When the pushing mechanism 5 works, the guide post 5b is driven to move downwards, the guide post 5b drives the pulling shaft 6a to move downwards, the pulling shaft 6a pulls the connecting frame 6b to rotate along the rotating shaft 6c, the connecting frame 6b can drive the transposition track two 14 to rotate, and finally the transposition track two 14 is vertically arranged in a rotating mode by 90 degrees. In this way, the second transposition rail 14 is driven to move, so that the parallel adjustment between the second transposition rail 14 and the first transposition rail 13 is easier to control when the two transposition rails are in butt joint. Even if the dislocation error occurs in long-term use, the initial position of the output end of the hydraulic push rod 5c is only adjusted.
When the device is used, firstly, a worker pushes the longitudinal sliding seat 4 provided with the nickel screen 11 onto the first transposition track 13, and then the longitudinal sliding seat is fixed by the first clamping mechanism arranged on the side surface of the first transposition track 13. The longitudinal carriage 4 originally located on the first indexing rail 13 is pushed onto the second indexing rail 14, and the second clamping mechanism on the second indexing rail 14 fixes the second clamping mechanism. The nickel screen 11 cut and high-pressure flushed on the second shifting rail 14 is fed together with the longitudinal carriage 4 onto the third shifting rail 15.
The longitudinal sliding seat 4 is pushed downwards by the pushing mechanism 5, so that the multi-layer nickel screen 11 is inserted into the ultrasonic cleaning box 10, and dirt on the nickel screen 11 is cleaned by the ultrasonic cleaning box 10. And the pressing mechanism 5 moves and drives the second transposition rail 14 to rotate, after the nickel screen 11 positioned on the second transposition rail 14 rotates, dirt on the nickel screen 11 is cleaned through the high-pressure spray gun, and each layer of nickel screen 11 is cleaned, and the cutting mechanism cuts the layer of nickel screen 11 to form the strip-shaped nickel screen 11.
When the nickel screen 11 is initially installed on the clamping columns 1, four ends of the nickel screen 11 are respectively inserted into the four clamping columns 1, and the clamping columns 1 are pushed outwards through the clamping column pushing mechanism 2, so that the four ends of the nickel screen 11 are tightly supported outwards by the clamping columns 1. And in the pushing process of the clamping column pushing mechanism 2, the clamping column driving mechanism 3 is driven to move, so that the driving column 1c is pulled upwards, the multi-layer bulges 1a are opened simultaneously, and the bottom of the multi-layer nickel screen 11 is limited.
