In a specific embodiment of the present application, after the terminal a receives the request information of the terminal B, the terminal needs to determine the first resource to indicate to the terminal B in the cooperation information. And because the resource selection procedure is implemented on the basis of the resource pool, the terminal needs to determine the first resource based on which resource pool the resource selection is made. First, terminal a may select a resource pool that receives the request information as the resource pool that determines the first resource, which may be predefined by the protocol or preconfigured by the network.
In addition, the terminal may determine an appropriate resource pool according to the first parameter of the resource pool and the resource selection window range indicated by the received request information. According to the resource pool selection method provided by the embodiment of the application, the execution main body can be the resource pool selection device. In the embodiment of the present application, a method for executing resource pool selection by a resource pool selection device is taken as an example, and the resource pool selection device provided by the embodiment of the present application is described.

In the embodiment of the application, the first resource pool used for sending the request information and/or the cooperation information is selected, so that the first terminal can send based on the selected first resource pool when sending the request information and/or the cooperation information, and can determine relevant indication content based on the selected resource pool, such as indicating the maximum value of the slot offset of first resource location of each TRIV and indicating the ending position of the resource selection window is configured based on the resource pool.

1. A method for selecting a resource pool, comprising:
the first terminal selects a first resource pool for transmitting auxiliary information including at least one of request information and cooperation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first terminal selects a first resource pool for transmitting the collaboration information, comprising at least one of:
the first terminal selects a first resource pool according to first enabling information of the resource pool, wherein the first enabling information is used for indicating whether the resource pool enables at least one of auxiliary link control information SCI format 2-C and a media access control unit MAC CE to send cooperation information;
the first terminal selects a first resource pool according to a first parameter configured by the resource pool, wherein the first parameter is used for indicating a maximum time domain offset value of a first resource position of a time resource indicated value TRIV relative to a first reference position;
The first terminal selects a first resource pool according to the resource pool where the request information is received or the resource pool where the first resource is located, wherein the first resource comprises at least one of recommended resources and non-recommended resources indicated by the cooperation information;
the first terminal selects a first resource pool according to a third resource pool meeting a first preset condition, wherein the third resource pool is any resource pool configured to the terminal;
the first terminal selects a first resource pool according to the target priority configured by the resource pool;
wherein the target priority includes at least one of a priority of the auxiliary information, a priority of the request information, and a priority of the cooperation information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first terminal selects the first resource pool according to a first parameter of a resource pool configuration, comprising:
the first terminal selects a resource pool with a value of a first parameter being greater than or equal to a first value as the first resource pool;
or, the first terminal selects a resource pool with the value of the first parameter being greater than or equal to the second value as the first resource pool;
wherein the first value is determined from at least one of:
A maximum time domain position of the first resource;
a maximum time domain offset value of the first resource relative to a first reference position;
a difference between the maximum time domain position of the first resource and a target value;
a difference between the maximum time domain offset value and a target value;
wherein the second value is determined from at least one of:
an end position of the resource selection window indicated in the request information;
the difference value between the end position of the resource selection window and the target value;
a first offset value of an end position of the resource selection window relative to a first reference position;
a difference between the first offset value and a target value;
the target value is determined from a time domain maximum indication range of the TRIV.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first terminal selects a first resource pool for transmitting request information, comprising at least one of:
the first terminal selects a first resource pool according to a second parameter configured by the resource pool, wherein the second parameter is used for indicating the maximum end position of a resource selection window or indicating the maximum time domain offset value of the end position of the resource selection window relative to a second reference time slot;
The first terminal selects the first resource pool according to at least one of Discontinuous Reception (DRX) configuration of the terminal, periodic configuration of partial sending and periodic configuration of service;

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first terminal selecting the first resource pool according to the second parameter of the resource pool configuration comprises:
the first terminal selects the first resource pool according to the magnitude relation between the value of the second parameter and the third value;
or the first terminal selects the first resource pool according to the time interval between the time corresponding to the second parameter and the time corresponding to the third value;
wherein the third value is determined from at least one of:
The first terminal sends a data packet delay budget PDB of a transmission block or a residual data packet delay budget remaining PDB;
the first terminal pre-configures/configures the latest moment when the cooperation information is received.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the first terminal selects a second resource pool according to a first parameter configured by the resource pool, wherein the first parameter is used for indicating a maximum time domain offset value of a first resource position of a time resource indicated value TRIV relative to a first reference position;
or the first terminal selects a second resource pool according to the resource pool for receiving the request information or sending the cooperation information;
the second resource pool is a resource pool for determining a first resource, and the first resource comprises at least one of recommended resources and non-recommended resources indicated by the cooperation information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first terminal selecting the second resource pool according to the first parameter of the resource pool configuration comprises:
the first terminal selects a resource pool with the value of the first parameter being greater than or equal to a fourth value as the second resource pool;
Or, the first terminal selects a time interval between a time corresponding to the first parameter and a time corresponding to the fourth value, and selects the second resource pool;
wherein the fourth value is determined from at least one of:
an end position of the resource pool indicated in the request information;
and the time domain offset value of the end position of the resource pool indicated in the request information relative to the first reference position.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein when it is determined that the request information indicates end position information of a resource selection window, a value corresponding to the end position of the resource selection window is less than or equal to a fifth value;
wherein the fifth value is determined according to at least one of:
a second parameter of the first resource pool configuration selected by the first terminal and used for sending the request information;
a first parameter of a first resource pool configuration selected by the first terminal and used for sending cooperation information;
the sum of the first parameter and a target value;
wherein the first parameter is used for indicating a maximum time domain offset value of a first resource position of the time resource indication value TRIV relative to a first reference position;
the second parameter is used for indicating the maximum end position of the resource selection window or indicating the maximum time domain offset value of the end position of the resource selection window relative to the second reference time slot;
The target value is determined from a time domain maximum indication range of the TRIV.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the first terminal selects a first resource pool, comprising:
and under the condition that a plurality of first resource pools meeting the requirements exist, the first terminal randomly selects one first resource pool meeting the requirements, or the first terminal selects one first resource pool meeting the requirements according to the ordering information of the first measurement quantity.
10. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that a first preset condition is met, the first terminal executes a first operation;
wherein the first operation includes at least one of:
if the third resource pool is transmitted by a first transmission block at a target time, the cooperation information or the request information is not transmitted on the first transmission block, and the target time is the time of transmitting the cooperation information or the request information;
the auxiliary information is not multiplexed to be sent on a target resource, wherein the target resource is a sending resource of the first terminal in the third resource pool;
triggering a resource reselection process of a first resource, wherein the first resource comprises at least one of recommended resources and non-recommended resources indicated by the cooperation information;
Setting the priority of the auxiliary information as the priority of the auxiliary information configured by the third resource pool or as the target maximum priority;

the time domain position of the first resource of the TRIV, which is required to be indicated by the cooperation information of the first terminal, is larger than the value of the first parameter configured by the third resource pool;
the time domain range of the resource selection window range required to be indicated by the first request information of the first terminal is larger than the value of the second parameter;
the priority of the auxiliary information is higher than that of the auxiliary information configured by the third resource pool;
the priority of the request information is higher than that of the request information configured by the third resource pool;
The priority of the cooperation information is higher than that of the cooperation information configured by the third resource pool;
the third resource pool is not enabled to transmit at least one of the request information and the cooperation information;
the first parameter is used for indicating a maximum time domain offset value of a first resource position of the time resource indicated value TRIV relative to a first reference position;

in the case that the resource pool used for sending the cooperation information is the same as the resource pool used for sending the request information or the resource pool corresponding to the first resource, configuring the priority of the cooperation information MAC CE to be equal to, higher than or lower than the priority of the media access control unit MAC CE sending the request information, or configuring the priority of the cooperation information MAC CE to be a preset priority;
wherein the first resource includes at least one of a recommended resource and a non-recommended resource indicated by the collaboration information.

The method of claim 1, wherein the priority of the MAC CE that sent the request information is determined based on a second parameter of the resource pool, the second parameter being used to indicate an end position of the resource selection window or to indicate a time domain offset value of the end position of the resource selection window relative to a second reference time slot.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the priority of the MAC CE transmitting the request information is determined based on a first parameter of a resource pool, the first parameter being used to indicate a maximum time domain offset value of a first resource location of a time resource indication value TRIV with respect to a first reference location.

a maximum time domain position of the first resource;

wherein the first resource includes at least one of a recommended resource and a non-recommended resource indicated by the collaboration information.

The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the priority of the MAC CE sending the request information is determined based on a second parameter of the resource pool, the second parameter being used to indicate an end position of the resource selection window or a time domain offset value of the end position of the resource selection window relative to a second reference time slot.
