Description

材料温度的测量是至关重要的,无论是对于确定该材料的物理性质或其他性质,还是在许多过程中都是如此。对于封闭在管道、导管、软管和其他容器内的材料,直接测量温度需要侵入性测量技术,如果没有位于容器内的传感器是无法进行侵入性测量的。在许多情况下,温度随整个外壳的体积而变化,创建精确的温度测量需要多个侵入性过程,这在连续处理中是不可能的,这种测量会干扰处理过程,往往使测量不可能实现。

超声波的吸收是将一部分声能转化为热量的结果。在任何非绝对零度温度的材料中,粒子由于材料的热量而随机运动。随着温度的升高,粒子的活性也会增加。当超声波通过材料传播时,它会激发粒子运动。当这些颗粒与未被激发的颗粒碰撞时,能量被传递,使它们振荡得更快,并传播更远的距离。这种运动在声波传递后仍然存在,所以传递波的能量在材料中被转化为热量。

Claims (15)
1.一种在分层环境中测量温度的***,其特征在于,所述***包括:
第一超声波换能器,所述第一超声波换能器垂直放置于第一层外表面的第一位置;以及
至少一个第二超声波换能器,所述第二超声波换能器垂直放置于所述第一层外表面的第二位置,其中所述第一超声波换能器和至少一个所述第二超声波换能器与计算机处理器、电源和计算机可读存储器相联,并且所述处理器配置为:
测量所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的厚度;
测量所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的外表面温度;
根据所述厚度和所述外表面温度,确定所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的阻抗;并且
确定第二层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置之间的温度梯度,其中所述温度梯度通过所述第一超声波换能器和至少一个所述第二超声波换能器确定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的***,其特征在于,所述第一超声波换能器和至少一个所述第二超声波换能器彼此直接相对地放置在所述外表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的***,其特征在于,所述第一超声波换能器和至少一个所述第二超声波换能器围绕外表面均匀间隔。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的***,其特征在于,所述第一超声波换能器发出超声信号,所述超声信号穿过所述第一层和所述第二层后由至少一个所述第二超声波换能器接收。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的***,其特征在于,至少一个所述第二超声波换能器发出超声信号,所述超声信号穿过所述第一层和所述第二层后由所述第一超声波换能器接收。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的***,其特征在于,每个超声波换能器发送一个超声信号,所述超声信号穿过所述第一层和第二层后由每个其他所述超声波换能器接收。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5或6所述的***,其特征在于,所述测量所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的厚度包括:
在所述第一层的所述外表面和所述内表面之间,通过所述第一超声波换能器发送第一超声信号;
通过所述第一超声波换能器接收所述第一超声信号,其中所述第一超声信号是由所述第一层的所述内表面反射形成;
在所述第一层的所述外表面和所述内表面之间,通过至少一个所述第二超声波换能器发送至少一个第二超声信号;以及
通过至少一个所述第二超声波换能器接收至少一个所述第二超声信号,至少一个所述第二超声信号是由所述第一层的内表面反射形成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的***,其特征在于,所述第一超声信号和至少一个所述第二超声信号具有与所述第一层的厚度相对应的半波长,所述厚度是在所述第一层的所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的厚度。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的***,其特征在于,所述测量所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的外表面温度包括:
通过所述第一超声波换能器和至少一个所述第二超声波换能器来确定所述第一超声信号和至少一个所述第二超声信号的速度;以及
将所述第一超声信号和至少一个所述第二超声信号的速度与在冰点温度时空气中的恒定声速相关联。
10.根据权利要求9所述的***,其特征在于,所述确定所述第一层在所述第一位置和至少一个所述第二位置的阻抗包括:
测量反射的所述第一超声信号和至少一个所述第二超声信号的能量;并且
对测量的所述能量与所述第一层的材料密度值因式分解。
11.一种在分层环境中测量温度的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
测量第一层在至少一个位置的厚度;
测量所述第一层在至少一个所述位置的外表面温度;
根据所述厚度和所述外表面温度,确定所述第一层在第一位置和至少一个第二位置的阻抗;
根据至少一个所述位置的所述阻抗和所述外表面温度,计算所述第一层在至少一个所述位置的内表面温度;以及
确定第二层的至少一个温度梯度,所述第二层与所述第一层接触。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,测量第一层的厚度的步骤包括:
超声波换能器发送超声信号至所述第一层的外表面和所述第一层的内表面之间;并且
所述超声波换能器接收由所述第一层内表面反射的所述超声信号。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述超声波换能器发送的所述超声信号具有与所述第一层的所述厚度相对应的半波长。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述测量所述第一层在至少一个所述位置的外表面温度的步骤包括:
所述超声波换能器确定所述超声信号的速度;并且,
将所述超声信号的所述速度与在冰点温度时空气中的恒定声速相关联。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述计算所述第一层在至少一个所述位置的阻抗的步骤包括:
测量反射的所述超声信号的能量;并且
对测量的所述能量与所述第一层的材料密度值因式分解。
