Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The various embodiments and features of the embodiments described below may be combined with one another without conflict.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of steps of an electronic archiving method for urban construction files according to an embodiment of the present application, which is as follows:
in step S100, the original urban construction archive file is collected and tidied, and the collection process comprises checking the integrity and accuracy of the file and identifying any repeated or lost file.
In some embodiments, the original urban archive information is collected by OCR technology, and documents are then organized into logical groups for categorization and differentiation according to the type and content of the original urban archive.
In some embodiments, for various types of documents involved in urban construction projects, such as project design drawings, bidding documents, contracts, reports, etc., may be categorized according to the type of document. For each type of document, a corresponding folder may be created, organizing the same types of documents together. Second, for the same class of documents, further organization and classification may be performed based on the content of the document. For example, for project design drawings, the drawings may be further categorized and organized according to the locations and functions to which the drawings relate. For bidding documents, the documents may be organized according to different stages of bidding bulletins, bidding documents, bid evaluation documents, and the like. Then, in the process of classifying and organizing the documents, the operations of copying, moving, renaming, etc. of the documents can be automatically processed by using a file management tool of a computer. For example, batch scripts and command line tools may be used to automatically copy or move documents into corresponding folders according to certain rules, and to automatically name and tag the documents for subsequent retrieval and use. Finally, in classifying and organizing documents, attention is paid to version management and change records of the documents. Document version control tools, such as Git and SVN, can be employed to manage and track the version of a document to ensure traceability and continuous updating of the document. Through the automatic processing of the computer, various documents related in the urban construction project can be classified and organized, and the efficiency and accuracy of file management are improved. Meanwhile, the version management and the change record of the document are noted, so that the traceability and the continuous updating of the document can be ensured.
Step S110, converting the document into an electronic format, i.e. digitizing the original urban-built archive file to create an electronic copy, which is formatted into a standard file format to ensure compatibility across different platforms and devices.
In some embodiments, the scanned original urban-built archive file is converted into an editable electronic copy in electronic format by OCR technology, and then the electronic copy is classified using an automatic document classification algorithm, and the electronic copy is automatically assigned into different classes by type and content.
In some embodiments, a paper version of the design drawing for an urban construction project requires scanning. Professional scanning equipment can be used for scanning the drawing with high precision so as to ensure the quality and definition of scanned images. Meanwhile, a batch scanning mode can be adopted to scan a plurality of drawings at one time, so that the scanning efficiency is improved. After the drawing is scanned, OCR character recognition is required. OCR software can be used for identifying characters in the drawing, and the identification result is saved as editable text. When OCR recognition is performed, the recognized fonts and font sizes need to be set so as to ensure the accuracy and consistency of recognition results. The OCR recognition result is then correlated with the drawing scan image, which may be used by a database or document management system, for subsequent retrieval and use. In making the association, attention is paid to the format and readability of the recognition results for subsequent text processing and data analysis. Finally, in the process of OCR recognition of the drawing, confidentiality and copyright need to be paid attention to. Aiming at some drawings related to secret or copyright protection, security measures are required to be adopted for processing and storing so as to ensure the safety and legality of the drawings. Through the automatic processing of OCR technology, can scan and discern city construction project design drawing, improve archives management's efficiency and accuracy.
In step S120, the electronic copies are classified and indexed, i.e., the electronic copies are classified and indexed according to the category and the sub-category, and the electronic copies are assigned with the data labels for classification and indexing.
In some implementations, keywords, tags, topics, and content information of the electronic copy are categorized by machine learning or natural language processing techniques. The process of classifying electronic copies by content and usage paths includes classifying by type and project by manually entering data, classifying by using predefined standard classification systems, machine learning algorithms.
In some embodiments, electronic documents of a design are planned for urban construction projects, requiring automatic classification. The content of the document may be analyzed and classified using a text classification algorithm based on machine learning or deep learning. Taking city planning design as an example, documents can be classified into several categories such as city overall planning, regional planning, city design, etc. In text classification, it is necessary to prepare a sufficient number of text samples and train and optimize algorithms to improve classification accuracy and generalization ability. For documents that have already been classified, a labeling process is required. Keywords and phrases in the document may be identified and extracted using natural language processing techniques to generate tags for the document. Taking city overall planning as an example, keywords such as "city overall planning", "city function layout", "road traffic planning" and the like in the document can be used as labels of the document. When labeling, attention is paid to selecting proper keywords and phrases, and deep analysis and abstraction are performed on the document to ensure the accuracy and coverage rate of the label. And then storing and managing the classified and labeled documents. The documents and corresponding classification, tag information may be associated and stored using a document management system or database. In storing and managing, attention is paid to version control and rights management of documents to ensure security and accessibility of documents. In the process of classification and labelling, there is a constant need for optimisation and improvement. The algorithm and the model can be adjusted and improved according to the actual application scene and user feedback so as to improve the classification accuracy and the labeling effect. Through the automatic processing of text classification and labeling technology, the urban construction project planning design scheme can be automatically classified and labeled, and the efficiency and the accuracy of file management are improved. Meanwhile, continuous optimization and improvement are required to adapt to different application scenes and requirements.
Step S130, the electronic copy is stored in the cloud-based storage system, and then the electronic copy is searched by an intelligent search engine according to the keywords or search parameters, wherein the search content comprises the original urban archive file content corresponding to the electronic copy.
In some embodiments, rights and access control mechanisms are established to ensure the security and integrity of documents, including establishing authorization, encryption, audit, and backup mechanisms. The authorization mechanism ensures that only authorized users can access and operate the document, the encryption mechanism protects the security of the document in the transmission and storage processes, the audit mechanism records the access and operation records of the document so as to track and search the history records of the document, and the backup mechanism ensures the reliability of the document in system failure or disaster recovery. And searching related documents from the index according to the query keywords by a search engine, and providing title information, date information, keyword information and category information of the documents by metadata.
In some implementations, when full text searching of documents of a municipal construction project planning design, the documents may be indexed using a full text search engine (e.g., elasticsearch, solr, etc.). And establishing an inverted index table through the index to accelerate the retrieval speed. For a newly uploaded document, it is necessary to index it and store the index result in association with the document. When full text retrieval is performed, a user can input keywords for retrieval, and retrieval results are ranked according to relevance. When the keyword is searched, the keyword can be preset according to the requirement of the user, and the keyword label is carried out on the document. For example, documents of urban planning designs may be labeled as keywords such as "urban overall planning", "regional planning", "urban design", and the like. The user can search according to the set keywords, and the search results are ranked according to the relevance. For documents which have been subjected to full text retrieval and keyword retrieval, the retrieval can be performed through an interface-friendly retrieval interface. The search results will be ranked and filtered according to relevance and other set conditions. For example, the search results may be arranged to be ranked and filtered according to time, document type, document size, etc. to meet different user requirements. In the course of searching, optimization and improvement are required continuously. The search algorithm and the interface can be adjusted and improved according to the actual application scene and user feedback so as to improve the search efficiency and accuracy. Through the application of full text retrieval and keyword retrieval technology, documents of urban construction project planning design schemes can be rapidly retrieved and positioned, and file management efficiency and accuracy are improved. Meanwhile, continuous optimization and improvement are required to adapt to different application scenes and requirements.
