table 1 samples 1, 2, 3 nutrient content of fertilizer
The effect evaluation was performed by potting, applying samples 1, 2 and 3 to the soil, with urea nitrogen fertilizer as control, and 3 replicates per treatment, with the test crop selected from chinese cabbage (Brassica chinensis l.). The soil samples are collected after the cabbage is planted for 40 days to be ripe and harvested, a five-point sampling method is adopted for uniformly mixing, the collected soil samples are used for removing root residues of vegetables, natural air drying and grinding are carried out, and the obtained soil samples are sieved by a 100-mesh sieve and are used for measuring physical and chemical properties of soil.
The changes in physical and chemical indexes of the soil after the samples 1 to 3 and the control group were applied are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 physical and chemical indicators of soil after application of biofertilizer
The fertilizer of the sample 1 is used for planting the cabbages in a fertilizing amount of 9t/ha, so that the yield of the cabbages is increased by more than 55%, and the plant diseases and insect pests are greatly reduced.
The fertilizer of sample 2 of the present application was used for corn planting at a fertilizing amount of 7t/ha, resulting in an increase in corn yield of more than 15%.
The technical indexes of the fertilizer and the heavy metal limiting technical index meet the standard of NY-884-201 biological organic fertilizer.
The biogas slurry bio-fertilizer disclosed by the application utilizes a large amount of waste biogas slurry, biogas residues, bran, vinasse and crop straws, so that the waste utilization rate is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced. The fertilizer has simple preparation method, can effectively improve the fertility of soil, has the antibacterial and insecticidal effects, has lasting and efficient fertility and is harmless to human bodies and the environment.
