Background
The shoulder joint is the part connecting the upper limb and the trunk, and includes the scapula joint, the humerus and the joint capsule. In order to express the axis along which the displacement track of the bone moves when the joint moves, the human body can be provided with three typical mutually perpendicular axes, namely, the sagittal axis is a horizontal line in the front-back direction, the coronal axis is a horizontal line in the left-right direction, the vertical axis is a line mutually perpendicular to the horizontal line in the up-down direction, and the shoulder joint is a typical multi-axis ball socket and can perform triaxial movement. Because the mobility of the shoulder joint is large and the surrounding joint capsule is relatively loose, the stability of the shoulder joint is insufficient and dislocation is liable to occur.
The shoulder joint needs to be reset in time to prevent further damage after dislocation, and the conventional resetting method in the prior art comprises a suspension method, a pedal method and the like. Wherein, the suspension method is as follows: the arm of the patient is suspended by adopting a weight, so that the muscle of the arm is relaxed and then reset; the pedal method is as follows: the doctor straightens the knee joint to prop the heel in the armpit of the wounded side of the patient, and the doctor grabs the arm of the patient to pull and rotate, so that the shoulder joint is reset.
In the existing conventional resetting method, the time used for the suspension method is long, and other conventional resetting methods require a stable resetting technology for a doctor, once the operation force and the operation angle of the doctor are improper, the shoulder joint is even damaged when the successful resetting is serious, the learning time of the doctor on the shoulder joint resetting method is long, the method is difficult to keep in a stable state, and therefore an auxiliary instrument is required to cooperate with the shoulder joint resetting to reduce the operation difficulty of the shoulder joint resetting.
