温度(Tg)的温度。
12.根据权利要求11所述的生产复合材料(K)的方法,其特征在于,包括以下方法步骤a)-d):
a)形成至少一层,特别是2层具有平均厚度0.05-0.75mm的热塑性层的层组件,所述热塑性层包含苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A),可选地包含其他聚合物组分(C)和/或添加剂组分(D);
b)形成至少一层,特别是2层具有平均厚度0.05-0.75mm的天然纤维片材(B)的层组件;
c)在加热工具中,在180-230℃的温度和15-25bar的压力下,压制天然纤维织物(B)介于包含(A)的热塑性层之间的堆叠层;和
d)在15-25bar的压力下,冷却纤维增强复合材料(K)至低于苯乙烯(共)聚合物(A)的玻璃转化温度(Tg)的温度。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的生产复合材料(K)的方法,其特征在于,所得的复合材料(K)的平均厚度<4mm,优选<3.5mm,更优选<3.0mm。
14.根据权利要求1至10中至少一项所述复合材料(K)或根据权利要求11至13中至少一项所述方法生产的复合材料(K)的用途,作为建筑构件和/或美学应用的结构元件。
15.根据权利要求1至10中至少一项所述复合材料(K)或根据权利要求11至13中至少一项所述方法生产的复合材料(K)的用途,作为:
(i)用热成型工艺生产成型制品的起始材料;
(ii)膜材料或涂层;
(iii)包装材料;或
(iv)纺织片材或织物。
