Claims (6)

1. A film pulling apparatus, comprising: box body (1), driving roll shaft (2) and driven roll shaft (3) The driving mechanism (5), the air-break clamping mechanism (6), the air supply mechanism and the pressing mechanism (4) for driving the driven roller shaft (3) to press the driving roller shaft (2), wherein the driven roller shaft (3) and the driving roller shaft (2) are arranged in parallel and are provided with a first gap (16) for a plastic film (7) to pass through, a front side plate and a rear side plate which are oppositely arranged on the box body (1) are provided with film through holes corresponding to the first gap (16), the driving roller shaft (2) is rotationally connected in the box body (1) through a first rotary connecting piece (8), and the driving mechanism (5) is installed in the box body (1) and the driving end of the driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the driving roller shaft (2) through a transmission component (9);
the compressing mechanism (4) comprises two compressing cylinders (41) and two mounting blocks (42), the two compressing cylinders (41) are symmetrically fixed on the two opposite side surfaces of the box body (1) and the piston rods of the two compressing cylinders are perpendicular to the driving roll shaft (2), the two mounting blocks (42) are respectively fixed with the end parts of the piston rods of the two compressing cylinders (41) correspondingly, and the two ends of the driven roll shaft (3) are rotationally connected to the two mounting blocks (42) through second rotating connecting pieces (17);
the air-break clamping mechanism (6) comprises a clamping cylinder (61), a clamping plate (62) and a fixing plate (63), the clamping cylinder (61) is fixed on a side plate of the box body (1), the clamping plate (62) is fixed on a piston rod of the clamping cylinder (61), the fixing plate (63) is fixed on the side plate of the box body (1) and can form a second gap corresponding to the film through hole with the clamping plate (62), and after the air of the clamping cylinder (61) is broken, the piston rod of the clamping cylinder is retracted so that the clamping plate (62) is abutted with the fixing plate (63) to clamp the plastic film (7);
the gas transmission end of the gas supply mechanism is respectively communicated with the two compression cylinders (41) and the clamping cylinder (61) through a plurality of gas pipes;
the device further comprises a plurality of first extrusion wheels (11) and second extrusion wheels (12) for clamping the plastic film (7), wherein the first extrusion wheels (11) are arranged on the driving roll shaft (2) at equal intervals, the second extrusion wheels (12) are arranged on the driven roll shaft (3) at equal intervals, and the first extrusion wheels (11) and the second extrusion wheels (12) are correspondingly arranged;
the plastic film guide piece comprises a plurality of guide long strips (13), the guide long strips (13) are perpendicular to the driven roll shaft (3), one end of each guide long strip is perpendicularly fixed on the inner wall of the box body (1), the other end of each guide long strip passes through the film through hole, the guide long strips (13) are arranged in pairs along the length direction of the film through hole and are abutted to the inner walls on two sides of the film through hole, and gaps among the first extrusion wheels (11) and gaps among the second extrusion wheels (12) correspond to the guide long strips (13);
the plastic film box comprises two air-break clamping mechanisms (6), two clamping air cylinders (61) are arranged at two ends of the film through hole along the length direction of the film through hole and are fixed on side plates of the box body (1), two clamping plates (62) are correspondingly fixed on piston rods of the two clamping air cylinders (61), and two fixing plates (63) are correspondingly fixed on the side plates of the box body (1) so as to be in butt joint with the clamping plates (62) to clamp the plastic film (7);
the driving roll shaft (2) and the driven roll shaft (3) are perpendicular to the bottom plate of the box body (1), and the fixed plate (63) is fixed at the bottom side end of one guide long slat (13); the clamping plate (62) comprises a U-shaped plate (621), a connecting plate (622) and an abutting plate (623), wherein the connecting plate (622) and the abutting plate (623) are both parallel to the bottom plate of the U-shaped plate (621) and are respectively and vertically fixed on the outer sides of the two side plates of the U-shaped plate, the connecting plate (622) is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the clamping cylinder (61), an opening of the U-shaped plate (621) corresponds to the guiding long plate strip (13) and the abutting plate (623) can be abutted with the fixing plate (63).

The film pulling device according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating connecting piece (8) comprises a first connecting block (81), a second connecting block (82) and two connecting bearings (83), the first connecting block (81) and the second connecting block (82) are respectively fixed on an inner top plate and an inner bottom plate of the box body (1) and are respectively provided with mounting holes, outer rings of the two connecting bearings (83) are respectively fixed on the two mounting holes, and two ends of the driving roll shaft (2) are respectively fixed on inner rings of the two connecting bearings (83).

A film pulling device according to claim 2, further comprising a plurality of first guide shafts (14) and a plurality of second guide shafts (15), wherein the plurality of first guide shafts (14) are arranged along the piston rod direction of the pressing cylinder (41) and have one ends fixed to the first connecting blocks (81), the other ends are fixed to the corresponding pressing cylinders (41), the plurality of second guide shafts (15) are arranged along the first guide shafts (14) and have one ends fixed to the second connecting blocks (82), the other ends are fixed to the corresponding pressing cylinders (41), the two mounting blocks (42) are provided with a plurality of first guide holes and second guide holes corresponding to the plurality of first guide shafts (14) and the plurality of second guide shafts (15), respectively, and the plurality of first guide holes are slidably connected to the plurality of first guide shafts (14) and the plurality of second guide holes are slidably connected to the plurality of second guide shafts (15).

A film pulling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transmission assembly (9) comprises a driving gear (91), a driven gear (92) and a chain (93), the driving gear (91) is mounted at the output end of the driving mechanism (5), the driven gear (92) is mounted on the driving roll shaft (2), and the chain (93) is in transmission connection with the driving gear (91) and the driven gear (92).

The film pulling device according to claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism (5) comprises a driving motor (51) and a speed reducer (52), the driving motor (51) and the speed reducer (52) are both fixed in the box body (1), an output shaft of the driving motor (51) is in transmission connection with an input shaft of the speed reducer (52), and the driving gear (91) is mounted on an output shaft of the speed reducer (52).

A film pulling device according to claim 1, wherein the second rotary connecting piece (17) comprises two mounting bearings, the two mounting blocks (42) are provided with fixing holes, the outer rings of the two mounting bearings are respectively fixed on the two fixing holes, and the two ends of the driven roll shaft (3) are respectively fixed on the inner rings of the two mounting bearings.
