Further, according to the object goods information, the lighting lamps associated with the corresponding object goods shelf sorting grids are controlled to be lighted, so that a sorter can conveniently and rapidly take out the object goods from the object goods shelf sorting grids, and the goods taking efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, which illustrates a cargo sorting device 300 according to an embodiment of the present application, the cargo sorting device 300 may be applied to a terminal device 400 in a cargo sorting system as illustrated in fig. 1, and the cargo sorting device 300 illustrated in fig. 4 will be described in detail below by taking the terminal device 400 as an example, where the cargo sorting device 300 may include an acquisition module 310, a bin determination module 320, and a lighting instruction sending module 330.
The acquiring module 310 may be configured to acquire target cargo information of a target cargo; the bin determination module 320 may be configured to determine a corresponding target shelf sorting bin according to the target cargo information; the lighting instruction sending module 330 may be configured to send a lighting instruction to the lighting fixture associated with the target shelf sorting bin, so that the sorter sorts the target cargo to the target shelf sorting bin according to the lighting state of the lighting fixture.
In some embodiments, the cargo sorting device 300 may further include a sorting determination module and a light-out instruction transmission module.
The sort determination module may be configured to determine whether the target good has been sorted to a target shelf sort bin; the light-off instruction sending module may be configured to send a light-off instruction to the lighting fixture when it is determined that the target cargo has been sorted to the target rack sorting bin, and the light-off instruction may be configured to instruct the lighting fixture to switch the light-on state to the light-off state.
In some embodiments, the sort determination module may include a sending unit and a determining unit.
The sending unit can be used for sending a shielding detection instruction to the laser radar corresponding to the target goods shelf sorting grid, wherein the shielding detection instruction is used for indicating the laser radar to detect whether the target goods shelf sorting grid sorts the shielding state of the target goods, so as to obtain a corresponding shielding state detection result and returning the shielding state detection result; the determining unit may be configured to determine whether the target cargo has been sorted to the target rack sorting bin according to the shielding state detection result.
In some embodiments, the determination unit may include a first determination subunit and a second determination subunit.
The first determining subunit may be configured to determine that the target cargo has been sorted to the target shelf sorting bin when the occlusion status detection result is that the occlusion detection result exists; the second determining subunit may be configured to determine that the target cargo is not sorted to the target shelf sorting bin when the occlusion status detection result is that the occlusion detection result does not exist.
In some embodiments, the cargo sorting device 300 may further include a flashing instruction transmitting module and an executing module.
The flashing instruction sending module can be used for sending a flashing instruction to the lighting lamp when the fact that the target goods are not sorted to the sorting grid of the target goods shelf is determined, so that the lighting lamp flashes according to the flashing instruction; the execution module may be configured to execute the step of determining whether the target good has been sorted to the target rack sorting bin.
In some implementations, the bezel determination module 320 may include a lookup unit.
The searching unit can be used for searching a preset shelf sorting grid table according to the target goods information to obtain a corresponding target shelf sorting grid, and the preset shelf sorting grid is used for representing the corresponding relation between the goods information and the shelf sorting grid.
In some embodiments, the acquisition module may include an acquisition unit and an identification unit.
The acquisition unit may be configured to acquire an identification code image of the target cargo; the identification unit can be used for carrying out image identification on the identification code image to obtain corresponding target cargo information.

The computer readable storage medium 600 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Optionally, the computer readable storage medium 600 comprises a non-volatile computer readable medium (non-transitory computer-readable storage medium). The computer readable storage medium 600 has storage space for program code 610 that performs any of the method steps described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. Program code 610 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.
Referring to FIG. 7, a block diagram of a computer program product 700 according to an embodiment of the application is shown. The computer program product 700 includes a computer program/instructions 710, the computer program/instructions 710 being stored in a computer readable storage medium of a computer device. When the computer program product 700 is run on a computer device, the processor of the computer device reads the computer program/instructions 710 from the computer readable storage medium, and the processor executes the computer program/instructions 710, causing the computer device to perform the method described in the method embodiments described above.

Claims (10)

1. A method of sorting goods, comprising:
acquiring target cargo information of target cargo;
determining a corresponding target goods shelf sorting grid according to the target goods information;
and sending a lighting instruction to the lighting lamp associated with the sorting grid of the target goods shelf, so that the sorter sorts the target goods to the sorting grid of the target goods shelf according to the lighting state of the lighting lamp.
2. The method of sorting cargoes as defined in claim 1, further comprising:
determining whether the target good has been sorted to the target shelf sort bin;
and when the target goods are determined to be sorted to the sorting grid of the target goods shelf, sending a light-out instruction to the lighting lamp, wherein the light-out instruction is used for instructing the lighting lamp to switch the light-on state to the light-out state.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining whether the target good has been sorted to the target shelf sort bin comprises:
sending a shielding detection instruction to a laser radar corresponding to the target goods shelf sorting grid, wherein the shielding detection instruction is used for indicating the laser radar to detect whether the target goods shelf sorting grid sorts the shielding state of the target goods, obtaining a corresponding shielding state detection result and returning the shielding state detection result;
And determining whether the target goods are sorted to the sorting lattice of the target goods shelf according to the shielding state detection result.
4. A method of sorting goods according to claim 3, wherein said determining whether the target goods have been sorted to the target shelf sorting bin based on the occlusion status detection result comprises:
