In the embodiment of the application, when a user uses a first terminal to check the property information, the first terminal determines a virtual observation position corresponding to the checked property information and sends the virtual observation position to a second terminal used by a broker, so that the second terminal presents a target explanation file determined according to the virtual observation position to the broker, and the broker can explain the property information to the user according to the target explanation file.
In the process, the target explanation file provided for the broker is determined according to the property information checked by the user, so that when the broker explains the property information to the user on the basis of the target explanation file, the explained content is more attached to the content to be listened by the user, the attaching degree between the explained content and the property information is improved, and the interactive experience of online checking the property is improved.

Memory 609 in embodiments of the present application includes, but is not limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
The processor 610 may include one or more processing units; optionally, the processor 610 integrates an application processor that primarily processes operations involving an operating system, user interface, application programs, etc., and a modem processor that primarily processes wireless communication signals, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 610.
The embodiment of the application also provides a readable storage medium, and the readable storage medium stores a program or an instruction, which when executed by a processor, implements each process of the recommended method embodiment of the explanation file for a real estate, and can achieve the same technical effect, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is given here.

and sending the virtual observation position to a second terminal so that the second terminal can output the target explanation file determined according to the virtual observation position.
2. The recommendation method for an explanation file of a property according to claim 1, wherein determining a virtual observation position corresponding to the property information comprises:
identifying the property information and determining objects contained in the property information;
based on the object, the virtual observation position is determined.
3. The recommendation method for an explanation file for a property according to claim 2, wherein the object includes a selectable object, the recommendation method further comprising:
receiving a first input to the selectable object;
and responding to the first input, and sending object information corresponding to the selectable object to the second terminal so that the second terminal can determine a first target explanation part from the target explanation file according to the object information.
4. A recommendation method for an explanation file for a property according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and sending the property information to the second terminal so as to enable the second terminal to synchronously display the property information.
5. A recommendation method for an explanation file for a property according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
receiving voice information and sending the voice information to the second terminal so that the second terminal can output the voice information; and determining a second target explanation part in the target explanation file according to the voice information.
6. A recommendation method for an explanation file of a property for a second terminal, comprising:
receiving a virtual observation position sent by a first terminal;
and outputting the target explanation file determined according to the virtual observation position.
7. The recommendation method for an explanation file of a property according to claim 6, wherein outputting the target explanation file determined according to the virtual observation position specifically comprises:
acquiring one or more files to be explained, wherein each file to be explained has a corresponding relation with each virtual observation position;
And determining a target explanation file corresponding to the virtual observation position sent by the first terminal based on the corresponding relation.
