Abstract
The invention discloses special lubricating grease for a bearing of a drill grinder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the special lubricating grease is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of base oil, wherein the base oil is one or a mixture of mineral lubricating oil and synthetic lubricating oil; 10-20 parts of thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent is a composition of isocyanate and organic amine, the isocyanate is one or more of monoisocyanate, diisocyanate, triisocyanate or polyisocyanate, and the organic amine is one or more of octadecylamine, dodecyl amine, cyclohexylamine or p-xylylenediamine; 1-3 parts of tackifier, wherein the tackifier is one or more of polyisobutylene, natural rubber or polymethacrylate. The invention also specifically discloses a preparation method of the special lubricating grease for the bearing of the drill grinder. The lubricating grease prepared by the invention has the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong adhesion, good shear stability, excellent performance and good market value.

step S2: mixing and stirring 1/2 base oil and cyclohexylamine, heating to 75-85 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and adding p-xylylenediamine after keeping the temperature;
step S3: uniformly stirring and mixing the product obtained in the step S1 and the product obtained in the step S2, heating to 100 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 1 hour, and heating to 130 ℃ and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes;
step S4: cooling to 80-100deg.C, adding polyisobutene, stirring, mixing, degassing at 80deg.C, and discharging fat.

By comparative analysis of examples 1-4, the difference in properties of the resulting greases was evident under the same mass parts of raw materials and the same preparation conditions: the grease prepared in example 1 has the best indexes such as cone penetration, dropping point and the like after detection. The greases prepared in examples 2 and 3 were generally used for each performance index. The grease prepared in example 4 had the worst performance indexes. Further description: the diisocyanate MDI + cyclohexylamine + p-xylylenediamine is the thickener solution being the most preferred solution.

Claims (4)
1. The special lubricating grease for the bearing of the drill grinder is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
80-90 parts of base oil, wherein the base oil is one or a mixture of mineral lubricating oil and synthetic lubricating oil;
10-20 parts of thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent is a composition of isocyanate and organic amine, the isocyanate is one or more of monoisocyanate, diisocyanate, triisocyanate or polyisocyanate, and the organic amine is one or more of octadecylamine, dodecyl amine, cyclohexylamine or p-xylylenediamine;
1-3 parts of tackifier, wherein the tackifier is one or more of polyisobutylene, natural rubber or polymethacrylate.
2. The grease for bearings of drill grinders according to claim 1, wherein: the weight ratio of the isocyanate to the organic amine is 1-2:1.
3. The grease for bearings of drill grinders according to claim 1, wherein: the isocyanate is diisocyanate KDI or MDI.
