when the movable member 16 is reset upwards, the extrusion rod 1901 extrudes the connecting disc 1902 and the first air bag 20 again, the second air bag 22 is expanded and drives the pushing block 23 and the saw tooth strip 25 to move, the movable seat 2701 is reset, the connecting groove 28 and the through hole 29 are in an open state, and when the pressing member 1201 is reset upwards, the generated suction negative pressure can enable the soap liquid in the liquid outlet pump head 4 to pass through the through hole 29 on the movable seat 2701 and finally enter the installation seat 9, so that the normal recovery of the soap liquid is realized.

the pressing mechanism (12) is arranged at the bottom of the butt joint column (8), the pressing mechanism (12) comprises a pressing piece (1201) and a first through groove (1202), the pressing piece (1201) is fixedly connected with the butt joint column (8), the first through groove (1202) is formed in the pressing piece (1201), and a positioning sheet (13) is arranged on the outer side of the pressing piece (1201);
the suction piece (11) further comprises a positioning rod (1103), the positioning rod (1103) and the plugging ball (1102) are integrally arranged, the positioning rod (1103) is in sliding connection with the suction pipe (1101), and meanwhile, the suction pipe (1101) is fixedly connected with the butt joint seat (10);
the pressing mechanism (12) further comprises a pressing piece (1203) and a first spring (1204), the pressing piece (1203) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the pressing piece (1201), and the first spring (1204) is arranged at the bottom of the pressing piece (1201);
the outer surface of the pressing piece (1201) is mutually attached to the outer surface of the positioning sheet (13), the outer wall of the positioning sheet (13) is fixedly connected with a sliding block (14), and the inner thread of the sliding block (14) is connected with a threaded rod (15);
the inner side of the first spring (1204) is provided with a movable piece (16), the movable piece (16) is arranged in the butt joint seat (10), the bottom of the movable piece (16) is provided with a second spring (17), and meanwhile, the inside of the movable piece (16) is provided with a butt joint mechanism (18);
