Detailed Description
As discussed in the background, at the present stage, access cabinet matching recommendation is mainly performed according to historical use of users, geographic coordinates and address texts. The specific matching recommendation logic is as follows: 1) According to the user address, if the used access cabinet records exist, directly recommending the access cabinet with the nearest time; 2) If no use record exists, returning all access cabinets within a certain range according to the address coordinates of the user, and if the access cabinet is single, directly returning; if a plurality of access cabinets are available, the most similar access cabinets are returned according to the similarity matching between the names of the access cabinets and the texts of the addresses of the users. Thus, at cold start, the accuracy of the text similarity calculation will be extremely dependent. Because the name of the access cabinet generally adopts the name of the park, if the address of the user is not clearly filled, or the address of the user is irrelevant to the park (such as the express cabinet is in the Beijing scientific creation park, but the address of the user is filled in a 'constant-current building' in the park), accurate recommendation cannot be realized.
In view of this, the present disclosure provides an information processing method, apparatus, storage medium, and electronic device.
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
It should be noted that, all actions for acquiring signals, information or data in the present disclosure are performed under the condition of conforming to the corresponding data protection rule policy of the country of the location and obtaining the authorization given by the owner of the corresponding device.
The information processing method provided by the disclosure can be applied to various scenes. For example, the information processing method provided by the present disclosure may be applied to a take-out distribution scenario, and when a user selects a receiving address on a take-out order page, whether to recommend a meal access point (i.e., an access point) may be determined according to the receiving address; or after the user newly adds the receiving address or modifies the receiving address, whether to recommend the meal point is determined according to the newly added receiving address or the modified receiving address.
For another example, the information processing method provided by the disclosure can be further applied to an express delivery scene, and when a user selects a receiving address in an online purchase order page, whether express cabinet point location (i.e., access point location) recommendation is performed can be determined according to the receiving address; or after the user newly adds the receiving address or modifies the receiving address, whether the express cabinet point position recommendation is performed or not can be determined according to the newly added receiving address or the modified receiving address.
Of course, the information processing method provided by the present disclosure may also be applied to other scenes such as a travel scene, an express delivery, etc., and is not disclosed without specific limitation.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method of information processing according to an exemplary embodiment. The method can be applied to a server and a user terminal. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following S101 and S102.
In S101, in response to determining that the receiving address does not include the access point location information, a target region of interest corresponding to the receiving address is determined.
In this disclosure, a plurality of access bins in close proximity are considered to be one access point. In the takeaway delivery scene, the access point position is an access dining point position, and in the express delivery scene, the access point position is an express cabinet point position.
When the user adds the receiving address, modifies the receiving address or selects the receiving address in the order page, whether the newly added receiving address, the modified receiving address or the receiving address selected in the order page contains the access point information can be judged. If the receiving address does not contain the access point information, the access point recommendation is not performed; if the receiving address does not contain the access point location information, determining a target interest area corresponding to the receiving address, and recommending the access point location according to the target interest area.
In S102, in the case where the access point is stored in the target region of interest, at least one target access point matching the receiving address is determined from the access points in the target region of interest.
In the present disclosure, a target access point location corresponding to a target region of interest may be determined according to a pre-established correspondence (one-to-one or one-to-many) between the region of interest and the access point locations. If the number of the target access points corresponding to the target interest area is zero, determining that no access point exists in the target interest area; and if the number of the target access points corresponding to the target interest area is one or more, determining the memory access point in the target interest area.
Under the condition that no access point exists in the target interest area, no access point recommendation is carried out; and under the condition that the access point position is stored in the target region of interest, determining at least one target access point position matched with the receiving address from the access point positions in the target region of interest, so as to recommend the access point position.
In the technical scheme, in response to determining that the receiving address does not contain the access point location information, determining a target interest area corresponding to the receiving address; and under the condition that the memory of the target region of interest accesses the point, determining at least one target access point matched with the receiving address from the access points in the target region of interest. Because the access point location matching is carried out based on the target interest area corresponding to the receiving address, the problem that the matching accuracy is affected due to the fact that the receiving address is not associated with the park where the receiving address is located in the text matching method can be avoided, accurate recommendation of the access point location can be achieved, user experience is improved, and meanwhile exposure degree and cabinet entering conversion of the access point location are improved. In addition, the problem that the matched access point position exceeds the area (such as a district) where the user is located can be avoided, and the convenience of subsequent fetching of the user is improved.
The following describes in detail the specific embodiment of the target region of interest corresponding to the determined delivery address in S101. Specifically, this can be achieved by the following steps 1) and 2):
1) And determining the region of interest in which the geographic coordinates corresponding to the receiving address are located.
2) And determining a target interest area corresponding to the receiving address from the interest areas where the geographic coordinates corresponding to the receiving address are located.
In the present disclosure, when the region of interest in which the geographic coordinate corresponding to the receiving address is located is one, the region of interest in which the geographic coordinate corresponding to the receiving address is located may be directly determined as the target region of interest corresponding to the receiving address.
And under the condition that the areas of interest where the geographic coordinates corresponding to the receiving addresses are located are multiple, determining the target areas of interest corresponding to the receiving addresses from the areas of interest where the geographic coordinates corresponding to the receiving addresses are located in a plurality of modes.
In one embodiment, the region of interest with the largest area among the regions of interest where the geographic coordinates are located may be determined as the target region of interest corresponding to the receiving address.
In another embodiment, the region of interest with the most order related among the regions of interest where the geographic coordinates are located may be determined as the target region of interest corresponding to the receiving address.
In still another embodiment, the region of interest with the highest text similarity between the name and the receiving address among the regions of interest where the geographic coordinates are located may be determined as the target region of interest corresponding to the receiving address.
The specific construction mode of the correspondence between the region of interest and the access point is described in detail below. In one embodiment, the correspondence between the region of interest and the access point may be determined according to the location information of each access point and the location information of the region of interest.
Specifically, for each region of interest, according to the location information of each access point and the location information of the region of interest, the access point located in the region of interest may be determined, and the access point located in the region of interest is used as the access point corresponding to the region of interest. Wherein one access point location corresponds to one region of interest and one region of interest corresponds to at least one access point location. In general, an access point is located in an area of interest or at an edge, and a correspondence between the access point and the area of interest can be determined. When one access point is located at the inner part or the edge position of at least two interest areas at the same time, in order to determine the corresponding relation between the access point and the interest areas, the receiving address corresponding to the historical order can be obtained, and the corresponding relation between the access point and the interest areas is determined according to the receiving address. If the receiving address is located in an interest area, the interest area where the receiving address is located can be used as an interest area corresponding to the access point; if the receiving address is located in at least two regions of interest, the region of interest may be selected as the region of interest corresponding to the access point according to the area information, the creation time information, etc. of the region of interest, for example, the region of interest with the largest area among the at least two regions of interest where the receiving address is located may be taken as the region of interest corresponding to the corresponding access point.
The following describes in detail the specific embodiment of determining at least one target access point matching the receiving address from the access points in the target interest area in S102.
In one embodiment, all access points within the target region of interest may be determined directly as target access points that match the shipping address.
In another embodiment, in order to improve the conversion rate of the access points, when the access points in the target interest area are multiple, N access points closest to the receiving address among the access points in the target interest area may be determined as the target access points matched with the receiving address. Wherein n+.1, e.g., n=2.
In yet another embodiment, an access point in the target region of interest having a first distance from the receiving address less than the target distance may be determined as a target access point matching the receiving address. Therefore, the rationality of access point recommendation can be improved, the problem that a user is unwilling to pick up goods due to the fact that the matched target access point is too far away from the goods receiving address is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In yet another embodiment, an access point having a first distance from the receiving address that is smaller than the target distance from among the access points in the target region of interest may be determined as a candidate access point; if the number of candidate access points is less than or equal to M, determining all candidate access points as target access points matched with the receiving address, wherein M is greater than or equal to 2, for example, n=3; if the number of the candidate access points is greater than M, determining M access points closest to the receiving address among the candidate access points as target access points matched with the receiving address. Therefore, the rationality of access point recommendation can be further improved, the problem that a user is unwilling to pick up goods due to the fact that the matched target access point is far away from the receiving address is avoided, and the user experience is further improved.
The specific determination mode of the target distance is described in detail below. Specifically, this may be achieved in various ways, and in one embodiment, a preset distance threshold (e.g., 200 meters) preset by the user may be set as the target distance.
In another embodiment, the target distance may be determined from historical order information. Specifically, the present invention can be realized by the following steps (1) to (3):
(1) A plurality of historical order information is acquired, wherein the historical order information comprises a historical receiving address and a historical access point.
(2) For each historical order information, a second distance between the historical receiving address and the historical access point in the historical order information is determined.
(3) The maximum value of all the second distances is determined as the target distance.
According to the historical order information, the target distance is determined, so that the target distance is closer to the actual tolerable goods taking distance of the user, the recommended rationality can be further improved, the situation that the user is not willing to take goods is reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
After determining at least one target access point location matched with the receiving address through the S102, the at least one target access point location may be displayed through the user terminal, so that the user may select the best access point location independently, and the situation that the user cannot find the table when picking up the goods is reduced. When the above information processing method is applied to the user terminal, after determining at least one target access point matched with the receiving address through the above S102, the at least one target access point matched with the receiving address may be directly displayed on the user terminal; when the information processing method is applied to the server, after determining at least one target access point matching the receiving address through the step S102, the server may send the at least one target access point matching the receiving address to the user terminal, so that the at least one target access point matching the receiving address is displayed on the user terminal.
The following describes the specific embodiment of the at least one target access point shown by the ue. In particular, the foregoing at least one target access point may be displayed by the user terminal in a list manner in one embodiment.
For example, the number of target access points is plural, and at this time, the at least one target access point may be displayed in order of distance from the receiving address from near to far.
In addition, when the at least one target access point is displayed in a list manner, besides the name of the target access point, the azimuth information of the target access point relative to the receiving address and the geographical position text information of the target access point can be displayed. Therefore, the user can conveniently and quickly know the information of each target access point through the list, so that the appropriate access point can be quickly selected as the terminal delivery place, and the situation that the user cannot find the dinner taking cabinet when picking up goods can be reduced.
In another embodiment, at least one target access point location may be presented on a map by a user terminal (S103 as shown in fig. 2). Therefore, the user can intuitively know the geographic position of each target access point, so that the appropriate access point can be quickly selected as the terminal delivery place, and the situation that the user cannot find the dinner taking cabinet when taking goods can be reduced.
The following describes in detail a specific embodiment in which the user terminal displays at least one target access point on a map. Specifically, in one embodiment, after determining at least one target access point matching the receiving address in S102, the at least one target access point may be displayed on a map by the user terminal.
In another embodiment, after determining at least one target access point matching with the receiving address in S102, the user terminal may output a prompt message for prompting the user to add the target access point; after receiving an addition confirmation instruction of a user to the target access point, the user terminal displays at least one target access point on the map.
Specifically, when the above information processing method is applied to the user terminal, after determining at least one target access point matching with the receiving address through the above S102, prompt information for prompting the user to add the target access point is directly output on the user terminal. When the information processing method is applied to the server, after determining at least one target access point matching the receiving address through the S102, the server may send the at least one target access point to the user terminal; and after receiving the at least one target access point, the user terminal outputs prompt information for prompting the user to add the target access point.
After outputting the prompt information for prompting the user to add the target access point, the user can select whether to add the target access point or not through an add access point button. If the user does not select, the user terminal does not receive an addition confirmation instruction of the user to the target access point, and at the moment, the target access point display is not performed; if the user selects to add the target access point, the user terminal receives an addition confirmation instruction of the user to the target access point, and at this time, the target access point can be displayed. In this way, it is more humanized.
For example, the user may be prompted to add the target access point in the form of a bubble popup, in which an "add access point" button may be displayed.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to another exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the above method may include the following S104.
In S104, after receiving a selection instruction for instructing the user to select an access point from at least one target access point, the receiving address is updated to the selected access point.
After the at least one target access point location determined in S102 is displayed by the user terminal, the user may select an appropriate access point location through the user terminal, and after receiving the selection of the user, the user terminal generates a selection instruction for indicating the access point location selected by the user from the at least one target access point location, and then updates the receiving address to the selected access point location.
In the above embodiment, after receiving the selection instruction for indicating the access point selected by the user from the at least one target access point, the receiving address is updated to the selected access point, so that standardization of the address of the access cabinet can be realized, communication cost between the dispatcher and the user and the situation of misplacing the cabinet are reduced, and user experience is further improved.
In addition, when the method is applied to the takeout delivery scene, if a user has a plurality of available receiving addresses in the delivery range of the merchant, the order placing address can be temporarily selected from the order page, and at this time, whether each available receiving address contains the access point location information can be judged. If only one receiving address containing the access point information exists in the available receiving addresses, the available receiving address containing the access point information is used as a default ordering address, and at the moment, access point recommendation is not performed any more; if a plurality of receiving addresses containing access point information exist in the plurality of available receiving addresses, displaying a target access point matched with each available receiving address containing the access point information on a map through the user terminal so as to enable a user to select the access point.
