Working principle: when a user needs to cast the valve, firstly, the casting connecting plate 31 is placed on a table top, the front casting plate 32 and the rear casting plate 33 are placed on the casting connecting plate 31, meanwhile, the cooling assembly 34 is inserted into the front casting plate 32 and the rear casting plate 33, the front casting plate 32 and the rear casting plate 33 are placed on the casting connecting plate 31, the arc-shaped ring 51 is fixedly connected with the front casting plate 32 and the rear casting plate 33, the pressing plate 52 is placed on the arc-shaped ring 51, the inner hexagon bolts 53 are rotated, the inner hexagon bolts 53 penetrate through the pressing plate 52 and penetrate into the casting connecting plate 31, the pressing plate 52 is driven to limit and fix the arc-shaped ring 51 by rotating the inner hexagon bolts 53, the second fixing columns 7 are rotated, the driving disks 6 are driven to rotate by the second fixing columns 7, the driving disks 6 drive the first driving columns 42, the first driving plates 43 are driven to rotate by the first driving columns 42, the first transmission plate 43 drives the second transmission column 44 to synchronously move, the second transmission column 44 drives the second transmission plate 45 to mutually approach, the second transmission plate 45 drives the locking arc plates 46 to mutually approach, the second transmission plate 45 can squeeze the return spring 10, the rear pouring plate 33 drives the first fixing column 47 to be clamped into the front pouring plate 32, the second fixing column 7 is loosened, the return spring 10 rebounds, the second transmission plate 45 drives the locking arc plates 46 to be clamped into the first fixing column 47, the first fixing column 47 is limited, thereby realizing the limiting fixation of the front pouring plate 32 and the rear pouring plate 33, compressing the two plates layer by layer into a casting model, pouring liquid metal solution into the casting mould 3 through the pouring opening 1 after the upper casting mould 3 and the lower casting mould 3 are combined, performing valve casting, connecting the water inlet pipe 344 with a cold water machine when the metal liquid needs to be cooled in the casting mould 3, cold water enters the cooling guide ring 341 through the water inlet pipe 344, the cooling guide ring 341 flows into the other cooling guide ring 341 through the connecting pipe 342, and then is discharged through the water return pipe 343 for recycling, so that the valve is cooled uniformly.
