Description

House formed by floor and wall integrated forming components and construction method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, relates to building components, and in particular relates to a house formed by integrally forming building surfaces and walls and a building method.
Background
The increasing demand for building construction work today has significantly prompted the development of reinforced concrete elements. The traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure needs to be bound with steel bars on site, the formwork is disassembled after the concrete is poured, the site labor is more, and the construction period is long. Under the conditions of accelerating the urban process and increasing the building industrialization level, the method not only relates to the structural design and performance requirements of reinforced concrete members, but also puts forward higher requirements on the preparation process of the members, the installation rationality and the like.
In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the traditional reinforced concrete structure system and meet the requirements of building construction, a more reasonable scheme is necessary to be sought in the structure process and the construction method, so that the structural building with the advantages of investment saving, reasonable structure, simple processing and convenient construction is formed.

7. The house of claim 1, wherein the external wall panels in the two-span, three-span, four-span forming members can form a composite insulation decorative integrated external wall on the outside.
8. The house of claim 1, wherein the two-span, three-span, four-span forming members are assembled layer by layer to form an assembled multi-layer space structure, thereby constructing a house consisting of floor and wall integrated forming members.
9. The house of claim 1, wherein the house may further comprise a precast reinforced concrete integral stairwell, wherein the integral stairwell comprises wall panels, tread boards and rest boards, and the integral stairwell may be constructed as a two-run stairwell comprising two tread boards between two floor layers and an intermediate rest board, or as a three-run stairwell comprising three tread boards between two floor layers and a rest board between tread boards, depending on design requirements; the integral stairwell, the reinforced concrete prefabricated profiled member and the common precast concrete floor slab member are installed on a construction site to form an integral house.
10. A method of constructing a house comprising integrally formed components of a floor and wall as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) Manufacturing two-span, three-span and/or four-span forming components and an optional prefabricated reinforced concrete integral stairwell, wherein the two-span, three-span and/or four-span forming components and the integral stairwell are optionally provided with pre-buried connecting elements respectively;
(2) Transporting the two-, three-and/or four-span profiled elements and optionally the prefabricated reinforced concrete integral stairwell to a building site;
(3) Hoisting two-span, three-span and/or four-span forming components and optional prefabricated reinforced concrete integral stairwells in place on a house base surface according to design requirements, forming horizontal connection between the components and vertical connection between the components and a lower layer by using the pre-buried connecting elements according to design requirements, and pouring concrete in cavities between walls to form fixed connection, so that a single-layer space structure formed by assembling the floor and the wall integral forming components is formed;
(4) According to the requirement, the two-span, three-span and/or four-span forming components and the optional prefabricated reinforced concrete integral stairwell can be hoisted in place above the single-layer space structure, the horizontal connection between the components and the vertical connection between the components and the lower layer can be formed by using the pre-buried connecting elements according to the design requirement, and then concrete is poured in the cavities between the walls and above the floor according to the requirement to form fixed connection, so that the multi-layer space structure formed by integrally forming the floor and the wall is formed layer by layer;
(5) And constructing a top layer according to the design above the multi-layer space structure, thereby forming a single-layer or multi-layer house formed by integrally forming the building floor and the wall.
