The cutting method of the galvanized sheet cutting device with the compensation mechanism comprises the following steps,
s1, conveying galvanized plates: in the conveying mechanism 10, a galvanized sheet passes through between two groups of rollers 12 which are distributed up and down, the two groups of rollers 12 which rotate reversely clamp and convey the galvanized sheet, and the end part of the galvanized sheet moves to the cutting platform 20 after passing through the compensating mechanism 50;
s2, end cutting: the positioning mechanism 30 is started, the pressing piece 33 moves downwards to fix the cutting position of the galvanized sheet, the cutting mechanism 40 is started, the cutting knife 42 moves downwards to cut the end part of the galvanized sheet, when the positioning mechanism 30 fixes the galvanized sheet and the bedplate 52 moves downwards from the highest position, the roller III 53 and the roller IV 54 are controlled by the adjusting piece to move downwards, so that the roller IV 54 is contacted with the galvanized sheet, as shown in fig. 7, a compensation space for storing the galvanized sheet is formed between the conveying mechanism 10 and the cutting platform 20, and the galvanized sheet is positioned in the compensation space to form a concave trend and is stored in the compensation space, as shown in fig. 8;
s3, recovering the galvanized sheet to a conveying state: after the end is cut, the positioning mechanism 30 and the cutting mechanism 40 move upwards, meanwhile, when the platen 52 moves upwards, the third roller 53 and the fourth roller 54 are controlled by the adjusting piece to move upwards, so that the third roller 53 contacts with the galvanized sheet, as shown in fig. 9, the top-moving galvanized sheet moves upwards, after the platen 52 moves to the highest position, namely, when the upper end of the platen 52 contacts with the lower end of the conveying platform 11 and the lower end of the cutting platform 20, the galvanized sheet returns to the conveying state, as shown in fig. 10, compensation of the galvanized sheet in the conveying process is completed, and in the process of returning the galvanized sheet to the conveying state, the two groups of rollers 12 which rotate reversely clamp and convey the galvanized sheet, so that the galvanized sheet is prevented from returning to the input end;
s4, cutting the galvanized sheet: the positioning mechanism 30 starts to fix the cutting position of the galvanized sheet, and the cutting mechanism 40 starts to cut the galvanized sheet, wherein after the positioning mechanism 30 finishes fixing the cutting position of the galvanized sheet, when the platen 52 moves downwards, the control roller IV 54 contacts with the galvanized sheet, as shown in fig. 7, the platen 52 continues to move downwards, and the galvanized sheet is positioned in the part inside the compensation space, forms a concave trend and is stored in the compensation space, as shown in fig. 8;
s5, repeating the steps S3 and S4 until the galvanized sheet is cut.
According to the cutting method of the galvanized sheet cutting device with the compensation mechanism, the upper and lower positions of the third roller 53 and the fourth roller 54 are adjusted, when the galvanized sheet is conveyed, the third roller 53 is in contact with the sheet material, when the galvanized sheet is assisted to form a concave trend, the fourth roller 54 is in contact with the galvanized sheet material, abrasion of the sheet material is reduced, the speed of the galvanized sheet in recovering the conveying state is improved, and the period time of the galvanized sheet cutting is shortened.

the cutting mechanism (40) comprises a cutting knife (42) which moves in a reciprocating mode, and the cutting knife (42) is matched with the cutting platform (20) and the pressing piece (33) to complete cutting of the galvanized plate;
a compensating mechanism (50), wherein the compensating mechanism (50) is arranged between the conveying mechanism (10) and the cutting platform (20), the compensating mechanism (50) comprises a bedplate (52) which moves reciprocally in the up-down direction, the bedplate (52) has the highest position, and when the bedplate (52) is lower than the highest position, a compensating space is formed between the conveying mechanism (10) and the cutting platform (20);
the compensating mechanism (50) further comprises a third telescopic part (51) driving the platen (52) to reciprocate in the up-down direction, a third roller (53) arranged in a rotating manner and a fourth roller (54) arranged in a rotating manner, the fourth roller (54) is positioned above the third roller (53), and the galvanized sheet passes through the space between the third roller (53) and the fourth roller (54);
the compensation mechanism (50) further comprises an adjusting piece which drives the third roller (53) and the fourth roller (54) to move up and down;
the adjusting piece comprises a frame body (56) connected with the bedplate (52), two ends of the frame body (56) are overturned and extend to form a plate body (561), a cylinder body (562) is arranged on the plate body (561), an electromagnet I (58 a) is arranged in the cylinder body (562) above, and an electromagnet II (58 b) is arranged in the cylinder body (562) below;
the roller III (53) and the roller IV (54) are both rotationally connected with a block body (55), the block body (55) penetrates through the frame body (56) and is connected with the same rod body (57), and the two ends of the rod body (57) are both arranged to be magnetic material ends and are respectively inserted into corresponding cylinder bodies (562).

4. The galvanized sheet cutting apparatus with compensation mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the cutting platform (20) comprises a support table one (21), the cutting mechanism (40) and the positioning mechanism (30) being located above the support table one (21);
the two sides of the first supporting table (21) are respectively provided with a second supporting table (22), the second supporting table (22) is in running fit with a second roller (23), and the second supporting table (22) is provided with a second driving piece for driving the second roller (23) to rotate.
